Service was good. Unfortunately the boots I ordered for store pick up did not fit. Recommend trying online orders while in store to make sure you don't need a second visit. Sales associates were friendly. Shop is friendly to well-behaved dogs.

I had never been to the Gastown store before because I live in Kits but went down there recently and was really impressed with the service and selection of great shoes. I also bought a beautiful Comme de Garcon wallet that I absolutely love. Sophie was helping me out and was super attentive and had great advice. A great shopping experience!

Was in a bit of a pinch looking for specific things and Emma was an absolute legend, helping me with multiple things at once, all with a smile on her face! The whole Friday crew felt super lively and welcoming, definitely recommend this store!

I've loved this shop for years, but now they seem to carry very few shoes in sizes above 9. Disappointing

Why do you sell shoes with quality issues to me? When I request a pair of new shoes, they still give me shoes with more severe quality issues.
$250 can’t buy me brand new shoes in this store.
The staff is very kind in general but I am not buying anything from this place.
