He can not do fillings till save his life. All of my families have fallen out, had to go back for repeat visits to get ground down. They run out of time to finish your cleaning but charge you for the full thing. Not to mention the old staff that never put payments through so you get a call 3 years later to pay something that should’ve been done already. There’s better dentist offices

If your scared of dental work this is the place to go! I still don't like needles BUT this is the crew for you. They are kind, patient and will work with you to get you the help you NEED. Don't be scared the hardest part is making the appointment, they will do the rest.

This review is after my second visit at this dental care center. Both visits were great with my 6 and 4 year old in terms of comfort. Our second visit, unfortunately, my 6 year old couldn't finish her cleaning because she was scared of the suction tool. With that said, I'd like to say, the dental assistant we had was so caring. Her and I both tried softly to convince my daughter to finish but, there was no way it was happening. The assistant reassured my daughter that it's okay and she did great. (Making sure she didn't have a traumatizing experience.) Though I was disappointed my daughter didn't finish her cleaning I was happy to see the care and concern for her by the assistant. Hopefully next visit will be successful!

The admin staff was quick to fill a cancelation for a long overdue cleaning. No lectures and great advice. Then they placed me in for relaxing fillings in the afternoon and I have an appointment tomorrow.

I am a new client to this dental office. It started off very good was greeted with a smile which is very important to me. Secindly being in a new office someone helped me right away giving me paperwork to fill out. Thirdly after i filled the paperwork out i wasn’t sitting long in the seating area and a member of the office came and took me to the dental area and performed xray’s on me etc. The Dr came in right after looked at what was the problem and gave me solutions to the issue i was having. So everything was very good no complaints and happy staff and it shows.i rate 5/5. I would definitely go back!

The kids absolutely adore going to the dentist now! Not only do they get excited but they learn so much and are so comfortable going thanks to the amazing hygienists and dentist. They never leave upset and are always buzzing with joy when they get their new toothbrush’s and prizes.

I have been coming here for almost 30 years. Always friendly, and caring. They know what they are doing and make you as comfortable as they can…even if you are a little bit needy.

This is such a fantastic dental office. All of the staff are amazing. They make sure you have the best appointment.

Dr. Oppenheim is a very knowledgeable and competent dentist. He genuinely goes above and beyond. I've recently had issues with some molars and even though they couldn't seem to find any issue with one of my molars the first time around. Him and his staff suggested to definitely come back if it gets worse and to keep them updated as sometimes some issues starting off are hard to detect.

It made me feel welcomed rather than a burden or wasting the doctor's valuable time. Which I have had from other professionals in the past. Dr. Oppenheim and all of his staff are very friendly and top notch.

I had my first appointment with Dr. Carl yesterday. He looked at the concerns I had with my teeth and made a plan with me to tackle them all by priority. He’s very knowledgeable and the staff is so friendly and helpful! They had my X-rays ordered already from my previous dentist ahead of time! I highly recommend!

My face hurts! But it won't soon. Nothing like having a clean pair of hands in your mouth.

And since Smiling is so important in my line of work I am glad to have help in keeping those Smiling teeth healthy!

Good location, fast, efficient, fantastic people and overall the model for professional dentistry. I have been here a few years now and they are the best dental practice in Kamloops. Highly recommended.
