I would like to thank Terry and Grandcity Autobody for the AMAZING service they provided. Not only did Grandcity autobody repair my car quickly and expertly, it looks fantastic, but Terry helped my son navigate the difficult process of transferring his license and insurance from Ontario to BC. I am beyond grateful for all his help and kindness. I would HIGHLY recommend Terry and Grandcity autobody as he went above and beyond and without Terry's help we would not have been able to navigate this process.

Someone backed into my car and the hood was damaged. This sounds bad but in my younger years I was in a few car accidents and have used various auto body repair shops in the Lower Mainland.

By far Grand City Auto is the best as the professionalism started from the person at the counter who helped me all the way to the claims person and the person who helped me in the end.

Quality of work is top-notch. They washed my car and it’s the cleanest I’ve ever seen it. I couldn’t do it better myself (they cleaned both outside and inside thoroughly).

Hopefully no more accidents in the future but if I do get into one I would not hesitate to bring it back here.

Excellent work done by the friendly staff at Grandcity Autobody. They were great about communicating with me about how far along the repair was, and gave me a couple of hours notice prior to the work being complete. I would go back again. (Good COVID protocols in place too).

Decent price and great service！It only takes a few days, and I got my brand new car back.
And there were scratches on the right car mirror, but they repaired it for us immediately without any extra charge. Highly Recommended!

I'm not really a 'reviewer' but I had the best experience with Grandcity Autobody! Their manager delivered and picked up the courtesy car, they cleaned the interior and exterior of my SUV, provided a warranty of work, and went over the top to keep me informed of things before, during and after the work! Even during COVID:). I would highly recommend them to anyone, a truly pleasurable and painless process.

Through no fault of mine my Porsche needed repair after it was reversed into in a parking lot.
It was heart breaking and on the recommendation of the Porsche dealership, I used Grandcity auto body Vancouver for the repair. Not only did they deliver a perfect repair on time but did so with the utmost professionalism.

Very professional and high quality work. Good communication. They repaired a rear end collision. During the repair they noticed stone had hit the car in multiple places of the car and noticed the owner so that it can be fixed before things gotten worst.

Very good and quick auto body shop, fixed my car quick and they did a real good job can't even tell it was damaged before.

I have a pearl white Lexus that some pathetic person keyed. Grand city autobody on Main and 5th Ave did a fantastic job matching the paint. You can't see the repair. Fast and professional. The courtesy car was greatly appreciated. They even touched up a scratch on the bottom of the car for no charge. Highly recommend them for paint repairs!

Finally a company that delivers quality workmanship and professional service. My car was repaired and ready for pick up. Upon my arrival I was greeted by my Porsche awaiting my inspection. This was the first time in a long time that I have been absolutely delighted with a job well done. I do not hesitate for one moment to give this company and its employees my utmost highest level of approval. Leave your car in their hands and come back knowing your vehicle will be as good as new! Maybe even better than new.
I'm adding to this to my posting a little more than a month after I originally posted.
Just to let you all know what kind of personal service Grandcity Autobody is capable of delivering. Try this on for size! A very minor part was overlooked when they first repaired my car. So they came to my home on a weekend to fix it. In it self not such a big gesture except I live five & a half hours away. NOW THATS SERVICE! Thanks again to Grandcity Autobody
