I have had my oil changed here twice. Service has been very good. I would give a fiver but my last visit wasn’t as perfect as my first. I will consider going back. The Technicians both times have been very clear with their questions and we’re not pushy in any way to get anything more done other than what I asked for. Both times once in the service bay the oil was changed in a very timely manner. You’re in and out before you know it. I would recommend this place to others.

Actually horrendous experience. I was charged $181.00 for a standard synthetic oil change. Literal robbery and I will never go back. I have a 2009 VW Jetta 2.5L gasoline engine.

This is my go-to place for all my vehicles. Reasonable prices for synthetic oil change, good service from friendly staff. You are expected to be done within 15minutes, no appointment needed. You can not go wrong with that.

Came in for an oil change today. Dan was our technician and he was honest and trusting. Did not upsell us. Felt like he put us first. Will continue to come here with all our vehicles.

They always appreciate your business and I've never had them try to upsell anything to me which I appreciate as a women who goes in alone with no knowledge of cars. So far I haven't had a bad experience here, and their prices are more than fair. Highly recommend

Last place I brought my oil to be changed at was this location, I noticed a leak yesterday prior to changing the oil myself, took the drain plug out and found they completely stripped out my oil pan threads, and the oil filter was very over tightened as well, I don't suggest anyone ever takes their vehicle for an oil change here

This service was fast and the workers were great! I believe I had Cole and Aiden helping me, they were both in great moods, helpful and very nice! Would definitely recommend this place and will return for future oil changes

Always had pretty good experience there until last time. They have a check list they ho through, and the one guy looking after me sure didn't want to be there and couldn't get me thru fast enough.the print out I got said I okay ' d many things but they never bothered to ask me.
I had to ask them to check air in tires, lights, and fill my coolant but they only filled halfway. I told them my filters all needed changing, they checked 1 but I have 3, and they didn't have the 1 they checked so sent me on my way.
The guy was rude, mopey.and for $118, I felt totally ripped off. Won't go back!

Came here today and definitely worth it, the younger guys are so friendly and accommodating. So helpful too and I didn't feel like I was being scammed or ripped off. I came back in with another question about 10 minutes later and they helped me out without missing a beat. Great employees!

I gotta say I'm impressed, the employees are super friendly and honest, they don't push sales on you like other places, they might be little more expensive but they go as far as going to their parts store to get the filter if they don't have it. I have got my f350 oil change and transmission filter change and the guys got me back on road quickly, John was great as well as Joel the new manager. All I got to say is that I'm thankful that there are still lube shops that are honest, quick and make sure they are proud of their work. Thanks again GCOC Langley

I was extremely impressed with the honest approach from the employees of this establishment. I went in for a routine oil change. Unfortunately my car battery was causing trouble and the car refused to start. Fortunately Alex and the rest of the team were patient and tried everything to help me out. Finally, the car started and despite using up a lot of their time, they didn't charge me anything extra for the additional work. Very happy with the service I received. A definite recommendation!

One of the best services I have ever received in my life. Super nice employees and they really care about the customer, extremely honest about their pricing and trustworthy. Everyone was super friendly and wanted to help. Saved me from having to tow my car by replacing the part I needed with efficiency and detailed work. I would 100% recommend this place for any type of car issues because they have some great employees. Especially Alex who went over his back to help me out with my problem. I phoned ahead to enquire about cost of a Ford Mustang oil change. The young man was very friendly and helpful on the phone. I arrived around noon and they took me right away. Being a woman I am always nervous about having my car serviced as I am always concerned that I will be taken advantage of. But the team was helpful, checked my oil and told me it was still good. They didn’t charge me anything

Really expensive. The service was OK at best. $100 for a standard oil change with a $30 air filter AND I had a $9 off coupon. Everywhere else, I've been charged less than $60 for the oil change and a car wash AND they check the signals and lights. I won't come here again. Feeling like I got totally fleeced. I will be letting everyone I know to never come here.

These guys were fast and efficient, I was in and out in about 15 minutes. They let me know what I could need fixed in the next little while but weren't pushy at all. Very happy with the service here.

Great service. Professional guys. Avoid Surrey 104 ave location though. They will try to sell you every service needed it not. This location was great.

The automated car wash here is great and so are the vacuums. The garbage bins are often overflowing though and it can be hard to find a place to wedge in your trash.

THEY HAVE PAY BY TAP! Best idea ever. Lots of water pressure. The brushes are always appear to be new looking, not worn out.

Great place management has got the concept down of what a car wash ought to be. Just writing to let people know, as per the staff, this business no longer accepts used oil for recycling. I spoke to a rep at the recycling Council of BC, next local place is, surprisingly, the Hallmark store at the Guildford mall.

Staff seemed annoyed that I had asked. Now you won't have to.

I had a great experience recently at this location. Went in for an oil change and Davis was amazing! Very helpful, knowledgeable, and professional. He assisted not only with the oil change but also fixed a light issue I had and he had to jump my car with his own car when my battery died. I will definitely be back!

A good Langley car wash. Has both self-wash and automatic wash options. Bring your Toonies. They give a little more time than some other Langley self-wash locations. It is usually no wait too,

Went for an oil change today. Pressure to change my transmission oil don't mind the suggestion but not the up sale. Tech did not check my lights and I don't think he checked my fluids. Had to ask for the car wash. Have been prev satisfied but not today. Did not get the complete service I paid for. I am updating this review because I could not understand why the horn would not beep when I locked my car only to find out the person who did my oil change did not close the hood. I will not return to this location. Person spent so much time taking out a sample of my transmission oil and trying to convince me to get the transmission fluid changed but did not do the job I paid for. I have doubts my oil was even changed.

Update: Thanks to Alli I returned for an oil change and this time was very satisfied with the service i received. It was great to deal with a company that actually listens to their customer concerns and addresses them in a very professional manner.

I have been coming for years to the Walnut Grove location. Staff and management have always gone above and beyond with their helpfulness and knowledge. I would only recommend this business to my family and friends.

Washed my Caravan in the automatic wash, didn't wash the hatch well. Every other part was good.

Wasted a trip hoping to get the oil change done! Their website says they are open until 5 pm but when you reach at 4pm, they tell you that they have decided to close an hour early because the business was slow. If the hours are going to be flexible based on how many customers come to you then say that upfront or be ready for reviews from your customers lamenting their wasted time and effort.

The staff and equip are good they have the right equip for transmission flushes and coolant flushes but they currently tried to upsell the wrong person. They tried to sell my wife a transmission flush when it was just done 3 months ago they brought a sample of dirty oil to her and showed her what clean oil looked like (slide of hand) this really brought this place down in my books. Apparently up sales are more important then repeat customers. If you do go there be stern and dont be fooled ask to see it come out of the vehicle and ask to see the sample bottle before and during sampling so you know it's from your vehicle

Spend 15min and $17 dollars washing my car and just as I was about to leave one of the employees was leaf blowing the parking lot. Left with my car just as dirty as when I came

Better off going to Speed Wash on Fraser Highway it's the same price and you don't have to wash the car yourself

Other than being prompted for tips when you pay you get what you would expect without all the up sales.

I recently did a road trip to California and the kilometers indicated oil change required. I went to this Langley location and I was turned down for an oil change. The tech showed me the oil dip stick and the oil was infact clean. The tech basically said that he didn't want to charge me for an unnecessary oil change. Really honest people. I just hope all other employees are the same way. I will definitely be coming back.

Ok if youre looking for s basic quick oil change. Dont expect much though. Theyre mostly kids and dont know what to do if something goes wrong.

My Credit Card was compromised for the 3rd time at this location last week. The card readers are not checked regularly. My fault for going back there. But I will only use cash if I ever return.

Great place however you can not get change here at nite only tokens and watch out for the.nite security guard who patrols this place little creepy

I would have given four except for their late nite security guy showed up while I was washing my RV late at nite and he was drunk & or had been drinking the smell of booze of him and his negitive attitude but other then that good place but the time limit, s on wash arn, t that good
