Great Canadian Oil Change and Car Wash

Karan was absolutely a pro.his customer service was warm and informative. There was no upselling.just exactly what was needed and why. I watched as he took the extra care of wiping things down and attention to detail when changing the fluids in my car. I have been coming to this location for years and every time the experience has made me keep coming back for my car service.

They all are pretty good and did a great job on my car.i glad to visit their and will also suggest my other friend to visit.

This was my first time coming here for an oil change, and I'm very happy with my experience. The staff that was helping me (Amrit) was very kind and went over everything that they were doing to my vehicle. They even showed me the dipstick after the change to show me it was clean and full. They checked my lights and other fluids as well. I was in and out within 20 mins. I get nervous going to new places but I was very pleased with the service and will definitely be returning.

This was the first time trying this company for my oil change and I am glad I did. First off the employee (Sukh) was so very pleasant to speak with. He walked me through all the things that he would do for me. Topped up all the fluids and recommended some things to improve the longevity of my vehicle. He was very thorough and I was in and out in about 20 minutes. I am very pleased with the service and will be returning her in the future. I will be telling my family and friends about this place. Went in early morning, no line up. Got my oil changed and coolant flushed (I went in for that). Everyone was professional and helpful. Will be returning to this location!

Nope. This place is listed as an oil recycling and antifreeze recycling location by bc recycle. I assume they receive money for this as part of a government program. I have been given the run around twice by them now. First time they wouldn't take my antifreeze. I checked with Bc recycling who say they are supposed to take it. Second time they had a couple of cars getting oil changes. Staff rudely told me they couldn't help me.

The business hours worked out well for me, I was able to go over there after I finished work for my oil change. I didn't have to wait very long to be seen, the staff was friendly and they didn't try to upsell me on anything. Quick, easy and convenient.

I was a bit hesitant to take my Hyndai Ioniq 2021 there for oil change as I had recently bought it and was thinking to take it to the dealership instead.

Fellow there (I think Vikram), was really professional, courteous and knowledgeable who explained to me the best oil to use for my car, did a detailed check up of fluids along with filters and tire pressure. Completed job in a timely manner.

Place is listed as a recycling drop-off for used engine oil by the BC Used Oil Management Association. They refused to accept anything at all when I attempted to drop off 4 containers of used engine oil. Misleading.

I have always gone to the Langley location for my oil changes but this one had a better coupon deal. Service was impeccable throughout and super fast. Excellently priced as well. I don't know what it is about Great Canadian, but from location to location I get some of the best damn customer service out there, regardless of the type of business/industry. Grab a coupon from their website and head on down, this place is awesome.

Always great service and they almost always have promotions going if you check the website. Super friendly and fast plus they don't use mass reclaimed oil, only the better quality options

The oil change was efficent and serviced by a courteous gentleman. However the automatic car wash was less than ideal, and its something I won't be using again. I had to go to a handwash car centre to finish cleaning my car.

Absolutely amazing customer service. Usually I take my car to the dealership to get any services done. I was a little hesitant to get an oil change elsewhere but with little time to schedule something and needing it done ASAP I thought I'd try it out. I will definitely be back.

The banner reads $37.99 but my invoice is for $61.00. Apparently my exotic car (Dodge Caravan) has more expensive needs. The price did include the supposedly high end car wash for $5.00, but the car ahead of me, who obviously paid for it, went through several more processes than mine. My wheels are still pretty dirty.

The service was quick, professional and no pressure to add extra services on. I would highly recommend this establishment and will be going back for future oil changes. Thank you Davinder for a great experience.

Had a great experience with them. Excellent service not to mention in a very modest and courteous manner. Rick especially was so kind in explaining my queries. If anyone is confused where to go for oil change, head over there and you will not regret.

The crew here goes above and beyond. They did extra work to track a small oil leak and tighten a loose sensor to get me on my way. Fantastic service and great guys. Will go back happily.
