My wife and I went in just too look for a certain vehicle and was greeted by Vipul Shah in the lot. He was a nice man who showed us what we were looking for. Unfortunately, the vehicle was smaller than we hoped and we were shown other models and makes. We looked at the Outlander PHEV and were hooked.the team at Go Mitsubishi were a good team to deal with and got us to be in the price range we needed to be. Vipul, Jay, and Selene all worked hard to get us in the vehicle we needed as fast as possible. Thank you so much!

Not trustworthy at all.
Just bought my 2015 Nissan Juke on August 23,2023 with confidence because the good result internal inspection. The car could not start on September 22 so I went to check with them and they just said low battery on my key. On November 15, the car couldn’t start at all so I went to Nissan and had to change a new battery and also Nissan found 2 problems that shouldn’t happened only 2.5 months of use and recommended me to talk with the dealer whom I bought it from. Nissan said it shouldn’t pass inspection before selling to the customer. Go Auto declined to responsible and insisted that their warranty is only for 1 month! I had to pay about 1,500 for fixing after using only 2.5 months.
The only good thing here is the salesperson who sold the car to me. He is polite and tried to help, but Go Auto is not trustworthy at all. Their inspection report is not reliable!

5 stars to shavam Verma. Only person I worked with but he made it very easy and a good experience.

Got to the point of finalizing a purchase of an Outlander PHEV. When signing paperwork, we noticed they increased the interest rate by over 4 percent from what they told us 2 days prior and added over 5k in shadey dealership fees. We walked away at that point. The staff was nice. Management was arrogant and ingnorant. I would recommend working with another dealership.

We recently purchased a brand-new Mirage 2024. The salesperson, Barry Yin was incredibly kind and patient. Despite English not being our first language, he made every effort to answer all of our questions in the simplest way possible. During our very first meeting, he managed to establish a sense of trust with us, which was truly remarkable. He provided a thorough explanation of all the car's specifications and assured us that we would receive the vehicle within three weeks, or possibly even sooner. On the day we went to sign the financing documents, we were pleasantly surprised to find that the car was ready for delivery. We were quite excited because we had expected a longer wait time for the delivery. This experience with the dealership was truly outstanding and exceeded our expectations.

We purchased an Outlander PHEV about a month ago from this dealership. Yuvi Dhir was exceptional in helping us get the car we wanted. He was very thorough, informative and especially helpful. We felt very welcome and appreciated by everyone working at this dealership. Financing and insurance was convenient and went smoothly. Everyone was incredibly helpful and friendly. And when we had a bit of trouble with the car a couple weeks later, the service department took care of it quickly with no questions asked. My family and I are incredibly happy with our new car and grateful to everyone at Go Langley Mistubishi for going above and beyond to support us on making such a big and important purchase. What I thought was going to be a frustrating and stressful situation purchasing a new car turned out to be much more comfortable and easy than I thought possible. Martin is a great sales person with excellent customer service skills. I’ve been searching for a car but other dealerships seem to try to pull one over on me. I saw a car I liked at Go Langley and called to inquire. First off, when they answered the phone they were so welcoming. When I had arrived, Martin greeted my gf and I and spoke to us about the car, showing us everything we needed to know. He explained our best and worst case scenario then let us test drive the car even though the store was going to close in 15 minutes. When we came back from the test drive he spoke to us again about costs and which is be more ideal. He didn’t hide any information. I will DEFINITELY be going back because of Martin treat us. Positive experience with the sales team at go langley mitsubishi. They were very knowledgable and helpful with all our questions regarding the vehicle that we were looking at. Erbin, our sales guy, took the time to explain to us in detail what kind of vehicle we are getting. We are supper confident with our purchase because of his knowledgable explanations. Totally recommend going to this dealership when buying new or even used vehicle. Would definitely be back next time we purchase our third vehicle.
