He went above and beyond the clutch I needed replaced, and even cleaned my car, inside and out. Work and parts warrantied for a year! Incredibly welcoming, professional, and communicative, making sure I knew everything going on from start to finish. Highly recommend! I'll never go to another mechanic!

This used to be a great shop. It is no longer at the listed location and customer service and quality is not what it was. I won't be going back.

I brought my my truck here to get some suspension and brake work done which I a previous shop deemed "very critical". The guys at grandview inspected my truck and SHOWED me what I needed. These are trustworthy guys who get the right things done. Thank you.

Came today and the past 2 times to change my tires. Fast service and very friendly mechanics/workers. Was in and out in less than 45 minutes, fast service even though I arrived unannounced. Came here because i needed a proper job done to safely change my tires off the rim and they have the proper tools for it. If you have a nice set of rims, this is a pretty good shop to change your tires at. They let me know i had a crack on the inside of one of my rims, they let me know exactly why i should fix it and told me to look for a rim restorer/welder to fix the crack for my safety. I have only been here twice for tire changes but was very satisfied with the service. It also seems like they value giving good service which i like as well. I would HIGHLY recommend going to this shop over shops like Kal Tire, Fountain Tire and Mr Lube.

All the positive comments seem to be targeting the previous owner. The new owner doesn't seem to be able to fill their shoes as I saw with the more recent comments. I thought I'd still give them a chance, but I definitely regret it. They completely stripped my bolts and damaged my rims during a routine tire change. When confronted, they refused to take blame and tried to charge me $350. Will not be returning.

I made an appointment for Jul 29 two weeks prior and even confirmed the appointment. On the day of the appointment I bring my car and arrange a lot of plans around the repair. But the shop is closed and on the voicemail it says that they are closed till august 12th. No warning or communication on their side about this. Good people working there and honest. Just horrible communication. Now I have to rearrange all of my plans and look for another shop.

Staff have left, when I was there, it was the last mechanic's they had and it was his last day. It's really sad that the owners don't know how to retain their staff. Won't be coming back. Please cancel my appointment.

Great experience. They do same day leak/flat repair if you drop your car off in the morning. Great communication. An extra part of my tire needed repair and they called for appoval to add the small charge.

Dropped by this place in the morning coz I had a punctured tire, and was first told by the towing guy to move my car because I was in his way. Moved my car around and parked infront of the bay and was told rudely again by a mechanic to move my car somewhere else. After circling around 2x and finally managed to squeeze in between 2 cars, I walked into the office and was told they were too busy at the moment and had to come back in the afternoon. Total waste of time!

I have been a loyal customer for over 20 years. Ed and the whole team have been exceptional to deal with. They have kept us safe over the years and I'm really fearful for that. I've recommended them to all my friends and family as a well run, honest and experienced auto shop. Everything from regular tune up's, brakes, tires and auto parts replacements, they have been terrific. Never been an issue with any service. Thanks to the whole team.

It was my first time to this shop. I brought my Jeep here to have tires, rims and TPM sensors fit. They outlined everything about the job clearly and completed the work quickly. They were knowledgeable and friendly with how they approached their suggestions and worked with me to achieve the specifics on the install that I was looking for. I would definitely use this shop again and would highly recommend their work! Nice people and excellent work!

Extremely disappointed with the deceitful way i was treated. I brought my 1967 Chevelle in for new wheels and tires and some mechanical work. I spoke to Ed Wong, (the liar), on three separate occasions regarding the specific wheels and tires i wanted. Ed takes it upon himself to order a completely different make of wheel without telling me. We agreed on a price of 2000.00 for the wheels and tires. The wheels he ordered are available for 600.bux. So he was obviously just trying to rip me off. Then he replaces a harmonic balancer that didn't need to be replaced, and charged me 120.00 bux for a 45 dollar part. He said he fixed the oil leak at the harmonic balancer, but the next day it was still leaking. Was told to bring the car back, but after such a horrendous experience, i will cut my losses and ties with this establishment. Never have i been so disappointed with a mechanic. A trustworthy man, Ed is certainly not! STAY AWAY!

Broke down with a steering pump failure. Limped my truck into the garage unannounced and was told that they would do the best they could however they were very booked up and a mechanic down. Within 24 hours they had diagnosed the problem and fixed it within 48 fitting me around other customers.

I have been well informed about what is going on, they were up front about options and fair prices. This is a garage with integrity and honesty.

I've had major and minor repairs done with Grandview Tire & Auto and been very satisfied every time. Their rates are competitive, especially compared to getting work done at over-priced dealerships. I have a 2003 Subaru and they are knowledgeable about the make and model. They bent over backwards to get in some parts which had warn-out on my car. They are good about calling with progress or if further issues arise when doing the service. Also, they are a quick walk to the Expo and Millennium Skytrain lines which makes picking up your car before or after work easy.

Excellent quality of service! The team here make it super easy to get work done and are honest and open about what's going on. They are definitely people you can trust to get what you need done on your vehicle. Would highly recommend!
