No respect. I have called for information and the lady told me she has no time right now. I've asked politely what time would be better for her, and she hung up on me. I thank God for giving me clarity towards this location.

Like most of the hotels on the strip this is an older hotel. Price and location are great. Staff is super friendly and the beach is right across the street. We came 4 adults and 5 teenage girls and there was so much for both age groups to do. Everything was within walking distance so didn’t have to take the car anywhere. Pool is nice and the other hotel guests we met while staying here were fun and friendly. Thanks Golden Sands for the great memories and we will be back next year…

My girlfriends and I have been staying at The Golden Sands for 10 years. Last year was completely horrible. Terrible management, room was filthy, we were given dirty/stained towels etc. This year's stay was so much better. Place is under new management now and we could see a real improvement. We weren't going to rebook again for next year but due to the effort we saw being made to make The Golden Sands a good place to stay again we decided to rebook. We really hope we won't be disappointed with our decision.

This hotel is all about location. You are right across from the beach. If you can get a front facing room you can see the beach from your door step. Rooms 125 and 126 have a front patio area that you can use. We went with a lacrosse team and we used the front space for a team BBQ. The kids loved the freedom of the beach across the street. Great customer service as well!

The room is good for the price. Perfectly positioned in front of the lake. Beautiful view. The boardwalk is great. Loved it, will return.

DO NOT GIVE THIS HOTEL YOUR CREDIT CARD INFORMATION! DO NOT RENT OF THEM MONTHLY. ITS IN YOUR BEST INTEREST TO JUST NOT GO HERE AT ALL! THEY STOLE 1200$ FROM ME OVER 2 MONTHS AGO. AND THEY JUST GHOST YOU. THEY ALSO. STOLE 600$ FROM SOMEONE I RECOMMEND TO THEM! BOTH OF US PAID DEPOSIT TO RENT MONTHLY BUT NEVER EVEN GOT TO SPEND 1 DAM NIGHT IN THE HOTEL!

Was good but was a hour late in getting back to cheek out and she wouldn't listen to anything I said she told us to leave right away
