Golden Ears Coin Laundry

This busy laundromat was a good choice for me. The hardworking owners are kind people and are easy to get along with, really funny folks. I don't normally use a laundromat. Now I trust them with all my clothes.
Small loaders were $4.25 -
Large loaders $8.50-
Dryers between $2.00-$2.50 (large capacity dryers)
They have a wash and fold option. Not sure how much this service actually costs though. It's worth calling and finding out.

I love the couple that run this place. So friendly and helpful. Been going here since the late 90’s and wouldn’t think of going anywhere else

If a machine eats your coins without starting up-. You will be reprimanded for not paying and be lectured and scolded!

was doing 3 loads of laundry, (wash @ $4.25 a load) however, after trading in my $12 worth of toonies for loonies with the elderly lady owner, she was pleasant. I lined up on my coins in my machines with my laundry, watched them all startup and waited outside for the remainder of my time.
When I came back inside I noticed that one of the machines never ran even though the drum had been turning, I was ready to just try and redo it because things happen, however, I was scolded in reprimanded when I tried to tell the male owner that the machine didn't work,

I just wanted him to know so that nobody else had all their coins eaten up because $4.25 per load isn't cheap!

I was fully scolded and reprimanded like a kid who stole from a cookie jar and was told that I did not pay, and then the owner proceeded to give me a lecture on how the coin operation inside the machine works.his wife watched me load the coins in all my machines. And she stood there silent while i was yelled at.

I love the lady and the gentleman that operate the laundromat. They are pleasant, they are helpful, generous and hardworking. While I am there, not for a moment I see either of them sit or do nothing.
Ps.the lady sings so beautifully. I had to focus and find where the angelic voice coming from to realize, she was singing I thought it was the radio but it was her.

Nice people here, they have a table by the window if you want to read the paper or something, , there is only one other laundry mat
in maple ridge and the dryers are always being used, we need another big one in this city and Pitt meadows should have one as well, but this one is my go to one

If I could give a place zero stars this would b the place. We stopped coming here bcuz the washers are all out of order and the dryers make our clothes smell burnt. Unfortunately I had to come here today bcuz I couldn’t make it to the one I prefer and let me tell you how cheap these scammers are… a very nice man who was finished with his dryer offered me his bcuz it had 15 mins left on it and his blanket was dry I was very grateful and pleased with the kindness of this man. As soon as I put my clothes in the dryer and shut the door and pushed start the owner came up and demanded I pay him for the time on the dryer the nice man left for me. He raising his voice at me and then open my dryer door and refused to let me use it until I paid for that time.that time was already paid for from the man before me and this experience has really upset me as he wouldn’t stop rambling this is my business and you pay for your own time “extra time on the dryer is my money” This place is such a joke and they can’t even take care of the machines. I would take your business somewhere else if I were you. Completely uncalled for behaviour. Also wouldn’t let me put my own quarters in the machine he made me put money on the table probably bcuz he took more money from me for the time he gave me. Completely ripped me off and the guy before me. I will never come here again.

Absolutely brutal Laundromat. So many machines are "out of order" and week after week, month after month they don't get repaired. Annoying small dog barking all the time. Rude owners. If you want the full Ghetto Laundromat experience then this is the place for you.

I have been coming to this laundromat since I was a child, and I’ve never had an experience that was anything but pleasant.
The owners have been offering their services for as long as I can remember, continuing to make an honest living in an extremely tough economy, and for that I’m so grateful!
The laundromat is not giant, but has enough machines to go around, so when 1 or 2 are “out of order”, there are plenty others to choose from! The dryers here are partially my favourite part, they are giant and dry large loads a nice and quick. Plus, the gentleman is kind enough to help get everything started, from calculating how much time they’ll need, to sorting all the change and getting the machine started. If you’re a dog person, another reason you’ll enjoy this small business’ services! They have an adorable and well trained pup that keeps watch & lets you know when someone new is coming in - if you’re listening!
I want to thank the owners for being so honest when it comes to money. They so easily could have taken advantage of my not-knowing how much time I would need in the industrial dryers compared to mine. When I handed $30+ dollars, I was told $7.50 is more than enough to get the job done. (for 3 giant loads in 3 different dryers!)

The owners seem to be such kind, hard working people. Part of me wishes my washer would break more so I could support such a lovely business more often.

Most machines don’t work and they have a yappy tiny dog that barks constantly inside the place while doing laundry. Won’t go back. They need to get their machine working properly
