If I could give them a zero I would. Ordered online for food to be delivered at 1pm. Food was not delivered until 1: 30 which my lunch was already over by that time. Manager argued with me that when you choose the delivery time online that it is when the food is ready even though the email stated that it would be delivered at 1pm. Was very rude and hung up on me. Then when the order did arrive it was the wrong order.

Very delicious food specially the koubide or koobide, really love this place. Just test the handmade Doogh, it is amazing.

Take out Persian food. The quality is consistent. Enjoy the Koobideh kebab and lamb shank. Will have a go at the chicken kebab in the future.

Food quality is good and consistent.
Price are fairly reasonable and portions are generous.
The sides and desserts worth trying. They are fresh and tasty.
Working hours is convenient to have an early lunch or a late supper.
Only takes 20 minutes to get your food prepared which is great.
I always order a koobideh kabab regardless of the main course. Love I koobideh.

During our trip to Vancouver we got most of our meals from this branch. Their Kebabs were yummy, and I gave them 4/5, but fish and stews, especially Fesenjun, got 2.5-3.
They are so friendly and the prices are very reasonable. Each meal can be enough for two people most of the time.

The quality is really good and their dessert is very tasty. I’m Persian and I bought food for myself and my partner (he is vietnamese) he fell in love with everything that he tasted.staff are nice and it’s a clean place too

For a piece of meat and rice you’ll pay about $15 (and a grilled tomato). Not even a thank you for a 15% tip. Good quality is average.

I ordered zereshk polo for the first time at this place and I was pretty disappointed with the quality of the dish. There was a tiny amount of zereshk on the rice to resemble zereshk polo and the chicken was super salty and greasy, also very small. Compared to other Persian restaurants and the food we received I found this place overpriced.

I recently ordered takeout from this resturant and I have to say, it was absolutely delicious! From the moment I placed my order to the moment I picked it up, everything was seamless and easy.

The menu offered a wide variety of Persian dishes, from kebabs to stews to rice dishes. I ended up ordering the chicken kebab platter with saffron rice, and it did not disappoint. The chicken was tender and flavorful, with just the right amount of seasoning and char. The saffron rice was fluffy and aromatic, and paired perfectly with the chicken.

The portion sizes were generous, too. I ended up having enough food for two meals, which was a great value for the price. And even though I ordered takeout, the food was packaged in a way that kept it hot and fresh all the way home.

Overall, I would highly recommend this restaurant for takeout. The food was delicious, the portions were generous, and the service was friendly and accommodating. I can't wait to order from them again!

I agree with other reviewers, great quality and quantity! I like how they give you an onion & special seasoning pack to go with your meal. Much much better than Cazba in Coquitlam center.

Great! My family and I loved the taste of the kebab and in our opinion it was the best in Vancouver.

Extremely rude staff specially. The chicken was uncooked. The meat was dry. There was hair in their rice. Extremely disgusting. Quality of food was horrible. We threw out everything after seeing the hair. This place should be closed down for food safety reasons.

Consider yourself warned. Unethical business. They took order on phone and doubled our order price. When we called back for their error they refused to pay us back. They charged our credit card over 200 dollars extra. The food was terrible too. This is stealing and unethical. They doubled and charged us double what we ordered on the phone.

Good food and fast service and good staff. I hope this agency will remain with the same quality and will not change over time! In my opinion, good work should be praised and poor quality work should be criticized. Good luck.

We are surprised by the good quality of the foods at Grab and Go. My wife and I both work full time and get our daily foods from local restaurants. We found Grab and Go has fresh and healthier foods compared to similar restaurants. Their foods have lower fats and they look/taste more fresh. We hope they keep their quality of foods and even improve them and I am sure they will get more and more customers by words of mouth if they have healthier foods compared to their competitors specially the fact that they are only food delivery and take out and people would like to have good, healthy and inexpensive foods at home and spend their cooking times with their family and for working from home. I think Grab and Go can growth if they address the demand from new generation of working from home people and keep their high quality and build on that. Overall happy to see they are in tri cities

The portions are fantastic for what you pay for and the food is absolutely amazing! My boyfriend's family introduced me to this place and I instantly fell in love with their food. When I finally brought some home to my family, they loved it as well! Will order again!

The best Persian restaurant in the Tri-cities. The quality of the food was outstanding: the Kabobs were juicy and tasty. You could actually taste the saffron on the rice. The service was friendly and polite and they armed us with lots of onions and sumac. Their home made dough was fantastic. I just hope they maintain their quality.

Tried a few different plates and they are all really good. Really look forward to the tahdig so it's a massive disappointment when you don't get it as it really contributes to the flavour of the overall dish.

The quality and quantity of their food is amazing. I have had many experiences with various restaurants but the food at this location was the best in terms of taste, quality and proportions. The quality of the saffron they use is also noticeably good.
