Great Canadian Oil Change

They're very friendly and they seem to work much faster than the downtown Victoria location

Been to see Ryan the manager 5 time with 2 vehicles over the last couple years. Fantastic service friendly attitudes amongst the employees never pushy.

Seriously some of the kindest people around. Sydney was so helpful, and reassuring while I explained my car was burning oil, overall very informative and the place to go for quality service.

Stopped in for a quick oil change today and I was again delighted with the whole experience. Sydney was a real pro - a great communicator, very professional, and clearly outlined my options without pressuring me at all. She took the time to show me evidence of the work done - oil stick and old/new air filter. Friendly, fast, well-priced service - love this place.

I try to make it to the dealership according to the maintenance schedule, but when I can't get there, or have a longer trip planned, I always stop at Great Canadian Oil Change on Langford Parkway.

Amazing group of people! Quick to greet, respectful and quick service. They work as a team and definitely seem to operate smoothly. Always ready to put a smile on your face wether crazy busy or not. Definitely would recommend to family and friends to get their service done here

I have been visiting this oil change place only because Josh was always on duty and he was fun and honest to deal with. Considering who the mechanic business is next doors the change of employees does not surprise me at the oil change location. Apparently Josh has moved to another location which I will be following him too. I have never been treated so poorly when I had come in for a top up and a check when a week later I had noticed some oil spots on my clients driveway and I wanted to get the plug of my oil change check. And then the level of my oil checked because I burn oil. The attitude from the Aaron Carter wannabe with the tattoo on his neck was totally unacceptable as he asked me if I was not in there just last week. As well as the lady with the braids or dreadlocks whatever you want to call them head openly said in front of me in my car saying can somebody please explain to me what is happening here? I I'm actually blown away with what I'm seeing. When Josh worked at the shop there was never any judgmental comments, any rude remarks, and any over respectable attitude that was given by these two employees on their own. Considering again who their boss is next stores at the mechanic shop I understand where the attitude comes from. But I can say that the oil place on a Langford Parkway and the mechanic shop will never be on my recommendation that list due to attitude and disrespect especially right to your face. People shouldn't feel shamed to come in to get a top up or get something checked by your staff. Unfortunately your stuff has actually disappointed me and disgusted me. I will not be back

Quick, friendly, explain everything well, and give you options. Staff is diverse and everyone is quick, thorough, and friendly.

I visited this location today and asked for a top-up because I am transitioning jobs and money is tight. My oil was down two and a half litres, and Mat was very understanding and accommodating and topped up my oil completely for free! I am always so pleased with their friendly and efficient service. Look no further! This is a great oil change shop!

Sydney and her management team were incredible! I was in a jam with my truck and they were fast, efficient, fun and thoughtful. They really brightened up my day! This is definitely the best spot to get your oils etc.done! Hands downs!

If there were bonus stars, I would give them all of the stars! They were amazing! Neesha did my oil change and she went above and beyond to answer my questions and ended up saving me a couple hundred dollars by testing my battery and alternator (I had an appointment to replace the battery and she tested it and found nothing wrong with both the battery and alternator). I never leave reviews on anything and she really deserved the review. Thanks again!

These guys are working their butts off on a very busy & hot summer morning. The communication and customer service has been incredible. I always leaving GCOC Langford knowing that my vehicle has been serviced thoroughly and handled with care. Keep up the great work you guys.

Very pleased with the more than friendly team at this location. My buddy’s car blew a coolant line, and the staff was able to provide us with the help we needed. Absolutely blown away with how genuine these guys were. Well done!
