I ordered the deep fried spring roll and it was warm. After I ordered the curry beef and porkchop over rice and it was also warm. The curry beef had no flavor and the porkchop was over cooked i aslo order a pop. After I ended up paying 29$ for warm food that was over cooked. I would not recommend this place

Toothpick in the soup. We already paid and this lady came out and asked for another payment? What a joke. Pls do not go here. They will ripped you off. You're better off to go to Truong Tranh. Lady doesn't even understand us. We pointed three tables and lady nodded assuming she understand we would pay the three tabla. She came out saying we didnt pay. This place IS A JOKE.

We are big group of friends and we sat 2 tables (16 people). 1 of us is paying all the tables that he pointed and the cashier agrees. He paid the bill and suddenly the cashier is asking more payments telling us this and that table hasn’t payed yet. And all servers are mean and unapproachable.

Not an honest business. I got overcharged by $1-2 dollars. Don't recommend any dessert. Have no idea how they were made.

24/7 open and packed! That means people like it and there is a reason! Excellent food and constant quality! Condiment place, easy parking. Only con, if you are unlucky you have to wait for seating.

I bought the chicken and porkchop rice plate a few days ago, and I have to say for the price I paid ($17-18) I expected the food to be good or at least decent but it was a disappointment, the chicken and porkchop was all soggy as well as the sauce it tasted off, it tasted like they substituted other ingredients while making the sauce. The next day, when I woke up in the morning my stomach didn't feel well I threw up for like 30 mins before feeling any better. Also 4-5 years back I ate here with my family, I had their pho and found a steel brush wire in my soup, I'm definitely not coming back here.

Actual authentic Vietnamese pho. Minimum 12hr broth and very delicious. Excellent price and excellent service, full recommendations

Delicious and not expensive! 24 hours and have fresh coconut to drink, many different of pho, noodle, rich and other dishes….

The house special doesn’t have any tendon, tripes and meatballs. There’s no description of what it includes only a picture with all the staple ingredients, it’s called house special for a reason. I would never go to a restaurant that doesn’t give you a proper receipt. The only reason people come here is because it’s 24/7.

Cook is their server, and dish washer who bring you water. It seems like they can't hire waitresses. Food quality is not as good as before. Cups is serve stains when I went now.

My late night go-to restaurant for comfort food. This Pho restaurant has been on Kingsway forever. Their portion was good for the price, Pho soup is always my favourite.

The large bowl is kind of small, just like other restaurants small bowl. They cut the beef in a wrong direction, make it hard to eat.

The food and service is great here. I love the lemongrass chicken with egg and fried rice here.

We went there to have dinner with my family @10pm weve been sitting there and no ones getting our order it was the old lady who got our orders we waited for it until 1 hour passed and they dont have any plans on serving us first. We saw those customers that just came in and ordered, they got their orders right away. We followed up twice and she kept on saying “its coming its coming”. So we had to leave since we have a flight to catch. We are not coming back here anymore.

Not an honest business. Yesterday we placed an order with Uber, 2 minutes later we had to cancel it. Today we called the restaurant to arrange for pickup for our order, but they told us that they made the order yesterday and threw it in the garbage (can anyone believe that they’d throw over $100 of food in the garbage?) total liars.

Made only one Togo order at 12: 30am and got waited outside at 12degrees for 40MINS lol really considerate lol wanna give 6 stars rating, here is that one left

Best broth in tri citys - amazing flavour - 24hours who can beat that? - Get rare beef / beef ball best ever. Let meat cook 3-4min and then stir meat around and im telling u theres no other better broth around #1.and the more u let the meat sit in broth more heaven comes to you:)

My daughter and my coworker recommended me to try, unfortunately it's not as good as I thought and from my personal standard the place it's not too tidy, food it's alright!

Receptionist old women is racist towards other communities. I had been there to pick up the order and she said, “ the order will take 2 minutes” but she gave me the order after half an hour. There were just drinks in the order and she said go out to wait for the order very rude. Racist restaurant

Update: They are now OVERCHARGING your meal! Before you pay, make sure you know what your meal actually cost. They have been adding $1-$2 to my bills lately! Correct them if you need to! The crowds in the morning hours are a bit shady looking but still quite safe. The more edgy part of the meat is when you order something off menu. The price quoted at our table DOUBLED by the time we got to the till! Food is good, especially for a 24hrs restaurant. As for the service, well at least you don't get beaten up for ordering.

I came here one time. When paying the bill, the waitress was unwilling to return the chances to me. She wanted to keep all the changes which would added up to about 30% tips, but her service didn't deserve that since she was careless, slow and having a poker face all the time. Never come here again, and don't recommend this place. There are many more other similar Vietnam noodles restaurant taste yummy and with very good service.

Not an hones restaurant. Yesterday we placed an order with Uber. 2 minutes later we had to cancel it because of an error in the address. Uber told us that no refund can be issued because of the cancellation. However, because we cancelled right after the order was placed, so there was no way that the order (over $100) was prepared by the restaurant in 2 minutes. We called Uber again today and asked that I pick up the order today. Uber called the restaurant (while I was on hold) and then told me to call the restaurant to arrange for pickup. I call the restaurant and the lady who answered the phone was so quick to dismiss my call and tell me that the order was placed yesterday and was prepared and thrown in the garbage. I tried to explain to her that the order was cancelled within minutes from placing it, and there was no way that the order was made. She started yelling at me to call Uber, and she hung up the phone.

Very nice staff. If you want more bean sprouts or soup they will bring it to you. My dad is a regular and they know he likes extra soup so they always give more without him even asking now.

When it comes to the pho, the setving size is average conpared to most other stores, but the soup is rich in taste and isn't bland compared to some other places I have been.

Overall a great standard pho place. It might need some renovations as it seems a little outdated in some areas and if definitely not a place to bring a new date, but it is a pretty good place to enjoy pho with close friends/family.
