I’ve been a tenant managed by Goodrich realty for a few years now and my experience has been great with no problems. Donna is very kind, caring, and easy to talk to. The team working there have been very helpful! I highly recommend Goodrich!

The Goodrich team have been a pleasure to work with over the past several years. As a commercial tenant I really appreciate their efforts to tend to our property and attention to any other needs I have had!

Totally condescending and a big bully, Dona is constantly throwing her weight around as she knows tenants are in need of repairs and would have to rely on her- despite being unreliable and hateful as she is. We had ONLY bad experiences with Donna for so many years so please don’t ever ever rent from Goodrich. You’ll be sorry if you do.

If I could give zero star, trusttttt me I would! While I was living there, my shower was clogged and whenever I was trying to unclogged it, sand was coming out of it. I thought to call the office to resolve the problem and they directed me to Dona who interrogated me as if I was at fault. She threatened that if it wasn’t a big problem as i stated it to be, I would have to pay the plumber’s bill. We ended up agreeing to have a plumber to come resolve the issue. It took months! I had to remind them again of the issue to finally have a plumber. Dona did not take me seriously and it turned out to not just be a problem in my unit, but a pipe issue with the whole building. Anyway, I really had a bad service with this agent in particular.

Absolute scam. Donna demanded I send a deposit before ever seeing a tenancy agreement. According to BC Tenancy laws, once you send a deposit you are bound to the tenancy agreement (whether you have seen it or not). Also never called my references. Donna used the term "teeny tiny changes" to what was advertised. Run from this company.

It's piece of lies and extremely time waste. I had personal experiences from their property 11615 @80 Ave Delta

I'm surprised how many reviews praise Donna. She is the rudest woman I've ever met. She answers the phone with, "what do you want? Get to the point right now" repeatedly, and makes every attempt to rush me off the phone. Every response is condescending. I dont know how you can conduct business this way. They are the landlord so you can't avoid this behavior but if you're a prospective client, beware and avoid!

I have been a tenant for the past 4 1/2 years in a property managed by Goodrich Realty and have enjoyed a positive relationship the entire time. Having been both a tenant and landlord in the past, I have had a wide range of experiences from both perspectives. Donna and the team at Goodrich are exceptional. They always have acted with high integrity and are very professional in their management of the property. Although they are the agent of the landlord, they are fair to tenants, transparent and responsive to enquiries and service calls, they ensure that interactions are compliant with the law, and are respectful of the rights and well-being of tenants. Throughout my tenancy they facilitated a respectful and constructive relationship with the landlord.

I would definitely recommend Goodrich to any owner or tenant because the staff is extremely helpful. The property manager, Donna, is the best and very caring! She helped me out with my specific situation a while back and found a solution that gave me a peace of mind. If I get an opportunity to work with Goodrich again, I would love to! Thank you team for such a courteous and legendary service!

My apartment recently was acquired by this company and not three months after they're already showing incompetency. Only accepts calls during working hours, and leaves the heat ON, turning it to almost maximum when the weather is 30 degrees Celsius outside. Service has declined ever since my apartment was acquired by
Goodrich.

I've been trying to get this rental management company to fix a fire hazard in my unit for the past 4 months. The issue has progressed and despite many calls and emailing photos they have been dismissive and even hung up on me when I asked for confirmation that they were going to send someone to repair. The staff who handles tenant calls often sounds stressed and inexperienced, claiming to have no control over how or when tenant issues are handled. I will update my review as the issue develops.

I was a tenant for several years with Goodrich Realty. I always found them to be a great group of people to deal with. If there were any problems with the property.they were quick to get me answers and resolved any issues in a fast/timely manner. I would gladly deal with this company again. I highly recommend Goodrich Realty to owner or renter.

Whenever something broke, they fixed it. Lived in peace for 3.5 years. Always clear communication, everything legal.

Not sure about the positive reviews here. Unreal! Dealt with Donna and goodrich for along time. Not by choice, obviously, as they are "managing" the property we're in. Numerous problems with Donna- too many to name.examples: not replying for long period/ if and when repairs happen, usually shoddy work/ everything drags on forever/ you'd get blamed for it/ complete lack of consideration, etc. Mostly she'll just show you she does not care at all whatsoever.

Horrible communication and rude. Told them about a mouse issue 3 weeks ago with multiple complaints and no one has contacted me. I will be contacting BC Residential Tenancy Branch today.
