Dorothy, Store Manager, is super friendly and extremely knowledgeable on their products. She is a pleasure to deal with!

This is my second time there and the staff are so knowledgeable and friendly. Definitely my go to store for my pets!

Employees are nice and helpful. Hopefully everyone can continue to be nice and helpful going forward. It just makes life easier for everyone. Especially when dealing with puppies and kittens who are young and just starting out ;)

I was in a very bad mood when i entered and was probably going to ruin someones day. The staff were very courteous and the owner was genuine and de-escalated my behavior. I wish them well and am sure they will do the same for others who have crossed their paths in the past.

Shout out to the amazing woman who spent over an hour rescuing a kitten after she saw it dart through the parking lot and hide in a parked car engine in the 30 degree heat. I recommend anyone shop here for their pet items. The staff have gone above and beyond!

We always go to the one on Hastings.but we were in the area so we dropped by to get a couple bags of treats. Great selection of treats. Friendly ladies. Kudos!

Stopped in on a whim.staff were so helpful. Gave me lots of options to choose from and reasons for each choice. I love that they have such a variety in their treats for dogs. I would totally recommend this store.

Huge vaiety of foods for both cats and dogs. Small animal stuff in there too, I think. Nice place.

Global Pets treats their customers like family. If they don't have what you are looking for then they will get it. If its out of stock they will call you the second it comes in. They are all very knowledable about all of their products. Its the only place I shop for my pets.

Good prices here, and friendly helpful staff. They gave me samples to try for my fussy dog too.

I visit this store frequently and am always impressed by the huge selection and great service! The manager will go above and beyond for her customers

I am not sure what is going on in this store recently. I frequent it often and this is the very first time I have ever had a bad experience. I tried to return large bag of unopened dog food that I purchased a couple days before and I was told they couldn't do the return. The poor cashier said she needed a manager but they did not have one and she called her district manager infront of me and got no answer. I stood waiting for 30 minutes and still had to return back home with the same food. Not happy at all that was a full waste of my time.

Dont expect them to be open at 9.more like whenever someone shows up. Brutal. Edit June 27, i left this review over a year ago, not sure how you had the date changed but seems shady to me. Covid? A year ago? Give me a break, i dont trust people who lie.

Have done a previous review but am going to do another one just to really praise this store in Langley, they truly are animal orientated staff. The manager and her staff gave me better information and advice about how to care for my post op cat than the overcharging animal hospital did. They reccommended the right dressings and gave me treats for my cat that would help her destress. I am thankful for the staff who work here, super nice and very knowledgeable. This is why I keep coming back to this store for my pets needs! Highly reccommended.

Amazing staff! They are all so helpful and kind, and genuinely care about your pets. My cat became sick from changing the formula of her food and not only did they accept the exchange back to her old food, they provided probiotics to help her feel better. An added bonus is their loyalty rewards program, but the one thing that keeps me going back is their staff. Thank you Global Pet Foods for being one of the greatest and most reliable pet stores in Langley.

Zero stars. Since it has changed owners it is a terrible store. They were supposed to keep the records of the dog food program for Origens that was buy 12 bags get the next one free. I had about 8 with K&K and went to global pet foods about 4 times and each time they hadn’t updated their system. And each time they never even recorded the other times that I had even bought the bags since it’s been global pet foods! Always some lame excuse from the workers.
I’ve started driving further to buy dog food. But yesterday was so low on food we bought a small bag to tie us over and when we got home IT WAS EXPIRED!
Thanks for the terrible customer service. I will never shop here again.
