We just purchased a vehicle from Go Auto. Dakota was such an amazing salesperson! He went above and beyond to make sure all of our questions were answered. If there was a 6 star rating, he deserves it. We couldn't be happier! Thank you so much Dakota and Alex.from Lori & Rob:)

This dealership is an absolute joke.

Long story short I placed a deposit on a vehicle and was told the vehicle will be ours so I booked a flight to go to the Edmonton location to pick it up. The day before I was supposed to fly out they called me at 3pm to say they sold the vehicle.

Days when by where they kept saying they will find us a vehicle but nothing happened. I went in to get my deposit back which they gave back but have not made any effort to reimburse me for the flight.

The we found a vehicle at another go auto dealer so the gm called them to enquire about it. He then called me back to tell me the vehicle was in the body shop and was beat up… this was a blatant lie because I was actually sitting in the exact vehicle at the other dealership.

To sum this all up these guys are just your typical greasy used car sales men and I don’t recommend anyone going here to buy a used car.

I would like to add they stated I was going to get reimbursement for the flight they had me book. I believe that was just for show as I have not reviewed anything from them. After they tried to bribe me to remove the review. By asking me to remove my review they are totally making a joke out of the whole reviewing process. Personally I wouldn’t even trust the current reviews on here.

I highly recommend Go Auto to everyone for a great car shopping experience. I have nothing but good things to say about my vehicle shopping experience. Warren the salesman, was very helpful with getting all the info I needed and also extremly friendly. The whole team is great, made the purchase experience quick and smooth.

We came in to Go Auto to meet with Justin and had an awesome experience. He was personable, knowledgeable and accomodating. Justin exceeded our expectation for overall experience and we left with a reliable vehicle, perfect for our family.

We were later passed on to Nic for financing. Nic helped us out in a timely manner, he was easy to connect with to make the experience comfortable and professional.

We would definitely recommend anyone who goes to Kelowna looking for a vehicle, to experience the excellent costumer service given by Justin and Nic.

Awesome experience here at GoAuto! We were welcomed by Cameron, who then led us to Mike who we talked to regarding what we were looking for. He was very helpful and engaging. The test drive really allowed us to see what we wanted. After a few more visits of trying cars out, and getting our existing cars valued for trade in, we finally decided to get the one we tested the very first visit. Mike and Justin was very understanding and fun to talk to. The finance and insurance process was very smooth as well. They were patient with our questions and felt us very welcomed. Will definitely come back! Highly recommended!
