Pathetic service. I got there around 9: 35 PM and there was another customer waiting in front of me. The broker kept taking pictures and printing papers and then before taking the customer in front told me that the system closes at 10 PM. He then assisted them and when my turn came, he entered a few things and said the “system is off. ”

He could have either told me earlier or printed and photographed their pictures later.

I came from a far distance.

I was in Surrey one night and realized that my insurance was going to expire that night. I did a search online and found Goldleaf insurance which was open late.

I went onto their site and noticed that we can do ICBC online renewals now.

The process was so quick and easy, I filled out the form, got a phone call back from them, within the hour, my car insurance was renewed

I went here for insurance because they were the only place open due to covid 19. I was told to park my vehicle I needed storage insurance though they did not forewarn me that I could not park on the street this insurance. I had my vehicle towed. Thank you for being such a treat (sarcasm)

I am extremely impressed with the service provided here, as it was late but noticed Goldleaf was the only Autoplan open. When I arrived, the man at the front was very knowledgeable and was able to provide me the most practical adjustments to my insurance. Having had some rather unpleasant experiences with a former insurance company, dealing with the staff at Goldleaf was an absolute pleasure and joy.

I will be coming here from now on and Highly recommend anyone to give them a try for any insurance needs. You won’t be disappointed!

DO NOT waste your time coming here! I called ahead to see if I would need my car with me to get my registration transferred over from Alberta to BC. On the phone they told me that they could do it without the car present, no problem. I arrived 20 minutes later, with all my paperwork, and they refused to transfer my registration because I did not bring my car with me. I am so unimpressed with companies that waste my time like this after I deliberately do all that I can to avoid situations like these. I won't be wasting my precious time with this company again, and you shouldn't waste yours.

Owner was very helpful and thorough in answering questions and suggestions for appropriate coverage. And his hours of business are excellent.

I have insurance here I was treated nice then I try to ask for a quote for a new jeep and the guy was rud and hung up in my ear. Not happy at all.

Really good service. They helped me out of a jam, got my insurance renewed very quickly. They were the only place I found that was open until late at night which was extremely convenient. Thanks again!

Well this has thrown me for a loop; I have been a loyal customer and no issues; recently I called to renew my policies for my two vehicles and paid by visa over the phone; I was told everything was good. A week later I received a call from the accounts department saying my payments did not go through; I asked what the visa number was they put through and it was not even my visa number; I was on the phone for a long period of time and then gave them my visa number again.this time it appeared that it went through without issue. A couple of days later I received six letters for my insurance for one of my vehicles which all had different dollar amounts; then I received a registered letter "NOTICE OF PENDING CANCELLATION"; all this considered and then I found out I was being overcharged on this vehicle as they were charging me for a higher end vehicle that I did not even own; I was told that a refund would be put on my visa. I am very disappointed with the service; what ever happened to the days when customer service was a priority?

Staff is very friendly and warming. I wouldn't suggest changing the hours because that is what make its convenient. They are excellent at dealing with emergencies and helped my family, who came from overseas, with health insurance immediately. Really pleased with their services and would recommend anyone to go.

One of poor service they give. Staff is uneducated.even the staff sitting evenings and nights totally uneducated. They always go for the higher premiums and not disclosed the full information. Better to insure from other insurance brokers. They always does the mistakes and say sorry only. Most of the time you will find them they have closed door and if you call them they come very late.

Was here at 7am as they are advertised to have hours from 7am-11pm. No one arrived even after an hour. Strongly suggest to change hours, it is unprofessional.

Here at 7: 12am, the sign says open at 7am. I needed to deal with my insurance before I went to work, door is locked, nobody here.
