Called to pick up a cake for my grandma and they messed up the writing so much. Not to mention the cake was super old and discoloured. I’m really upset they didn’t call me prior to me coming to pick up the cake driving all the way here was a waste of time.

I have to agree with the multiple reviews here that the customer service really was not ok.
We ordered a mango drink (and already paid) at the car free festival booth and told to pick up the drink in store behind. Which was fine until we were told in the shop that the mango flavour was sold out, and they only got purple yam flavour left. We still accepted that and went with whatever was left.
But when we got the drink the volume of drink was clearly only 2/3 and a lot less than another lady who got the same drink before us. I went to confront the employee only to be told that “their measure cups are all standard. It’s just the ice level was different. ” They ended up just adding more ice for me to bring the volume up.
The drink itself tasted mediocre, a bit too sweet for my preference.

The ube cake they have here is so good! The only place to have it! The photo I took does not do justice to how good it looks, as well as how good it tastes.

My wife went there on august 16. We arrived at 5.26 pm and they're already closed. It says on the door it opens until 5.30. So unprofessional! Worst customer service

Microwaved foods. Worst Customer Service. And to make it worst, found molds in their dinakdakan! Definitely not coming back. Very Disappointed

I bought hopia and bought an de leche.those are my favourites.then I waited gor awhile inside because its freakin very cold while waiting for the bus which is just outside. Then the staff ask me if I am buying something, I said I just bought something then told me angrily that I am not authorized to stay inside. Knowing there are tables and chairs there if you wanna eat. Very rude! Pinoy pa naman

Food is ok. Customer service is another issue. If you make a mistake, own up to it. Don't blame the customer for ordering the "wrong thing".
2nd time visiting this location.there will not be a 3rd.

I don’t usually write negative reviews. I called in to order for party trays for the next day and agreed to pay in advance for them. After she took my order down, I asked for the total and she refused to give me an amount. She said I will see the total after I am charged. You don’t ask someone for their credit card information without telling them how much they will be charged. How unprofessional and rude.
