I can’t speak highly enough for our experience with Joe and golden tree jewellers. My fiancé and I had become a bit frustrated and defeated after having visited so many different stores in search of the minimalist style that she wanted for an engagement ring. Finally when we came upon golden tree and met with Joe he knew exactly what we were looking for and was incredibly experienced and knowledgeable! He made it seamless for us making our decisions and the ring and diamond combination is beautiful and of a higher quality than we had been able to find at any other store.

The entire process was a very positive experience and the finished product of the ring and diamond are absolutely breathtaking!

Golden tree is my favorite store in.the mall. I have had work done there and it was awesome and reasonable. Have wanted a nice watch for years and have stopped by to dream. Maz was always willing to show me the different watches. So when I was able I came in and bought one. The staff here is fantastic.

Really frustrating experience getting my ring resized here. This wasn’t my first time getting a piece of jewelry resized so I’m very familiar with the process. Was quoted $56, when i went to pick up they wanted to charge me almost $90 until I stated that was not the quote given.was told by female sales person that it was because of the kind of gold? After all that a couple weeks later of finally being able to wear the ring for the first time after purchasing it and i noticed damage on it that was not there before resizing in which part of the ring has snapped off. Went back and spoke to the same gentleman that originally gave me the quote when I sent it in for repair and he claimed that they wouldn’t have touched that area and would have to charge me another $48 to repair the damage.but there was no damage before it went to their shop.underwhelmed to say the least.will not be returning.

I recently purchased an Omega at Golden Tree. I must say the customer service and treatment there was top-notch. From the moment I walked in I was instantly greeted, the salesman educated me on the watch and set it up for me. Then on my way out, I had personal congratulations by the owner for my purchase. They made my experience feel special. I highly recommend this store.

I bought a watch online. It was delivered to me near Montreal in the province of Quebec. The service is unmatched, very polite, democratic and personalized. I will buy again from Golden Tree Jewellers.

I would like to share my feeling that I have never ever had such a great shopping experience. When we walked in Golden Tree Jewelry, we were welcomed by Maz, a nice gentleman, right away. After we told him that we needed a watch which was out of stock anywhere, he dealt with the matter professionally- put our name and contact information in the wait list with the model and color of the watch, and promised us that we would be contacted once the watch arrived. Maz used to invite us to feel the watches when the displayed watches arrived. We think it was a really excellent service though we couldn’t buy the watch at once. After waiting for 14months, the watch eventually arrived in the store. Maz contacted us right away and my husband eventually got the dream watch! We are impressed deeply that Maz still remember what we long for. We really appreciate it and definitely will shop there again.

I bought a breitling watch today at Golden Tree Jewellers. I was super satisfied with their professional and kind service. Most of all, the best part is that I got the best deal!

Simer was great and not pushy at all. He showed me everything similar to the original few watches I picked out and a few others that I maybe wouldn't have looked at myself. Ended up picking up a watch he suggested and love it.

Ultimately, we gravitated back to the no pressure sales and terrific rapport built by Simran and Claire that not only netted us in finding the right wedding bands, but also a pair of earrings and a necklace as well. I will definitely be back to Golden Tree because they definitely carry themselves at the highest level in regards to customer service and satisfaction. Others out there don't even acknowledge or greet you as a potential customer and it explains why some of their competitors within the same mall lose out on opportunities in building their clientele. This is a great local family run business that caters to their clients. Super friendly staff and great selection in store. The only place this side of the Port Mann to buy a high end watch such as Tudor, Breitling and Omega. They have a great selection of jewellery as well. Staff is knowledgeable and helpful. First time at this store, I spoke with Simon on the phone and went in to look at some watches. He was extremely knowledgeable in the watch I wanted and I was happy to purchase my watch on the spot.

Given that I was looking to purchase a watch that's still quite hard to get your hands on (Tudor's Black Bay Fifty-Eight) I shopped around at all the Tudor Authorized Dealers in the lower mainland. Sometimes AD's for luxury watches can be a bit.stuffy, but that wasn't at all the case with Golden Tree. From beginning to end Chelsea and the rest of the staff were extremely helpful & friendly, accomodating all my needs and patiently answering my occasional eager phone calls. I cannot recommend them highly enough, and will certainly be back to shop with them again.

My fiance and I went to Golden Tree Jewlery to look at wedding bands for him and I. We worked with Simer and he was wonderful, friendly, and accomodating to any request we had. I had a special request about my wedding band and he made it happen, no problem. My fiance had a problem with his ring size and they fixed it (twice!) with no hassles. Simer in particular was amazingly patient and made sure we had exactly what we needed but the whole staff there were exceptional. Everyone we talked to there was super informative, helpful, and a joy to work with. If you need jewlery or a watch I highly reccomend Golden Tree Jewellers at Willowbrook, ask for Simer.

Horrible customer service! Called to confirm watch adjustment, was told someone would adjust or for me. Drove all the way from Agassiz. If you’re looking for unique jewellery or watches, the after sales of this establishment will not be able to help you.

Bob always comes through and delivers. I do not go anywhere else and I never argue over price as he always comes to me with a better deal than I could ask for.
