Great Canadian Oil Change

Great Can oil Change has a very friendly and knowledgeable staff! Prices were very reasonable and comes with a few additional conveniences such as topping up fluids, tire checks etc! AAA+

Very fast, kind, and thorough. Went above and beyond to explain the little things to me and even helped to save some money with a coupon on my oil change today!

The guy name Addy (Aditiya Bhargav) was so helpful and kind
The way he was explaining each and everything whatever things needs to be done for the maintenance was excellent
I would say the owner should appreciate when you have this kind of dedicated employee

Brought a new to me Mini in for an oil change. The attendant looked up the spec oil, it was different from the weight the previous owner had used. That was good. The service was fast and friendly.

Originally came in for a tire change and ended up having an oil change too! The entire staff was extremely friendly and efficient. Towards the end a staff member (unsure if it was the manager/owner) thanked us for visiting and was very genuine in how that message was sent. It really felt that we weren't just another customer being rushed out to help the next person. They were really patient and ensured our safety prior to leaving.

Highly recommend!

P. S. Their sign out stating 15-minutes tire swap with no appointment necessary.it's true! Quick, efficient, and thorough.

Dishonest, unprofessional, do not recommend. My wife was in yesterday for an oil change. That evening, I rechecked their "Service Checklist". The Steering Fluid and Washer Fluid was marked as CHECKED, but were both at the LOW mark. The attendant did not ask for either of those to be topped up. One of our front head light bulbs are burnt out, yet the checklist shows as CHECKED. I proceeded to call a let the manager know. No apology, or justifiable explanation was communicated. I will use our experience mechanic from now on.

Got an oil change today and Patrick was the one helping me. He was awesome! Full of knowledge and great customer service, definitely left with a smile and a smoother running car. I've never been to Great Canadian Oil Change before today, but I will definitely be a returning customer now! Thank you Patrick!

I've been to this business a number of times and each time I've received the same exceptional courteous service no matter who I was serviced by. Gavin gave good professional service this time around for me. I came for an oil change and he provided knowledgeable advice on other maintenance factors such as fluid levels and air filters that may need attention at some point. I felt no pressure or fear mongering that I was 'being sold' on something that I didn't need at the time and the decision was left up to me after my own observation of oil and filters. He also provided past history of maintenance work on my vehicle, via CarFax, which was convenient for me as I had just purchased the used vehicle within the past year and it was helpful for me to view past history to make an additional assessment. As I waited for my oil change I heard other employees offer the same consistent exceptional service to the person in the next bay to me. Well done. "I'll be back"

Came in today just expecting a typical get in-get out oil service, but the two guys working went above and beyond. They were able to install my wiper blades, drill/tie up dangling plastic underneath the vehicle from a bottom-out incident, and answer a couple questions about the cars tires. It was truly a breath of fresh air to see the outstanding service and attitude demonstrated. Kudos to the manager for hiring these guys.

Never having been to an oil shop like this before, I am so glad this was where I decided to go.
Lucas was not only efficient and thorough with my oil change and overall check over itself, but he communicated through the whole process options, prices, what was being looked at and done. I was genuinely surprised when he mentioned he was a newer employee there as he moved around that shop like he had been there for years.

I am actually looking forward to being back and never having to deal with other service shops or dealerships for anything these gentlemen can handle! The whole team working was quite impressive.

The staff were friendly and professional. I usually hate dealing with getting my oil changed but they communicated with me clearly and respectfully and made me feel comfortable with the decisions I made.

Gavin is a professional, very diligent and truly cares about his job. Compared to the usual Great Canadian Oil change we go to he was outstanding providing excellent care and service. I would recommend Gavin and would love to continue to get all my serving done at this location by him.

Just amazing! We were travelling through on a road trip and they provided quick, friendly and thorough service! I appreciate the level of communication about the services provided and the complimentary washer fluid top up was a nice touch

Amazing service got in right way! Did a whole look over my vehicle checked all the fluids while doing the oil change! Explained everything they where doing and showed me if I had any problems. 5 stars amazing service and fast!

This was the best oil change i’ve experienced. The people who worked on my car worked hard every minute I was there but also stopped to answer some questions I had. The manager/supervisor was very informed and 100% honest and open about what needed to be changed, and when, and what didn't. Sometimes you feel like oil change company’s try to sell you on things you don’t need, but this one only suggested things i did and went above and beyond! I would highly recommend this location and this company.
They even cleaned my back window!

I am quite pleased with my experiences from here.
I appreciate the time and detail they take in servicing my vehicle, and never make me feel "bad" for going over my mileage ;)

I went in today for an oil change with no appointment and was immediately welcomed by Dan. He had me finished in just over 10 minutes, explaining and answering my questions. He and his partner were super polite and professional. I’ll be sure to return to this particular outlet in the future!

Coming here was easy, informative, and the workers were friendly and quick to do the oil change. They even cleared my check engine light which I very much appreciated! I'll be coming back here for my trucks oil changes too

Connor and Jacob are awesome employees and extremely helpful, they answered any questions I had and were so considerate in helping me with my tires even passed their closing time. Their great service and friendly attitude is why I will go back to this location for my oil changes.

I walked in and was helped immediately with two of the guys there. I wasn’t even a customer I just need help to open my hood and they helped me figure out a few things on my car.

I had just been to another garage and the guy there tried to sell me stuff and tell me there were broken parts and essentially wouldn’t help. …

The two man at GCOC helped me without asking me for anything or trying to make a quick buck. They were just decent humans helping a girl that doesn’t know much about cars (without making me feel stupid). I’m just really impressed and will absolutely be back there to do my oil changes! Gavin sure gave me a great hand! He just didn't do my oil change but, help give me a wider inspection of my truck. His knowledge on cars is excellent. Definitely going to come back here again!

They did a great job and made sure my vehicle was as safe as possible by topping up all my fluids after letting them know I had a 1000 km trip the next day.

Incredible service: had my 3DS with me and I barely had time to finish the Dungeon in my game before Gavin said I'm good to go. They checked everything (from brake fluid, to filters and spark plugs), changed my oil, and installed a free set of wiper blades. One of the most positive automotive maintenance experiences I've ever had. The whole team is happy and friendly and I even though I'm used to changing my own oils, I might just switch to coming here regularly be a use of how incredibly easy they make it!

I have taken both my car's here for the last year. This team is always professional, kind and not at all pushy like I have experienced at other oil change specialists. Wait is never long and it seems they all enjoy what they are doing.

Previously, I had a negative experience for another great canadian. However, this location is fantastic. Dominic and Kaleo are wonderful. Very knowledgeable and informative with any questions I had. Offered all services without being pushy. I was very impressed by their attentiveness on the condition of my vehicle related to services that are not provided in hous. Felt like I was very well taken care of. These two will definitely have me coming back to 1785 harvey next time I'm in kelowna.

I always have a good experience when I come in. It's fast and easy. I very rarely have to wait very long. Every one is professional and often go above and beyond. It's the only place in town I go to get my oil changed. I've been going there for years. Always recommend this place.

I have been coming to this establishment for years now, and this is because of Gavin Johnson primarily. He has always treated me with the utmost respect - very professional in every way, and looks after my car like it was his own. I went just before the long weekend to get my car prepped for a little road trip. Jonathan was super awesome and helped me navigate the different options and additions that would benefit my car. As a younger gal who knows very very little about cars and oil changes, he did a really great job explaining everything.

Great spot to get an oil change, never a long wait - they have you in and out in no time. They explain things well and never pressure you to get anything you don't need which is really important. Especially as a woman, I find there's too many places out there that try and up sell you on stuff that you don't really need, instead of keeping your budget in mind. They checked my car over, made sure all lights were working, air pressure in tires was good etc. Very helpful. I've been coming here for years and you can tell it's amped up a bit in service switching to Great Canadian Oil Change. Keep up the great service and you'll keep my families business!
