I have been shopping for my workout supplements at goods for about a year now. James and his wife Lauren have been awesome, whenever I've got questions about what the benefits different products have to offer they are happy to inform me. Especially James he's like a walking library. The points system is fun as you can get a free smoothie with it, and Lauren makes a really good smoothie. I couldn't find a complaint even if I tried, I highly recommend goods to anybody.

Oh, man, where do I even start with Goods Health and Wellness on Pandosy? This place is the bee's knees, the cat's pajamas, the whole shebang! Their smoothies? A delightful rollercoaster of taste that leaves your tastebuds giving you a standing ovation. I'm talking mangoes mingling with spinach like they're at the hottest party in town.

And don't get me started on the staff. They're friendlier than a Canadian moose who's just discovered the joys of hospitality. Walk in a stranger, walk out feeling like you just had Thanksgiving dinner with them.

In short, if you're looking for a place where health meets flavor and good vibes, look no further. Goods Health and Wellness is your jam. Five stars, no question.

The smoothies here are delicious! The staff are always friendly with great advice on products and on my last visit they went above and beyond to help me calculate the macros in my smoothie:) Love supporting local by shopping here!
