Michael is amazing!
I made an appointment (on the day of) to come in for an estimate as another vehicle caused damage to my car. They took me in a few hours after I called in and Michael determined that they were not able to work on my car since the damage was mechanical and not external.
Although they were not able to service my car, Michael was EXTREMELY knowledgeable and provided me with an in-depth explanation on what could possibly happened to my car and how to proceed. He took his time and really made sure I understood that he was advising every step of the way. I cannot recommend this place more! Thank you Grandcity Autobody team & Michael!

I was in an accident 2 weeks ago and dropped my vehicle off with Grand City. Initially, we were told that it might be until April to get
our car fixed. Then Darren called the dealer for parts and luckily they had the parts in inventory. Two weeks later, I have my car back and it looks just like new. Thank you Tina and Darren!

It took a long time, the workmanship was poor, broken parts were installed again, and there were many hands and tails. Next time I come here to get my car repaired, I will be the dog.

Everything was good. Courteous and knowledgable staff. Had a RAV 4 as my courtesy car. The body work is speedy and good. The only thing is I had my accidental auto bump in July and they can only schedule me in mid October. All in, I give it a 5.

I recently visited Grandcity to spray a few panels of my older BMW. They did an excellent job of paint matching as well as spraying the few areas to make it look almost brand new. They not only managed my expectation at the assessment stage, they also described the approach that they will be taking, to ensure I am ok with it. At the end the car came out perfect and they also did a thorough cleaning. Thank you so much.

Got side swiped by an other vehicle, the whole right side was damaged from front to rear. I took my car in right away for inspection and alignment. Very friendly staffs and explained what I needed to do for ICBC. It took a bit extra time for the availability of the courtesy car. But it’s ok, the body work and paint job is good.

I recently had some repairs done at Grandcity and I am extremely impressed with the work they did! Raymond, the owner, was fantastic to work with and he was very attentive throughout the entire process. He even selected a great rental for me that was tailored to my needs.

The repairs were top-notch and you can tell that the team takes a lot of pride in their work to make sure everything is done to the highest standards. My car looks brand new now after they returned it to me.

I have used Grand City Auto Body probably 4 times before for auto repairs for various cars. I have had a very good experience with them and I kept on coming back because of this. But my latest experience with them would probably be my last. Our SUV had an accident in Sept. 2022 and we brought it to them for repairs and was partly done by the end of Sept.but we were informed that a part (a brace) was on backorder so we had to wait for it so we took the vehicle from the shop. It was until Dec.when we had to call them if the part was available so they can complete the job. We brought the car to the shop Dec. 19 and said they will finish on Dec. 22. They did not finish the car and they gave us a loaner car. They then gave a date of Dec. 29 to finish it but again failed to do so. They said they were fully booked and suggested we pick up our unfinished vehicle again and bring it back on Jan. 16 for repair.it took them until Feb. 7,2023 to complete the job. Even then, when we picked up the car, they forgot to install the original front grille and the wiring for the front light was not working. All in all in took them more than 4 months to complete the job. We were so disappointed with their service and lack of communication specially because their delay during the holiday season meant we did not have our vehicle when we needed it the most. Because of the terrible and stressful experience, I will not be using their services in the future. Their customer service has deteriorated.

Thank you Raymond and his team for their excellent work on my Camry SE. When I brought my car to their Richmond store for repair, Raymond explained to me in details of the work that needs to be done and the job was completed on schedule. Totally satisfied and highly recommend!
