Great Canadian Oil Change

Quick and efficient service. As we went to drive away our service engine soon light came on so my husband told the young man guiding us out of the bay. He brought over the reader and looked after it. Great service.

I got the impression that the crew members' personal relationships with one another took priority over serving their customers as quickly as possible. Nobody comes out to give an estimated wait time (never experienced this in all my trips to get a lube done over the years) 25 minutes for an oil change when requesting the complimentary inspection be foregone is not acceptable when compared to the speed consistently experienced at other stations. Should have waited in one of their slightly longer lines, would have saved time. Between waiting for the fellow in front of me and my own oil change, it was over 50 minutes. Unless you can pull right into an empty bay, I would suggest going elsewhere.

Guys are awesome! Even when your vehicle is too low to fit properly haha! If your low this location fits better then the other one.

Epic service here! The employees were super friendly and helpful. They even noticed humidity in my headlights and told me to let the dealership know while warranty is still on the vehicle. I would not have noticed this. Thanks a bunch!

Super rude employees. Parked at super save gas and the employee started flipping out that I was parked there, the car that was coming out of the oil change place had no problem getting past as there was lots of room and this isn’t the first time it’s happened. The other time I pulled up in front by the sidewalk only for a minute, wasn’t blocking anything, to be closer to grab my handicap mother so she wouldn’t have to walk as far and the guy flipped out again and was yelling at me to move. Both times the place was empty other than that one car that made it past just fine and I was not in anyone’s way.

Well my car needed an oil change, so I went to the old place on 27 th there new place is at 4411 27th Ave to, there old place opens at 8 am, so I showed up right after

Tax comes to $ 75.02 then I asked how long is it going to be 10 to 15 minutes, so I put my keys on the dash, and sat in the car, and 13 minutes later, he says can you please start the car, and Rev it to
2000 r.p. M, then, I shut it off, then he pulled out the dip stick and came to window & showed me, Paid Him, & I was on my way, I was
Impressed how fast they were.

Good crew got my oil change done quickly, properly, and went that little step above to provide me with great service. Friendly group, too. I recommend them if you need an oil change.
