I had the most average tiramisu, and at first bite, the cream on the outside had a strange taste, but it wasn't bad when I ate it with bread.
The cream and sheet inside were pretty good, but the white cream on the outside. The more I ate it, the weirder it got, so I skimmed off the cream and ate it. Tiramisu without cream is not tiramisu. ㅠ_ㅠ

This is a very cute little bakery. They have lots of different varieties of bread and a small selection of cakes. I came during Christmas time so they have some special Christmas items such as cookies and chocolate bomb. The prices are on the higher end. Parking can be quite full on the weekend.

Their cake is sooo good! The cream is tasty and we had the blueberry flavor cream cake as our friend’s birthday cake and we all enjoyed it very much really recommend to anyone who’s looking for a cake!

You are only allowed to sit for one hour so that is the down side but the drinks were very good. This was a taro and matcha latte.

I bought this dessert in the afternoon and tried to consume it later at night the same day, but the cream was already spoiled (smelled like spoiled butter and tasted strangely sour) indicating that this was not fresh and probably part of a batch that was not sold the day before or even a couple of days before.garbage. The dessert was transported in a thermal bag for 30 minutes in a cold day, and then transfered to the fridge right away when I arrived home, so it was not mishandling from my part. The issue was on their side.

Bread can be this fluffy. I'm surprised it's open for business. I wonder if it's possible in Canada.

I always order birthday cakes from here. It is definitely more expensive than other Asian cake places but they make delicious cakes which are fresh and not too sweet.

One of my favorite spots to relax with tea and pastry early in the morning before grocery shopping. The trays of cakes just came out of the oven and the fresh aroma filling the place is the best thing, and it's FREE. I accept that it is very hard to be a baker, pay high rent, make ends meet and still be cheery, soI am perfectly ok with the no-frills service, it is unpretentious and quiet, sincere and imperfect. I accept what they offer: the food, the experience, even the slight dryness of the cake, with appreciation. I have tried many times to bake a simple loaf of bread and in my experience, it is quite difficult.

Our family visited this store for the first time on May 23. It was unpleasant. The staff then was lack of basic interpersonal skills. Perhaps she had a bad day; however, it showed me she was just not kind. We would not want to support this business where the staff is not friendly to kids.

Besides, their bakery is just average.

Came here on a Thursday. We ordered the sweet potato glutinous bread 3.99. Its basically a bread made to look like a Korean sweet potato goguma and I believe there was sweet potato inside. It looks cool but tasted mediocre. It kind of dries out your mouth. It was chewy and not overly sweet but I wouldn't get it again.
I also got the garlic croissant $2.99. It wasn't very crispy but it had a strong garlic flavour. It also didn't have a lot of layers but it was quite sweet. It was also quite large.
Some of their goods are sold at Hmart if you are looking to try it. But avoid the two items that I have tried

I bought a strawberry cake for Christmas which was small size, $30. The cream and sponge cake were good but there were only few pieces of strawberry in surface not even in the filling. I'd rather call it fresh cream cake not the strawberry. It tasted good just a bit disappointed.

This is the worse place to buy breads. Not fresh, hard to chew and not tasty at all. I wont go back there anymore.

I had bad experience here. I visited to buy a cake, the staff had No greeting, No eye contact. The old lady just said we don’t have enough breads now. When I asked her one cake price she just didn’t even look at which one it is. Just let me know the price by sizes. And I bought pound cake it is too dry and smells so strong like artificial Mocha. I wouldn’t visit again.

Got a cake here first time. The lady working there was very friendly. The transaction was quick. I got a Tiramisu cake and it’s not your traditional tiramisu (missing some crunch) so just reduce one star there but overall was good experience.

The buns and muffins are good except that the red bean and green bean pastes are way too sweet. I think these would be better if they are 50% less sweet. Otherwise it’s a nice little cafe.

This was the second time we went to the bakery. The service was friendly; however, the owner sold the cake we pre-ordered for mother’s day to random people. They insisted the person who picked up our cake confirmed the correct telephone numbers. How they verify the numbers was beyond me and questionable. It was very disappointing and upsetting.

Staff was really nice and the space was really cozy to study in. I had a hot chocolate and a snack with custard cream inside topped with icing sugar (I forgot the item, perhaps chou?).

I bought "fresh milk cream cake" for birthday. It was really only cream, no fruits inside. Cream was very good, but I was feeling missing something because of no fruits. Then I spent $27 for whole cake.

Got this Korean chestnuts soboro bread $3 from Good Morning Bakery, surprisingly good, but I actually found this in a small bread section of Hannam Supermarket. It tastes like those Chinese pineapple bun, not too sweet, but with lots chestnut pieces in every bites of my mouth.

My kids love the sweet crumbs on top and the texture of the bread. However, they prefer eating it without any chestnuts.

I purchased a chocolate cake paid $32. It had no chocolate flavour like none. Just tastes like ordinary fresh cream cake. I am very disappointed.
Also cake was so dry even with the cream.

I bought a yam cake which looked nice, but when I cut the cake, the centre of the cake was frozen! It was very embarrassing in a party. The taste wasn’t bad, but it wasn’t a fresh cake, obviously. I wouldn’t purchase any cake from there.

Small Korean bakery with sweet and savoury buns, cakes and cookies. However, one of my favourite types of Korean "bread" is the soboro bun and this one was too one-dimensional: the topping needed a bit more crunch and the bun was too airy and dry. Definitely not what I was expecting.

Walked in to get a birthday cake. I looked at the cakes for a few minutes and staff walked by me but never acknowledged me. I left without a cake.

An amazing bakery. Great baked goods, always good service, and a great atmosphere. I will literally go out of my way to stop here when I visit the coast.
