So quick and very reasonable pricing. I've been doing DIY oil changes forever, and I'm not going to bother with it anymore. It really didn't cost much extra and it was done so quick. Plus I don't have to make a trip to recycle my used oil & filter. Im done with DIY oil changes now!

I'm pleased with this service - it's great, it's Canadian, and an oil change all in one!

Service was much faster than at a dealership but it was pricey, costed me more than doing the revision at the dealership. No information about what was serviced, no paperwork, no sticker.

Norm and his team were extremely helpful and accommodating. After being quoted ridiculous prices at another shop for an oil change and coolant flush, I reached out to this shop and they quoted me a much reasonable price as they are here to help you fix the problem rather than scam you out of money. Ive had very bad experiences with oil changes over the years, with clueless "experts" blatantly adding way too much oil. Ive definitely had the opposite experience at great Canadian. Confident Jeremy at the coquitlam location could be the most competent mechanic in the oil change business. 10/10 will be back.

It’s great, you arrive and park in a queue, they note the order and call you to drive in when it’s your turn. Stay inside your car and get the service done without leaving your driver seat. They’ll suggest anything else such as a dirty cabin air filter that may need replacing, but they won’t be pushy about it. They guide you through resetting your oil change alert on your car and voila, tap your card/phone and off you go! This is the only way I’ll get my oil changed moving forward. Great job to the team at this location.

One of the employees named sagar and kamil were really helpful.my change oil light came on i went in they told me there is no need to change your oil instead reset my change oil light and showed me the level of oil my car had.

Nearly ripped off my bumper and skid plate coming into the shop because the tech guiding me wasn't paying attention.and less than 5 days later my skid plate is dragging because the staff decided not properly reattach it.

Quick, they get the job done. Average pricing but sometimes the cheap ones you gotta wait longer or make an appointment.

Super efficient and friendly. No unnecessary upsell. In and out in probably 10 minutes on a Tuesday afternoon with no lineup or appointment. (This was my experience on this particular day but I heard positive feedback from others which is why I tried them)

This place is great! Super quick and friendly service. Went for the first time a few months ago and they told me my oil didn’t need to be changed just yet. I was so surprised by their honesty! Came back when my oil actually needed to be changed and they did a great job for a good price. Highly recommend.

I called and asked for an oil change price, I was quoted $150 (ofcourse after market oil filter) ; I drove 10 min away to a dodge dealer and payed $115 including factory oil filter and synthetic oil!

I like this place, they are friendly and fast, but, the last time my hood was opened was my last visit there. They topped up my washer fluid which was nice. Today when I went again the fellow told me the neck was broken and so he couldn’t top up and I’ll have to have it fixed. Obviously I can’t prove it, but somehow it was broken there.

The boy that did the oil change left the cap loose on the oil pan. Now there's an oil stain on my parking spot and my engine was put at risk. The kid also told me I'd need new brakes shortly, which this company doesn't do, so he had no business telling me that. And after having the brakes checked, they still don't need doing 10000km later. Jeesh! The owner offered me 50% off on the next oil change, but why would I go back?

Fantastic service from the boys here. In just 15 minutes the van got an oil change and new battery installed for under $400.

Went for a basic oil change took a lil while and the technician seemed really inexperienced. I left and noticed a day later oil leaking. They didn't tighten the drain cap enough I lost half my oil they fixed it but didn't replenish my lost oil. Won't be returning just a shi*t show over there

Service was extremely quick and professional. Everyone wore masks, and the job I requested (oil change) was performed without issue. Didn't feel pushy.

So I came in for an oil change they saw me very quick so I’ll give that to them. I tell them what year make and engine size. Tells me it 182$ I’m thinking that pricey I look over they are ringing me up as a diesel engine 6 cylinder instead of my gas hemi 5.7 and he kinda argues with me and I have to point it out to him. They change it to the correct vehicle and it comes to 91$. If there oversight are that bad what are they missing in my engine. Two stars for quick service

Norm and his crew are the BEST! There were 3 young men that did an exceptional job with the oil change as well as looking over my entire vehicle. Nothing pushy. Checked all my tires and filled them to the correct PSI. Topped up all fluid. Even gave me a 8 dollar off coupon! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

These guys are fantastic. I was in Coquitlam on business and discovered a fast oil drip under my Ford Expedition. The team spent 20 minutes tracking down the source (a failed oil cooler), topped me up with oil and sent me to the nearest Ford dealer - and charged me nothing. Really appreciated!

This place is amazing. Everyone's very professional and helpful. I use to go to jiffy lube but definitely changing to this place permanently to get my oil changed. I dont feel uncomfortable or like I'm being ripped off. Two thumbs up!

Came here to drop off old motor oil. It was my first time to do this, so I had accumulated quite a lot. Staff were helpful and professional and took my old containers too. The only issue was that they asked me to pour the oil into the collection area in the oil pit. I was a little concerned because the floor was a little slippery and it would have been quite a fall to the bottom of the open pit if I fell. I also expected to just drop off my containers and leave, so I didn't bring any gloves in case oil got on my hands. Luckily, I didn't slip and fall down to the bottom and I didn't get any old motor oil on my hands, but I can't imagine everyone to be as careful or steady on their feet. Next time I'll bring gloves and a bungee cord.

Moved from Vancouver to Coquitlam.

Looking for a good oil change place. Gave them a shot.

Very happy I did. Honest. Friendly. Knowledgeable. Used to use a blue brand competitor and each time they would high pressure up sell, up sell, up sell to the point where I would walk out with a bill 4x more than what I expected.

But not this place.

Great Canadian Oil Change technicians do a thorough inspection of your car, recommend repairs and, most importantly, leave the choice to you with no pressure (at least Kenny as he was my main point of contact for your company that day). I appreciate this no pressure approach. To the owner you have a well trained, exceptional staff. Without a doubt, I am only going here for my oil changes from now on.

Good service, good team. A bit overpriced they never let you through without suggesting additional service but besides that they seem extremely on the up and up. Service was fast and friendly. Personal even.:)

Not sure if that's a standard price or not. As for the quality of parts. Vavoline was used for engine oil. As well Vavoline air filter. I'm really partial too Fram. I hope it will keep up.

I go here for all my oil changes and have always found the staff super easy to deal with and unlike most oil change places don't try and "Upsell" me. Anyway ***** service from these guys for years and will be seeing them again soon! AAA+

I came to this place for oil change, they checked everything in my vehicle, topped up all the fluids, no up sale, only tell me the things that I need. Great service! The price is reasonable compare to other lube shops.

After many less than perfect oil change experiences at Mr Lube I thought it was time for a change.
What led me to this particular location was the reviews. What impressed me was that whether good or bad Norm (the owner) responds to all customer feedback and he stands behind the work of the staff.
My oil change was done quickly and with no troubles. I was sold exactly what I required and nothing more (using car fax, my technician Jan knew just what had been done on my used Xterra in the past year) and we even got to chatting about different places to go 4 wheeling.

I will definitely be back!

Today i went to have my oil change. I'm impress the way they treated me.
Great Service and honest. I was not planning to have my transmission change but when Sang one of the mechanic showed me how my transmission looks black and dirty. He took a sample and put it on a small container versus the new one. So I decided to do it anyway. When they finished they also wash the engine with soap and water and the front hood. I definitely recommend Great Canadian for future express Oil change. Thank you!

I've been going here for years $100 for an oil change on my full size GMC, yesterday all a sudden $135, that is ridiculous as far as I'm concerned I was gouged and will never be back

Poor service, very cold and unwelcoming employees. Did not seem to know what he was doing and I do not use a name because when I asked for it he just said no and let’s leave it be and then said I should just leave instead.

Oil change, fluids topped off, new wipers $144 after tip (semi synthetic)

They educated me, showed me my dipstick being not overfilled or under without me having to ask, I trusted them but he showed it to me regardless.

This scam location didn't replace my oil filter. Didn't forget to charge a premium price of 70 dollars, though. Avoid. Scammers.

They are nice people, got an oil leak after refilling from them. And they refilled all again without any charge

These guys help me out at closing time the price was a little steep though. $35 for antifreeze really? Wow

They didn't have the correct oil for my vehicle, but in order to keep my business, he recommended that I go to the Canadian Tire store down the road and pickup my own oil - and they would perform the service for me.
I went and picked up what the kid at Canadian Tire said was the correct type and brought it back. After seeing what I was sold at Canadian Tire, he then checked online if it was the correct oil. It was not, and so I had to go back to Canadian Tire and return it. I took a picture of the correct oil. After returning the original oil that I bought, I got frustrated and went to a different quick oil change place.
The four star rating would have been 5 if they had stalk of my correct oil. The guy at this location was extremely knowledgeable, and truly wanted to give me the correct product. This is why I give it a 4-star rating. My next oil change I will definitely be back.

They ripped me off, they charged me $139.98 for an oil change! I will NEVER go back!

Good afternoon all: an individual who changed oil for my car (Thursday 29,2019 at approximately 9: 53 am) was very polite and soft spoken ; however, he did very poor and unprofessional job. He forgot to change a drain plug or to tie it! Unbelievable how you can forget to change a drain plug or tie one! I am very disappointed by the service providing for me by this particular individual! Nope. Just don't. They took a very long time to change my oil. They were very confused about my replacement filter, which for a 98 Honda should not have been an issue. It was also very expensive. I absolutely do not recommend it and won't be going there again

Got there at opening but the 2 gentlemen showed up together 7 minutes late.
Then there computers had to load and that was 15 minutes they blamed it on the nEw software.
Overfilled oil by 300ml and put the wrong vehicle on my receipt.
So not a good experience at this location but they were friendly.
