Great Canadian Oil Change

Had my oil change probably almost 2 months ago, someone did not put my filter back on proper. I did not caught in time, It cause damage in my engine and have to pay almost a grant to get it fix.

Never going back again.

I drove to Salmon Arm BC from Vancouver Island, and my friends were shocked that I didn't get all my fluids checked before I left. I was relying on the folks who sold me the van and all the maintenance receipts they gave me to show that the van had been properly maintained. So I went to the local Salmon Arm Great Canadian Oil Change, and they took me right in immediately. They checked my steering fluids, brake fluids, transmission fluid, engine oil, filters, radiator fluid, and window washer fluid, and checked all lights and indicators. Everything was clean, working, and topped up and so they said no charge! I was shocked and embarrassed that they had done all that work and charged me nothing. Garrett served me and was excellent. He showed me everything as he completed it, and was so nice and professional as were the rest of his colleagues. I can't say enough kind things about this excellent team! True excellence and teamwork are still alive and well in Salmon Arm BC! Now I can continue on my journey to Ontario with peace of mind. Dave Mather - Thornhill, Ontario.

Tristan was absolutely amazing! I needed a new battery, and he found me one for a very low price compared to other places in the area. He hardly charger any labour for his time and was very polite. After the new battery was in my check engine light was still on and he ran a diagnostic test for free to ease my worry. I recommend coming here!

Cost way more than a regular oil change! Wrecked my vehicle! Do not service this place ever!

Super location. Brought in my cx7 sport and one of the workers had the same car as me. It was a great small talk note to pass the time. Always a wonderful job at GCOC

Ok, quick in and out. Have a hard time being charged $4.99 for a bit of washer fluid when others provide for free.
