Golden Cabs

Quick service friendly drivers I don’t cab much often but when I had no choice I was pleasantly surprised by quick service in a snowstorm with a talkative friendly driver.

Called a cab when it was -35. The East Indian lady on the phone was super rude and hung up on me 3 times trying to get a cab. They then screened my calls and kept answering and hanging up. Then finally answered and I don’t even think she was speaking English just yelling and then hung up on me and my cab never showed up. Absolute garbage people working here don’t even call a cab from them. I know most people try to play the victim but I literally asked for a cab to service bc politely and she kept hanging up on me for no reason. Absolute garbage person working there

Amid our cab driver was absolutely amazing with me and my friends. I would recommend anyone who is even a little afraid to take the cabs in Dawson to ask for him if you ever question if you’re going to feel safe or not. Amid is the best taxi of dawson and me and my friends are extremely grateful for the safe rides around around dawson and to your home. Thanks to the golden cabs for having safe drivers! We young women appreciate it beyond words!

In a pickle so called them. First couldn't understand them so she said something about driver calling me. Got things figured out by time driver called. He come unglued on me so I hung up

I lost my wallet other day taxi driver picked it up and went out of his way to find me thank you so much golden cab!

I've been using Golden Cabs for years, with zero issues. However, today, when I called for a taxi, I was told they are closed until 6: 30pm for some reason. Dispatch couldn't answer the question of why the closure was in the middle of the afternoon.

On a day where there's no bus service, cabs should be running to move the people that usually take the bus where they need to go.

My experience with Golden cab was awesome. I had a timely service. Also, David (the in-charge online) gave me a concession on the service charge as I wasn’t having enough cash on me and my cards were not with me as I was relying on Apple Pay which isn’t something accepted by golden cab yet so that was really kind of him. My driver Said was also very nice. So all in all, my morning with these guys went very well. I reached where I was supposed to without any discomfort of any sort.

Worst cab company if you want to wait over 3 hours for a cab after they say only 10 minutes then give them a call, also if you’re a girl make sure you keep a friend on the phone while you are in the cab.

This cab company is the worst. Fist of all I don’t think it’s appropriate for the drivers to YELL at their customers which is exactly what happened to me because I came out of work 4 minutes later than the time I booked. Which is ironic since these guys always show up at least half an hour to an hour late all the time. Secondly I had booked a cab for 4: 30 am to go to the airport and catch my flight home. The driver showed up 35 minutes late even though I called and booked the cab the day before. Plus turns out he overcharged me for the cab ride which I didn’t notice because I was in a rush. Well I missed my flight and ended up having to pay an extra $300 for the next one. Lost an entire day sitting in airports when I could have been at home with my family. So disgusting.

Max our cab driver has been the best driver. Can't say the same for the other drivers as they've been rude, and like to take their time n take the scenic routes.

And ignorant. I have asked numerous times when picking up do not park in my neighbors driveway. If you cant tell which steeet address goes to wgich driveway im not sure you should be driving a cab

The one cabby was very helpful and kind and histhere cabs need a good cleaning but otherwise fine service.
