Worst experience in ring shopping ever. Never expected a luxury brand could have a very poor customer service. Ring the bell to get in, let us stand there alone for 5mins and nobody greeted us. One guy finally came to us and asked us what size fits us, well, it is ur responsibility to figure it out as you are a sales person. Then he started talking about they have a shortage in supply and no delivery would be made anytime soon. He suggested us to go to US to check out the stock. So I guess if you don’t want to make a decision right away and want to try their design first, you should also avoid this store. I would give 0 star if I could. Never ever would consider Graff again.

I have been to many boutiques globally and Graff (Brinkhaus) is by far the best. Irena and her dream team have given my family and I many wonderful memories. Irena has a wealth of knowledge on watches, jewelry and gemstones. I always have fun visiting the boutique and could spend hours there.

I was very fortunate the day I walked in to Brinkhaus jewellers (now Graff) in Vancouver and consulted with Irina Denisevich, over 11 years ago. My husband wanted me to buy my dream engagement ring to celebrate his retirement. I had shopped many jewellers in the city but did not witness the friendly cooperative team environment that I found at Brinkhaus. I absolutely love the ring they had for me. Now, I still go see the team and they polish up my ring and check the claws etc, even resized it for me, never at cost to me. I feel like a member of the family. Customer service extraordinary, doesn't stop when you make your purchase. Even today in this crazy time we are facing. Thank you so much, Irina, Wayne, Troy and all. A true pleasure.

Wonderful experience and amazing service picking up my 1st PP with Irina. The overall experience, is just as important as the product you purchase, in my humble opinion. It was a special day and they didn't disappoint. I could have spent the whole day there! Felt comfortable. Beautiful store. Great conversations. Tremendous product and technical knowledge, helping educate me. The location is perfect. Next to Hotel Vancouver in the heart of shopping district in Downtown Vancouver. Thanks to all the staff and thank you kindly for being part of my PP story! Can't wait to come back!

Wow! What an amazing experience I had this week from the staff at Graff Vancouver. As soon as I stepped into the store, I felt so taken care of. The staff were extremely knowledgable and shared their expertise with me. I learned so many interesting facts and details about each stone from Irina, and she treated me so well. She has so much knowledge when it comes to stones, diamonds and high-end jewelry, and I appreciated the very specific details that she offered me. The store is also attached to Patek Phillipe watches and we loved that as well. It's very rare to get a Patek Phillipe watch and we are thankful Vancouver has a store!

Walked in to this place over the weekend and walked right back out. Not only was it colder inside than outside, all the staff looked like they were freezing! The inside looked nice, but I wasn't gonna stay around long to look. Not sure if they had a heating issue, but something was definitely wrong. Maybe I will try again another day.

Exceptional service. We stopped by to check out the new Graff and Patek store. We had the privilege of being helped by Troy. He showed us around and was very knowledgeable. He showed us several watches and on the Graff side he helped me pick out my Christmas presents. If you are in downtown Vancouver check out this story and asked for Troy!
