Worst no touch car wash I've ever been too, almost did nothing for $15. Should have just gone to one of the wash bays.

Perfect for power washing mud off your Jeep after a day of offroading / mudding.

The fact that you can tap your credit card for up to $10 of use is fantastic!

I went there on September 3rd to vacuum my car, vacuum didn’t work. Tried another, didn’t work. It took $4 from me, I left a note on their door and they didn’t get back to me. I could write a book on how pathetic this place is and the management.

Purchased deluxe wash for a 2022 sienna. The bottom half of the minivan was still quite dirty. Was not worth the money.

Went through $11 drive thru car wash and my suv looks just as dirty as it did before. Total rip off!

People were great. Vacuums leave a lot to be desired, and cleaned up with other vacuums that actually have reasonable suction.

I've been trying to get here all week to use the dog wash but it has been closed up everytime. There are no hours on the office door to inform potential customers of opening time for either the office or the dog wash. Pretty frustrating. Go Wash might want to put some effort into more effective communication for prospective customers as this is a valuable service to a lot of us.

Just got back from a $20 wash in the touchless car wash… the entire backside of the vehicle was as if u just lightly sprayed water on it and let it dry… needless to say it was not good! Both sides of the car still had dirt.see pics. NOT happy

Used the self-serve car wash.used up my $5.00 in loones & only had to rinse my car off so I swiped my credit card & rinsed off my car.it said $3.00 minimum charged when I hit the stop button & the water stopped. I looked @ my credit card 2 days later & they had charged me $19.95 on my card.have called them repeatedly for 3 days leaving messages & had no return call & now $19.95 has gone through on my credit card.absolute ripp off.

I went to get my car washed with my truck, when I was in there the car wash hit my car. I thought it would stop after the first hit but the sensors didn’t work and it just kept on going. I told the owner about it and we both agreed that he would cover for the damages. My insurance company later called asking for the video footage. He said he “lost” the footage of my car being hit. I gave a star but if I could I would give this place a zero. Don’t get your car washed here.

Stay away from this car wash for now. All the power pressure jet washers are so weak recently and most of them doesn’t have soap even I paid for it! I also tried the automatic washing machines and paid 20 dollars for a deluxe package, and you know what, those machines only spray very thin soap as well! I am given up and not going to this place anymore even though I have been washing my car here for the last 5 years.

Was offered to run the car through a second time. Since they wouldn't let me reverse in (so the OTHER side could be cleaned) opted out. Drove to another carwash.

Nope only used because there is no other wand wash close by

Used the touchless wash, and it got off quite a bit of the dirt, but also missed a few places. Looked like some of the nozzles were plugged, as nothing came out of them. I will try the do-it-yourself stalls next time.

Very poor auto car wash. I won't use it again. Self wash is better but the auto was awful. Not impressed

Not enough soap dispenses out of the brush. And the brush bristles could be changed out more often

Low amount of soap used, and the Go Wash card does not work on the vacuums so not worth getting one!

Automated car wash is not properly calibrated so eases on one side but too far away on the opposing side. The vehicle was Center Ed in the car wash so wasn’t a vehicle position issue.

Fast, but doesn't clean that well. Just returned from my trip to BC Interior, so as you could imagine my car was really dirty from all this road bugs. Paid for their most expensive car wash $20. Results: still some residual left on the windshield, side mirrors still had some bugs left, etc.

Stall number 1 was on the "wack" that day! I put in $3.00 in coins for 3 min, and I got. 38 minutes total! I thought I hit the jackpot! HA, HA!

I used every button on the control box! Gosh, my car was so happy.

Great place for a wash and vac/quick shampoo. Bill changer and attendant. Can get busy but moves fairly quickly. Easy access.

Went to wash my back window cause it still looked dirty only to discover my back and passenger side were basically not washed at all. First time being disappointed with the touchless drive through wash. This was for the $20 drive in wash, so note cheap either.

Went back to either use the other touchless drive through wash or get money back but as is typical here, there is no one there to deal with anything that goes wrong.

I use to go to this car wash all the time when I lived in Poco. I moved to Abbotsford and went to Poco yesterday so I stopped by to wash my car there. I used the foam brush as I always did before and when I was done, my hands were green from the soap and I couldn't get it off. The soap also got on my blouse and stained it. Today is the next day and my hands are still green after washing them several times with warm soap and water. It won't come off. I haven't washed my blouse yet, but when I do, if the stains don't come out, I will definitely be filing a complaint to have my blouse replaced. A car wash should not be damaging clothes let alone stain your skin. It never did that before when I used it. This is the last time I'll use this car wash.

I've been here twice and both times the experience I had was bad.
The vacuums are clogged up. Both times I had to find a stick and unclog them. The first time I even paid for nothing because I had to stop to unclog the head.
The 4 minutes time session is not enough to vacuum a small size sedan.
Also, the detergents used are of poor quality and don't wash and leave spots.
I recommend trying another car wash.
There was no staff present in the location.
I only had 50 and 100 bills and no way to get coins.
The 19$ card charge in advance is really steep.

It was a great experience for me. Just needed to wash the dirt and salt off the car. They give great value for your coins. I believe we only payed $3 and got like 4.5 minutes.

Their machine took my change and gave me the ''this machine does not give back change'' message. They just need a debit option instead of just credit or change. Ridiculous, Money grab.

I had very bad experience using automatic car wash. The washing machine didn't work correctly. In the beginning the main light sign showed me green arrow. Ok I moved and stayed on my position. After the arrow showed me move forward again. I moved car a little bit forward and after it showed me red X sign. I guess it's needs to be move back in to match right position. I saw red X sign again. Ok I already saw that car wash doesn't work correctly but the washing machine unexpectedly started working and it's slightly touched my car and move back. After I got lots of shampoo on left back. I got scratches on my front bumper. It wasn not serious damage but it's happened. I paid also $12 for it that wasn't refunded me. I had a call with GoWash owner. The owner watched video about my car wash case. He said me that he not responsible for damages on my car and I wasn't right that I moved my car back. This car wash don't have any instructions or rules using car wash before entering there. The owner also was unpleasant and rude. I've never meet such people who don't responsible for clients and tried trick them. I guess I should talk with Subaru and Hyundai in to discontinue promote this car wash by free coupons.

I tried the self-serve today. The buttons for each step didn't seem to line up with the products coming out of the jet. For example, when I pressed the buttons for soap and wax, it was just water coming out. When I pressed for spot-free rinse, the wax came out. I didn't experience this the last time I tried the service.

Just went through.used go mode. It doesn't seem to realize there is a rear portion of the vehicle as it misses it somehow. Cleaning at this level leaves a lot to be desired.

Good prices, but they need to make sure the detergents are filled up. Ive been there a couple times and the soap and the tire cleaner won't come out of the wand after waiting for some time.

Paid $15 for a wash and it never even touched the rear if my car and left a great deal of suds on my car when the process completed. Not impressed.

Went here for the first time so wasn't sure how it worked. Managed to figure it out and got my car really clean. I'll probably go a little faster next time.

Super busy wand car wAsh and automatic wash. Not many around these days for such a big population but this one is very nice and wont break yourr wallet!

Went to vacuum our car. Didn't take credit card. So I went looking for a cash machine. Found one. Got a $25 voucher
. At which time I realized that it was only good for the carwash. Ugh. No problem, I thought, I'll just talk to an employee and sort it out.

The guy dismissively (and loudly) said, "No REFUNDS. There's a big sign that says that right on the machine. "

Tried to explain that I was in a hurry and just made an honest mistake.

The way he was acting was so rude
. Like he one-upped me /pulled a fast one over on me.

Well, I guess you did.

You guys got my $25 for something I didn't mean to buy and won't refund it.

They have everything you need for a car wash. Just need a vacuum? Check. Just want to rinse your car off? Check. Drive thru car wash? Check. Do it yourself full wash? Check.

When the soap is filled in the system (ie not run empty) this place is great for a spray and pray job on your car.

Use the brush on your paint if you don't care about swirls and scratches. Like any wash (I don't), or just pre soak, soap, and spray rinse.

Bear in mind like any commercial wash the concentrates are acidic and if you have wax on your car that will usually mean you should handwash, dry, and reapply after. Good for maintaining your car or if you need a quick clean, consistant and reliable! Thanks

Its ok. Machine at the auto wash is super out dated. Makes the place feel ancient and makes it seem like it wont do a good wash they need to update some stuff to make it look new and fresh.

Really clean lot and the vacuums are awesome. The vacuums actually have enough suction to clean your carpet. There's also a carpet washer too, which is convenient. The best part is you can post pay for a wash on a credit card which means you don't have to keep plugging coins in the machine.

My credit card was fixed by my company but in reality I still paid $7.50 to leave with a not very clean car. I could see the sprayer was not removing dirt I could easily wipe off with a rag.

For the second time now, I have been charged $20 on my credit card by GoWash, this time for only using 7 minutes in their wand wash. Usually, I am charged only $5 roughly, but this has happened twice now so I cannot recommend using them, or don't use a credit card if you do, only use coins.

Good jet water and spacious but bit dark at night time. You might need extra ligts when you want to check lower side part your car at night.

This wash place is clean and has lots of options. Unfortunately it is extremely over priced. I got charged 20$ to my visa for using the pressure washer for 6mins.

The other wash place across town has better value and hot water too.

No complaints, enough bays to Handle a moderate rush.haven't used the vacuum setup yet, but there are a few to use. Price is reasonable compared to other places I've been.

This visit i was a little dissapointed as the vacuums didnt suck very well.
However, other occasions this was not the case.
I enjoyed the money changer located out side the building. FYI if you use the cash machine it charges your account $20.00 on top of what you requested and puts it back in 3 to 5 days for some unknown reason.
They have a vending machine that contains glass wipes, armoral wipes, car scents various car cleaning items, also a separate one dedicated to cold drinks.

So I am editing my review because I was being dumb, I didn't know how to use everything properly and it was my fault.

The self wash works great and has a very powerful water stream.

You can take as long or as little time as you'd like by clicking STOP on the machine whenever.

The clips for the floor mats I would guess are still bad but Go Wash did reply to let me know i can contact them and tell them what bay i was in directly. I had the same problem in two bays (where I actually used them) so I would guess those would need to be replaced in all bays.

Used the self-serve car wash. Lots of room for pick-up truck. Credit cards accepted which is much easier than feeding Loonies and Toonies.

For some reason everytime I use my credit card I get charged $19.95 even thi I used $11 in self wash

Went to this location to use the vacuums. First one I pulled up to the ground was covered in oil, garbage overflowing and to top it off the vacuum had such minimal suction it wouldn’t even vacuum dirt from my carpets. I proceeded to try another vacuum which was no better. Left frustrated, out $4 and had oil all over my shoes. Will not be back.

Scammed twice here, once paid for premium touch free wash and it didn’t do anything. The other day I used the wash stalls and “rinsed” my truck, machine said $6 charged turns out 19.95 charge on visa.

Clean, fast and convenient wand wash station. Pull in they take credit cards at the machines. Always well kept and maintained.

Visited this place couple days ago around 9pm. Car wash was absolutely useless. Didnt clean simplest of dirt marks and no clear rinse. Forget about drying. Water and soap stains galore!
What a rip off. $12 lierally down the drain. Won't be going back ever again.
Most positive reviews on this location seems paid. Watch out.

First, the car wash itself sucks. Went there to remove some after rain dirt (brown water spots) and the wash didn't make any difference. Second, the staff member that was there seems liked she didn't want to help me, I told her that the car wash I got did not wash my car and asked what can be done about that, she then said she can run me through the same wash again and that was it, I said sure can we do that and as I got into my car I see her walking away throwing her hands up in the air as if I have caused such an inconvenience for her even though when I came up to her I had to get out of my car to walk to her as she was standing near the office doors leaning on her dust pan even when she saw me slowing down to try to get her attention. Lastly, I emailed the company right after I went through the car was the first time and I still haven't heard back from them. Avoid this car wash as you are just paying for a rinse.

Edit: So I appreciate the response I got back from a staff member of the car wash, although the gesture was nice with the 2 car wash codes they gave me, when I went through the car was again I was still unimpressed with the quality of the wash. What this car wash needs is better soap, and much stronger water pressure for rinsing and even the fans could be better. I left with still a dirty car but with water marks everywhere. Also if the water jets could be aimed in a way that it could get up and under my window visors that would be great, although just a problem that only a few people will have.

I really like Go Wash or as I like to call it "The Green Car Wash Place". You can either go through the automatic car was for a choice of 4 different car washes based on what you need or do it yourself to save money. I have done both depending on the time I've had. It does a great job. Also you can carpet clean and/or vacuum your car afterwards and best of all add that "new car smell" back to your vehicle if you are so inclined.

It also has 2 dog wash tubs for your pooch if you need that as well.

Touchless machine not responsive to button input. I wanted a go deluxe wash. Put in $20. The machine started saying go extreme wash over and over again while I kept pushing the go deluxe button. Tried pushing every button. When I hit the enter key it chose the go express instead. To add to the insult the recycled water they use for rinsing came out dirty and mucky. 0/10 would not go again.

Okay I have been going here for years and I love it. It makes washing my car so easy and actually kind of fun. It charges per minute and ends up being super cheap. Usually costs me between $6 to $8. Then I can pull up to the vacuum station and clean the inside of my vehicle. There is a machine to get change but the wash bays take credit card. Nothing is ever broken or malfunctioning and the place is very popular. There is even a vending machine full of armor-all wipes, air fresheners etc. Love it.

Been going here for years. Simple setup but it ways works. Recharge 100$ card and you get 25% more wash credit. Great stuff!

Average vacuum performance, but ran 2x as long as advertised. Will update after I use the wash bay.

VERY DECEPTIVE TRADE PRACTICES.

I manually washed my car for about 10 mins.the screen said i was being charged about $8.25.but in reality it charged me $19.95.this is the SECOND time this has occurred.

I'll be reporting to BBB and Visa/Mastercard that this place is in violation of their merchant services agreement.

Used my free car wash from the oil change place next door. Impressed it was not the cheapest wash but the next step up. The wash was ok got the bulk of the dirt off which was really what I was looking for. Obviously it doesnt detail as the machine doesnt touch your vehicle with anything but soap and water. Definitely a popular place on a sunny Sunday afternoon but didnt have to wait long.

Terrible touchless carwash. Selected the “Extreme” and it only sprayed the top half of the car and did t even touch the back. $18 for absolutely nothing.extremely bad

Nice do it yourself car wash stations along with vacuum stations. Fairly reasonable prices, never had to wait in line.

24hr carwash stalls available! Usually the bays are pretty clean and kept up.credit or cash accepted. I haven't had a chance to try the automated wash so there is not much I can say about it, but I stop in there often and have no complaints!

They charged my credit card $19.95 for letting me manually wash my car for mere 5 min. What an outrageous rip-off!

Paid $12 (not the cheapest option) for my NEW (not super dirty) car and was SOOOOO disappointed! Only half of my car was washed! The drivers side was clean-ish. I would have given 3-4 stars. BUT THE PASSENGER SIDE WAS VIRTUALLY UNWASHED. The water and soap were sprayed, but the dust and dirt that accummulated over only 1 wk did not even come off! What a waste of money! I want $6 back as only half my car was washed! Use any other carwash instead.unless you only need half a car washed!

Only go because its close brushes are outdated in the you wash bay area also always soap residue left on my car after drive thru wash

Tried for first time no more than 30 minute ago. Receipt did not print and paid for an extreme wash. Horrible job.dirt still on vehicle.

I recommend going to wash at Lougheed and Oxford.

Four large clean stalls, and another without a wall on the left side. Quite a variety of options for what to do for a car with varying pressure depending on the selected option. Best to have two people to work on the vehicle to expedite the process. Credit card option didn't work for us, so thankfully we had some toonies. Visible count-down and buzzer warns that time is running out. Vacuum stations also available.
