Always a great experience, I know they specialize in women's hair cuts, but their men's haircuts are also great. 10/10 recommend.

Mary did such a great job! It’s so hard to move to a new place and find a new hairdresser, but luckily I found my girl. She did a great job at my babylights, a nice blonde toner to counteract my stubborn reddish hair, and a great cut. Thanks so much Mary!

My stylist Kennedy was so wonderful! She did a perfect job on a root touch up and gloss for my black hair. It turned out the perfect colour and looks super healthy and fresh. She’s finished it off with a really beautiful blowout for me as well which was great! The appointment was quick and very enjoyable! 5️

Juned has been my hair stylist for a couple years now, and I can’t say enough amazing things about him! He has the most lovely attitude and makes the entire experience so relaxing. He takes the time to really understand what you’re looking for and is also great at making suggestions with his professional expertise. He’s amazing at layering hair, he is a true artist and I’m so grateful to have found him. I’m always happy as soon as I leave the salon and he does the best blowouts I’ve ever had.

Great salon experience! I got my hair done with Kennedy and she was fabulous. She walked me through what she was going to do next which was helpful and made me feel confident in the choices I was making. Kennedy was professional, skilled and friendly! The salon products are great quality and left my hair feeling and smelling amazing. I will definitely be returning.

They are so helpful and do an excellent job. If you're in Victoria and need a touch up or a new look they are professional, organized, kind and great at their jobs.
I dis my make up here and I was feeling misty eyed and when my eyelashes needed a touch up it got fixed in a minute (and I was welcomed back as long as they were open.)
The vibe is upbeat and hip and the music is full of bops.

Kennedy did my hair today and she listened to what I wanted and gave me some great insights and ideas and the outcome is the most perfect blonde that I haven’t been able to achieve in my previous attempts of getting it done. The salon is so cute and has such a good vibe. I went to work after and got 9 compliments, so that’s telling in itself.

Highly recommend. I’ve been getting my hair done here for roughly 3+ years and they never fail to amaze me. Super friendly staff, and amazing quality haircuts.

No showed with no explanation - super bummed as I have been coming here for two years. Hope the stylist is ok, but sucked to have waited 30 minutes at the salon with no information. It has now been five hours and still nothing.

Yuilia was my stylist. She did such an excellent job and snuck in a hair colour consult as I had a few questions. I went in with messy gym hair and came out with sleek, silky shiny hair. So happy and will be returning as always! So much love for this salon. High quality service without high quality prices.

This salon Cut my hair way too short. I don't get even how the stylist didnt know my hair would bounce up when she cut it which showed her expertise was basically a newbie cause of the type of hair I have then she was very rude to me half the time and accused me of falling asleep when i was putting my head down cause she told me to. She has no idea that thick curly hair bounces up when dry and cut my bangs way too short. I was shocked when I came home and washed my hair to blow dry and straighten them and my bangs were almost fully cut off. Don't go here even the hair salon in the mall is better. And for way cheaper as well as you get better treatment. Stylist got mad at me saying my head wasn't straight I looked in the mirror and my head wasn't crooked this girl doesn't know what a straight line is and for her to grt mad at me and force my head while getting mad at me. I'll not come here again

Definitely not recommend this place. I’ve booked appointment nearly two weeks in advance to the certain specialist. I had an event to attend that day, so I wanted to do blow dry. When I arrived at my time I’ve been told that they changed my appointment and I have to go to the other specialist. They didn’t even notify me about that. As I had no choice left I had to accept this change. New specialist was still busy at my time, so two other people washed my hair and dried it. Then my specialist finally pick me up and spent soooo much time doing regular blowdry and straightening. I’ve spent 2 hours there and they charged me for $63 for this. What kind of customer service is this? Changed my appointment, didn’t notify me, gave me specialist that have no idea how to do a regular blowdry and charged me more than said on the website. Really disappointed with this place.

I booked with Juned after my colleague recommended him. He immediately knew what I really needed and generous enough to spend time to explain how to care for my curls.
He is so sweet and patient and I feel lucky to finally find someone who really understands how to work on my hair type / curls
