Great Canadian Oil Change

Absolutely amazing service! I brought my BMW m240i in for an oil change (knowing how difficult German cars are to work on) and the guys did amazing work and were super friendly. They were fast and efficient, and even took the time to replace my drain plug gasket. They also made sure I was fully satisfied with their work! Highly recommend these guys! Had lean code engine troubles with low power and brought my own fuel filter in. The young man who served me was helpful and willing to put the filter in for a fee. Fixed my engine prob. THANX!

This place is a scam! My girlfriend got a oil change and paid for a new oil filter only to discover they reused her old oil filter and put it on loose. I called only to get the worst most unprofessional person ever told me it’s all Speculation and processed to argue with me and use Foul language with me! I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND ANOTHER PLACE! I called Kamloops and they offered to fix it free of charge with oil filter and oil change! I called BBBC and the head office they are under investigation for Fraud and other things now…

Ya all don’t realize is that they just reuse your oil filter which is meant to be replaced. Every time you do the service.
And this was my second time they did not replace the oil filter instead they just cleaned it and put it back how I know that it was not replaced is because I marked it to double check if they will replace-it this time or not.
Not good!

I do not mean the transmission oil change was a bad experience, but how they dealt with us and also the conversation and posture the guy had was not good at all.

They didn’t put the oil filter on tight enough and I lost all my oil and screwed my motor. They wouldn’t admit to it so I’m out a 2015 Elantra with 60,000 km.

Excellent customer service! They went above and beyond and switched out my battery and headlights while the oil and fluids were being changed.

So I cannot speak on the oil changes. My wife normally goes there. But I did notice that the bash guard under the car was hanging down. Was it hanging down because the last time she took it there they didn’t put it back on properly. I don’t know. But I drove it in there and the guy fixed it quickly for me with a new screw, so I was happy about that.

As mentioned. Cannot speak to the actual oil change.

They caught a series issue and resolved it with professional service and attitude. Thank you so much for saving my truck from an expensive repair bill.

Went for an oil change and either the oil filter did not fit properly, or was not tightened all the way. Oil leaked while I was on a job site, thank God they noticed because otherwise I would have run it without oil and blew my motor. It was bad enough that it had to be cleaned up and reported. Upon return to the shop they were only willing to replace the normal oil with synthetic as I have put in the truck since I owned it and give me a store credit for the bill instead of a refund. To which I replied I am not coming back here. We settled on a pair of wipers I'm sure cost them $20 when my bill was $65 at a shop that was mortified a mechanic couldn't tighten an oil filter.

This shop is not awesome, nor does it take responsibility for its mistakes. Thank God I didn't blow my motor because they would have told me to get lost. A coworker told me they had an oil filter installed by this shop that was the wrong one and had the same problem, same time period. The manager had refused to look up the filter list as I had. My truck was not on the list of compatible vehicles just FYI.

Use their services truly at your own risk. They have one job! Just saying!

Efficient, fast, and knowledgeable, and friendly! This is a great place to go, have been there many times.

My father went for an oil change at this location and they overtightened the oil filter to where we were unable to get it off at our oil shop. (Btw we work at a great canadian oil change aswell.) And at our location we are taught to make sure not to over tighten the oilfilters, because we realize that it can cause damages to the engine. So we are very dissapointed to find out this great canadian oil change shop doesnt produce the same quality. Update, since the never responded to this comment or even tried to appologize for their horrendous, sloppy, and down right abysmal work it just shows that they dont care about the customer or their vehicles. And they only care about filling their own pockets with other peoples money

Had a little issue with my oil filter when I did the oil change myself and I went there they had it all done and out the door in ten minutes
