We were first time homebuyers in Canada, as Provincial Nominees (applying for PR). Ashley was great at finding us a 'New to Canada' mortgage scheme, & ensuring we met all the eligibility criteria in the early days - excellent knowledge of the different mortgage offerings.

I think our situation was somewhat unique, so it was a partial learning experience for everyone. There were some chaotic & stressful times at the end, rushing to meet some final requirements, so hopefully those hiccups will be ironed out for the next person in our shoes! I have several close friends that are mortgage brokers and I will never use them because Ashley is the best. We went through a long process together and she was always on top of it and exceeded all expectations I had.
