Sam is a super nice guy. He assisted me quickly with my faucet issue and took time to answer any questions I had. Definitely, will call him again to help with any plumbing or heating issues that come up in future.

My hot water tank was no longer functioning. I phoned Sam at night and the next day the old tank was taken out and replaced with a new one. Sam was prompt and professional. I would not hesitate to recommend his services.

I called late afternoon for my tab faucet and shower not working, Sam immediately asked me to send photos of my faucet and bought spare parts right away. The following day my tab faucet and shower were working smoothly.

Wanted to update this review as I just used Sam to replace my hot water heater which stopped working. His response time was the absolute best, his price was good and again, he demonstrated that he actually cared about helping me as a person/customer. I've lived on the North Shore for 30+ years and have used several plumbers over the years. Sam is, by far, the most responsive and obviously concerned about me as the customer. His knowledge is evident in the way he fixed our natural gas boiler / radiant heat system. One of the most reassuring things about Sam's service is how he stayed in touch and indicated when he would arrive, which allowed me to schedule my time accordingly. Professional, caring, skilled and honest, truly a pleasure to find someone with these values. If you need a professional plumber or gas fitter, this is your guy.

I did my usual, getting 2-3 quotes before deciding to go with Sam for my gas fitting service. I chose him initially because he was available quickly, gave me the best price quote by far, and seemed friendly. I have to say I have been very happy with the service. I felt he went above and beyond in setting up a gas line at my home, and connecting my barbecue and fire table appliances. He was able to get my gas line into a tricky part of my yard and under my deck without difficulty. Quick and professional. He worked with my schedule, and was willing to come back several times to do the different hook ups, even after he had installed the gas line, as my appliances were delayed and arriving at different times. He did not charge me any extra fee's for this, whereas most companies would. He was always quick in getting back to me, and overall very friendly and easy to work with. His prices are very fair. Because I was happy with his service, I will work with him again, even for plumbing or heating issues, and will be recommending him to others.

Sam is very responsive and helpful. He gave me a description and sent me a photo of the proposed replacement toilet, along with the price. He was very clear about all the costs and his invoice came in very close to the estimate for removal and installation. Even though I'm at one end of the North Shore and the transfer station is at the far other side, everything was completed within 24 hours from first call to finished job.

I had a complicated toilet installation booked. Sam dropped by two days prior to the appointment to have a look at the job, and even though it was late in the day, completed the job, including a faucet installation, on the spot. I phoned Global Plumbing on a Saturday morning as my hot water tank was leaking. Sam was here in 30 minutes to analyze the situation. I needed a new hot water tank. I called Sam on a Sunday afternoon with an emergency plumbing issue in a rental unit. We had an issue with our baseboard heat unable to turn off - so we were heating up and bleeding money. I gave Sam a call late on a Tuesday and he came Wednesday morning, earlier than he said! Sami responded immediately to my call and arranged to come and assess our blocked sink drain. He arrived on schedule and worked non stop on a blockage with difficult access. With ingenuity and hard effort, he had it unblocked and new traps installed under two sinks, all fixed in about three hours. Good work, efficiently executed at a reasonable price.
