Way over priced on lotions and minutes compared to all other tanning salons near this one. Other salons 5 minutes away with better service and much better pricing since the increase. Add slander to the list of things accusing me of making fake postings, Google will leave them up as they weren't from me.

Friendly customer service, great selection of lotions, everything is extremely clean, great quality beds. Great place overall.

I have been coming to Glow tan for years and they are absolutely amazing, the staff is friendly and the rooms are clean. I recommend the salon to all my friends to get their glow on!

I had my first tan here and was very impressed. The owner clearly cares a lot about her business and her customers. She was very friendly and helpful in explaining everything! There is attention to detail in both the rooms and the service provided. The facility itself is wonderfully maintained, it has a great atmosphere and is exceptionally clean. With your first tan there you get a small sample product to try and the rooms are stocked with tan extender deodorant and hand wipes to use! I have been to multiple tanning salons and this is by far my favorite!

Always available for walk-ins, have never had to wait for a bed. Many great sales/promotions for the community which I think is great. Extra points for complimentary body lotion and makeup wipes in every room. Especially appreciate friendly, familiar staff that remember your name.

The new beds are fabulous! I received a free lotion with my minutes and noticed a huge difference on the first tan! The manager is extremely knowledgeable and is always a joy, her level of customer service is notable and she tries to give her clientele a personal experience which is something I greatly appreciate. You will always have my business!

Chantelle is awesome, And so are the ladies that work there aswell. The stand up beds are very nice. I wouldn’t go anywhere else in Victoria.

You can tell Chantelle cares about her customers and her business. It is a welcoming, clean and modern tanning salon and the customer service is outstanding.

Super happy with the service here. The ladies are all super kind and professional, they made me feel safe after a bad tanning experience elsewhere. Beds are all super clean and the service is amazing. Definitely recommend, especially if you're new to tanning like I was!

I love Glow Tan. Have been tanning here for a year and a half and it is truly an amazing place. Being a bit of a germ phobe, made worse by the pandemic, it is such a relief to tan at a place that is spotless! On top of that, the staff and owner are not only very professional, but super friendly as well. The owner Chantal is wonderful. I have heard her especially guiding and assisting new tanners, ensuring they understand pre and post tanning care, and also ensuring they start off slow. The beds are top notch, all the products are excellent, prices are great. I honestly cannot say enough aboit how much I love tanning here. Oh and the salon looks beautiful as well! Highly recommended for an overall excellent tanning experience.

BEST TANNING SALON IN VICTORIA! The beds are high quality and the rooms make you feel like a celebrity with their complimentary lotion and face wipe/makeup remover packets that are always ready for you before you jump in the bed to get your tan on! The decor is gorgeous and the owner and her staff are the most warmest and knowledgeable people you will ever meet. I have recommended close to an end to all my friends and family, I will continue to do so as they love their experience each time. Each visit you will leave glowing both from it inside and out!

I’ve gone to this tanning salon for years with no issues. Upon calling to book an appointment, I was informed that I was banned for stealing a cheap lotion that they have available for use in the rooms.
I find it crazy that they didn’t even look into the camera footage before making an accusation of this level. If the owner took the time to do that, she would have seen me walk in wearing shorts, a tank top and a small fanny pack. I am honestly at a lose for words with the level of unprofessionalism. Going forward I really hope you treat your clients with more respect.

I’m new to tanning and was very happy with the service I received. The staff are welcoming and informative. Within a few minutes I knew everything I’d need to know about the beds and products.
I’ve been three times and love it.
I love the deodorant and skin moisturizer they have for you to use after the tan.

I am super impressed; you are greeted with a smile and excellent knowledge and service. I don’t tan much, but I felt super comfortable. Everything is super organized and clean! Machines are high end and maintained to a very high standard. If you are in west shore, Sooke or even Victoria. It’s worth the drive you won’t be disappointed. Will recommend to anyone and everyone I know.

I like going to Glow Tan as a nice "pick me up". The staff are warm and welcoming. The facility is clean and well care for. Has a very professional environment. They care about your health and skin, they are particular about how many minutes you should tan in order to avoid any skin damage. The owner is just fantastic and has managed the salon through the pandemic with the highest levels of cleanliness and follows the recommendations from the government. I will continue to use Glow Tan and reccomend it to friends.

Super friendly staff! The beds are clean and the bulbs are replaced regularly. I had a lotion that they didn't carry and Chantel found it for me super quick and I was able to purchase after it arrived:) I've been to a few tanning salons in Victoria over the years Glow has been the best yet! I love the mini conversations with the staff!

I’ve been going to this salon for quite awhile now and I have to say I’ve never had any complaints! It is by far my favorite. The costumer service is always amazing and the salon is always super clean! The beds are new and kept up with, I always get great results.

Today Sept 3, we were meet with a very unprofessional manager /owner Chantelle Danielle. She came in and was very abrupt and rude to my partner and then when I was finished my tanning session, she was rude to me. I had 10 more minutes left on my account, Chantelle Danielle can use them anyway she wants, because I will never go back. After spending so much money there this is the way she treats you.
I recommend Not to use her business, to any of my friends.

Chantelle the new owner is an amazing person. I’ve been tanning at the salon for 12 years and love what she’s done with the decor and restyling. She made the transition of new ownership seem less for me and I received 2 calls about my minutes expiring which with the sale of any business I understand policy’s and procedures will change. She’s gone above and beyond for me allowing my her staff and herself to watch my 5 month old son in the evenings while I tan. I love glow tan and will be a customer for the rest of my tanning days!

I have heard too many bad experiences that this business does not honour tanning minutes purchased. Go somewhere else - don’t part with your money here - New owner not honouring Arizona minutes and no call to inform customers that new owner will delete minutes- this bad business practice
