Fantastic day tour. The guide was delightful- she was cheerful and knowledgeable. Excellent day! Highly recommend.

Great Tour Guides and Drivers. Buses are seriously outdated, and the overall bus quality is substandard compared to other hop-on hop-off buses in other Canadian and international cities that I used in the last ten years. Further, it is overpriced. We really hope these ancient buses are replaced by normal buses soon.

We had a great time doing the Hop On Hop Off tour with Simon! He was exceptional- we learned so much from him and he was very helpful. We hope to do this again sometime. I would highly recommend this as a great way to start to see what Vancouver has to offer.

Got the Hop on Hop Off + Capilano tour but was only able to use the Capilano ticket. Wasted so much time waiting for the Hop on Hop Off bus as the live map wasn't too reliable. At one instance we directly asked the driver what time it would return but we waited 30 minutes together with 2 other groups who all eventually left. So in effect we wasted 120CAD as we never got to use the hop on hop off bus plus spent more on Uber. The information booth on Canada place is closed for the whole month of November so there was no one to talk to, everything is just transacted online and I have not received a reply from the complaint I sent.

Terrible service. Conducting a tour of one of Canada’s great cities via broken down old school bus. Can’t even see what the operators are talking about as there is plastics covering the areas where windows should be located.

This is completely unacceptable based on what they charge for this “service” and I would never ever recommend them to anyone.

The topper is that they are also responsible for transferring our luggage from the cruise ship to our hotel with delivery between 3: 30 pm - 9: 30 pm. It is now 10: 12 pm, no calls, or emails with an update on our luggage and we have a very early train tomorrow. No contact number listed on the document that they provided as well.

This in turn makes me suspicious of Royal Carribean as well, the cruise operator. Completely unacceptable.

We enjoyed the trip with Senan who proved to be very knowledgeable very helpful and has a great sense of humor, we highly recommend him as a tour guy in your company

First bus was a coach. It was fine but poor visibility. Next bus was an old blue open air converted school bus. Terrible experience, so noisy we couldn’t hear the guide, seats were terrible.
Next Bus was a green open air and it was also fine. Vancouver shouldn’t allow tourists to experience the blue bus, when showing off the city

Racist and rude staff and drivers. They are not aware of pet policies. Vancouver traffic is driving them crazy.

It wasn't a pleasure. Little information before booking. The map in PDF on website is incompatible with the interactive map which I've received from support. The audio recorded guide did not work on my smarthone. Stops on the map were incompatible with real stops (If I had to rely on them I would get lost). One of stops was missing. I will definitely not recommend this trip. One good thing is very kindly but it is not enough for me. I am very sorry.

Hop on hop off bus tour of Vancouver had very inconsistent quality. Two of the busses I rode had fantastic tour guides (Mary was the best)! The other three busses I rode had only the driver as the tour guide, all with thick accents and a lack of information. That said, there is an app to download with the bus tour and walking tours in several languages. I did not listen, but this may help if you end up without a good tour guide.

Great guide- decrepit bus!
We took an evening tour around Vancouver City this Tuesday. Having used Gray Line tour buses in New York City, we thought we would get the same experience here. Sadly, the bus that was used was horrendous. The loud roar from the engine drowned out so much of what the guide was saying that we ended up just looking out and watching the scenery with the roar of an ancient engine. Our guide Derek, was amusing and very helpful- when we made stop offs to look at different areas, he would offer to take photos for those who wanted them.
The tour buses need to be changed as regardless of where we sat, the noise was awful.

We had taken the Hopon-Hopoff service for 48 hours.

The bus tour was good but was expensive for the service offered it would be better if we had used the public transport and explored even more places which are not listed in this tour.

They even have an audio guide app which is the same as the one they play on the bus.

We had an amazing time on this trip! Nigel was fabulous and an absolute gem! He was so knowledgeable about Whistler and really funny. He’s also a 10/10 photographer! I will recommend this tour to everyone!

Wish the bus went in both directions so you didn't have to ride the whole route to go to a previous stop. A little over priced as well. The busses also bunch up so they don't stay on their 15 minute schedule.

Jimmy was the best driver with the best commentary. Was very informative about the sites to see.

Pick-up location was convenient. Driver was always available to answer questions, explain times and offered interesting commentary about the sites and the local area. We had a delay returning to Vancouver, that was caused by a ferry break-down. The driver and guide were familiar with the local roads and were able to take alternate routes to avoid a massive crowd gathered in Vancouver for a fireworks display. We would have liked more time at the gardens and skipped Victoria. Very worthwhile trip!

Fantastic! From booking, to changing our booking due to delayed flights. Everything about our excursions were simply amazing.

Our tour to capilano suspension bridge and grouse was amazing. Gordy knew so much. I got my full value within the first 10 minutes of our tour. What an awesome tour guide!

Hands down, this was amazing! From the very first encounter to the last… excellent job. I’d highly recommend this tour and company.

The excursion was great. The helpfulness of both the tour director and the bus driver was exceptional.

I have traveled Canada through the big cities and I have to say that the excursions are expensive and they take you on old, dirty buses, tartanas to travel 6 hours, they do not speak languages, only English, we are going something unheard of…. Without air conditioning in many of them, we are going to not recommend this company at all in Canada. I have gone with her through Toronto, Quebec, Vancuber and Montreal, bone crap and very expensive for the service they provide, it seems incredible that in this country they have this crap!

Fantastic and well organised storage service that’s convenient, safe & cheap.
We disembarked a cruise ship and had all day in the city before our evening flight so we needed somewhere to store our 4 large suitcases.
Immediately after collecting our cases we saw the “Greyline Westcoast sightseeing” luggage storage booth - and there was a staff member with a sign right there too.
It was $15 per bag - we pre-booked online as I’d heard they can run out of storage space.
If you book one of their sightseeing tours or their Hop On Hop Off bus then the luggage styservice is completely free (includes unlimited number of cases).
Drop-off took 10 min max and was so easy and so well organised.
Picking up the cases was just as easy.
Excellent professional service- highly recommended!

We had a wonderful tour with Sophie, our tour guide, and Wang, our driver. We were picked up on time from our hotel and transported to a larger tour bus at Canada Place. The commentary provided by Sophie made the trip memorable and much more fun. Wang did an excellent job navigating the city safely and making sure we were at our destinations on time. We had about 20 min at the totem poles in Stanley Park, followed by 2 hours at Capilano Bridge. And 1 hour and 30 min at Granville Island. Overall, I recommend the tour and my whole family enjoyed it!

It was really smooth trip. Although it is a full day but very well organised. Leslie was an amazing guide, very knowledgeable and funny. Would highly recommend this trip. The garden is out of this world. Victoria is so vivid and peaceful. I love the combination of both.

Absolutely the best way to see a city! Clean coaches and friendly people with much knowledge.
We always take the full route around. And then decide what we care to go back and see period highly recommend this.

Amazing! We stopped at Capilano Suspension Bridge Park, Grosse Mountain and the hatchery. Graham (our tour guide) was so knowledgeable and entertaining. Our driver- Charlie was incredibly friendly and kind. They gave us the perfect amount of time to explore each location. The bus was clean and they were very efficient on pick-ups and drop-offs. 9

Easy to use and convenient luggage storage after leaving cruise in the morning and having a late night flight.

Hop on Hop off is very expensive for a family to use for no more than a "public transit" bus ride with a recorded guide voice over. As well as having a bus at each of their stops every 15-20 mins.uh try almost an hour wait.before we decided to walk back over 3 miles to our hotel.
