The best experience we had from a supplier and in combination with a contractor they recommended to us. My parents bought a condo with a possession date on Apr 29th, we bought the floor in early March from Annie who patiently explained different laminate floor products they had and helped us picked a great color with reasonable price. She also helped us calculate the sqft needed which turns out to be pretty accurate. We had booked with the contractor for May 2nd and 3rd but due to a delay in strata approval letter, we had to reschedule with the contractor who did their best to accommodate.they finished 850 sqft flooring in a day and a half (including picking up and deliver floor, underlay, molding from Golden Trim, ripping carpet underlay & take them away, dismount baseboard, clean, sand uneven floor, flooring, putting back baseboard, vacuum in the end), my parents' place was clean and they didn't leave any mess behind! We had one box of floor extra and was able to return with no issue (so long as it's within 30-day of pickup). That's a wonderful one stop shopping experience we had to share.
