I get all my tire work done here and have for a few years. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable and do things right. They also change race tires and really take care with good rims. Highly recommended.

Went in again today (Mar 25/21) and as usual service was very fast well done, great job.

I received amazing service from Logan and his staff. I called yesterday for snow tires, they picked them up on their way to work this morning and installed them by noon today. Very professional and such great service. No idea how they can deliver this level of service when everywhere else I called was more than a weeks wait for snows, if they could find them. I’ll be back here in spring for changeover.

75 dollar oil change, air filter was not put back on my car, ask them to put a blinker bulb in car only reason I was getting a oil change guy says no problem then after oil change says he can't do it " its too technical " lol I did it when I got home in less then a minute, air filter is not even attached and mechanic put. 5 of a cup of windshield washing fluid when it holds 2 liters so he just made it look like he has topped it up, couch in lobby is gross like something in a back alley, place is a dump and employees look like a bunch of rejects, that just left prison, won't return.almost forgot guy said it would take 20 minutes I was there 1 hour 2 minute.

Went in for an oil change and new tires. I love the new rubber on my truck. Good deal, great service in Lake Country!

I brought my car in to get my tires changed recently. The guys were super friendly, and explained everything that needed to be done. The price was great, and I didn’t have to wait too long for the service to be finished. It was an overall good experience and will be back for future service!

Went here a little while ago for a oil change after work and the service was prompt. However. Upon getting back home i decided to just see where the oil level was at (me just being particular).
To find it was vasty overfilled. Past the max line indicator. I cannot stress how bad it is to do this to an engine. Im not sure ill ever use a quick change shop again after this experience.

Popped by this location to try it out as I heard there was new owners. Logan and his staff were extremely professional, as I heard them calling out as they topped up all my fluids and checked my tire pressures. Would highly recommend their service, thanks guys! My new BMW was fitted with rear tires (which guys offered us for $40 cash each) that were larger than necessary, but he said it's fine.we drove a few miles on the highway and realized that the car is jumping forward because the rear wheels are spinning faster than the front.the car became unmanageable️
we went to another service and they told us that it was very dangerous for life, and we should not install it at all! I very rarely write bad reviews but I strongly DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS SERVICE️️️ they don't look professional. I really regret using this service.

I’ve been here quite a few times now, and they are hands down the best. Oil change, tire change, replacing air filters, tire pressure, and they always top up windshield washer fluid. So fast and friendly and professional!

I take all of my vehicles to the Lake Country, BC location for oil changes and winter tire changeovers. Always great service from their techs that know theirs jobs. I have been a customer at this location since 2016.

Did a free flat repair after realizing it wasn’t a puncture, just a wheel wheel leaking. Thnx guys!

These guys are always great. I get my tires changed every winter and summer and their prices on new tires are very reasonable.

After frequenting another Great Canadian Oil Change location for years, That location had me ready to switch my company loyalty altogether. Then I decided to try the Lake Country location instead and was not disappointed. It's so refreshing to have such down to earth friendly yet still professional service, and this location has been offering it in spades for me so far. It's more out of my way now but I will be considering the Lake Country Great Canadian Oil Change my oil change shop from now on. Keep up the great work!

The guys who took care of my car were so pleasant and professional. Prompt and respectful; they didn’t push me into more services than I needed. Comfortable and nicely stocked waiting room.

Shout out to Zack and the boys in lake country. Brought my car in for a tire patch but they found 3 separate punctures which one was on the sidewall so couldn't fix it unfortunately. But they made quick work of an oil change for me and swapped my spare on too. Was back on my way in 30 minutes. You guys kick a$$.

Big shout out to Zach, Matt and Skylar. We were having issues since my last oil change, not done here. Someone told us to get some oil taken out because it was filed too much. Stopped off here and asked if they could help us out. These guys were fast, friendly and very professional. Wasn't sure if they could help since we didn't have the work done here, but they took us in right away. I like that they also do tires too. I know where I will be coming for my oil changes and tire changes from now on. Thanks guys

Awesome customer service, very friendly and polite. I originally had bought tires at this location and had them installed. I just recently went in today nov 4,2020, and once again greeted by Scott Turner. Very friendly, he did the job and was quick. He showed me that my brakes were worn. He didn't just tell me. The staff are awesome at this location. I would totally recommend going.

I was in on November 21 guys were quick got the oil change done, issak recommend a few things showed me my rear differential fluid was old and worn explained to me the consequences of bad fluid and and replaced it for me quickly will definitely come back

Would love to go back there as I live in Lake Country, but the counter guy is beyond rude. I brought my work truck in, and he was completely disrespectful making comments on it. It’s a 2015 Sierra, and it has taken a bit of abuse. The guy made a bunch of sarcastic comments, but the truck makes money. I couldn’t believe the level of disrespect. I need to do a complete service, but will definitely go look somewhere else. Just horribly disrespectful. I am still in shock over the comments

Skylar took care of us and we were very happy with his work. He gave excellent customer service, knew the issue right away, patched it up quickly with great attention to detail. Would recommend this place for the value and quality of service.

Had the same experience as Micah, was shown transmission fluid that certainly wasn't mine and told I needed to get it replaced, quoted at $250 for the replacement when almost anywhere else would cost less than $150. Probably one of the worst experiences I've ever had at an oil change place. My impression is that I can't trust their employees and that I would be overcharged for basic service. Needless to say, I won't be coming back.

Scott and his team did a nice job for me on my 2003 Murano. The work required was an oil change, plus they made some other recommendations, that I had not noticed on my own and will be following through on. Thanks guys. Shawn (Oyama)

It says they are open at 8am on their website. We showed up at the store and they had the open signs on. The guru says they are closed. Very unprofessional.

Just got oil changed good spot not normal grate canadain. They use host instead of a pit. Service was good took dog for a walk was good

Needed a tire swapped on a rim and could have dropped off and left for the night or even 2 to be picked up later. Was told there is no room and they wouldn't do that. Found a company down the road that has excellent customer service!

I visited here a month ago, for the first time, and gotta say I was impressed. It was in the heat of the pandemic fear mongering and I was a little hesitant to visit with all the hoopla. I was greeted promptly, politely instructed on the rules they had in place and treated to a place to wait. It wasn't long before I was on my way again. I'm a newer local and I'll be returning to this place. Thank you!

Great experience! I need a tail light bulb reaced! The dealership told me next week and that they would need my truck for half a day! For a bulb! I called here this morning, the gyy guy on the phone said come on in, not a problem. Replaced both sides and then wouldn't take any money for it since we get oik cha ges done there sometimes! Great service and rapport building with this crew of guys!

I met the guy at front counter very first time but he treated me like i am his very good friend. Liked his customer service, kind and friendly behaviour.

After feeling taken advantage of when there was a miscommunication in the price before agreeing to the service, I had felt that this place was just there to make money and I felt taken advantage of. But after today, I spoke Scott who listened to my experience and was willing to look into how they could support my concerns. I experienced fantastic customer service and honesty. On one occasion, they took the time to explain that I was likely changing my oil more frequently than needed. I was pretty impressed that they had my best interests in mind. Just this week, I rolled in with a single winter tire/wheel I needed balanced. They did the job right away and wouldn't take any money for it. Nothing but good things to say about them.

Brandon was prompt and courteous to put air in my tires and re-set the gauge monitor. I'd read other great reviews about GCOC and it is my pleasure to add mine. As they say on The (PGA) Professional Golf Tour

I was quoted $29.99 for a tire change over when I called to inquire the day before I went in. Plus I have the ambassador plate, so should get $7 off an oil change.
When I went to pick up my car, I was charged $49.99 for the tires. When I told him I called the day before and was quoted $29.99, he said "I must have mispronounced it"
I didn't notice at the time but I also did not get the $7 discount for the plate either. And usually they give an air freshener and garbage bag, just as a personal touch, and they didn't even do that.
It left a bitter taste, and I will be going elsewhere for service in the future.
Absolutely disappointed.

I brought my Jetta in to the great Canadian and was serviced by Ben, he had excellent customer service and I got my car back in a timely manner.

My boyfriend and I went in to get the oil changed on his truck, and one of their employees, Austin was super polite and quick on the job. We were in and out in about 10 minutes with awesome service!

Always usually go to the one in PG, but this time was in the Okanagan when I was due. Flew in quick and Austin did a great job looking after the car nice and quick and thorough.

Did oil change. Did not lube dis 21 point inspection. Quick to show what was needed to be changed but did not complete the service that was posted on board stating what came with the oil change. In addition calling my dog at fat pig. Im really not impressed with these not so professionals.

He always goes above and beyond to make sure I am updated on the conditions of my car, and is always awesome at recommending what to do next so my cars stay in pristine condition. I live in Kelowna but I make the trip to winfield for faster service and to hangout on the comfy couches and drink a soda:)

First-time customer, and I was extremely pleased with the service. Not only did the owner advise me against doing an unnecessary tire change, which saved me hundreds of dollars, but he also showed me the filters of my car and compared them to a new filter to demonstrate proof that they needed to be changed. This place is incredibly honest, and they went above and beyond in terms of service. Thank you so much! Will definitely be coming here again, 10/10 would recommend.

I Went to Great Canadian Oil Change in Lake Country for an oil change (of course) and they tried to upsell me and add a transmission fluid change (as well as a cabin and engine air filter change). They showed me two bottles of transmission fluid, one which was (presumably) mine and another with fresh fluid. Now, I just had my transmission fluid changed this summer (less than 20,000 km ago) so I knew I didn't need it changes. I honestly don't think that the fluid in the bottle that they showed me was even mine. It was super black and looked old. Anyways, I drove down the hill and stopped at a gas station to check out my oil and transmission fluid myself. The oil was fine but when I went to check my transmission fluid I saw that they hadn't even pushed the dipstick all the way back down! It was barely half-way into the slot. Anyways, I checked it and it was nice and pink and didn't smell burnt at all. Needless to say, don't go to the Great Canadian Oil Change in Lake Country and look out for oil change scammers and if you want your car checked out then go to an actual trusted mechanic, not just the kids that change your oil. Don’t go here.
