Great Canadian Oil Change and Car Wash

I went to the Great Canadian Oil Change (formerly Jiffy Lube) in Dawson Creek, BC this evening and was helped by Brandon. I had a fantastic experience! He was thorough and helpful. I would highly recommend going to GCOC to see Brandon and his team.

My boyfriend and I went into Dawson location today and Devin as always went above and beyond for us. Not only he was apologetic for our wait but he took time to go over where parts and how system works compared to other models. He brought it to our attention that one of the drain plugs was over tightened from the dealership and the threads were damaged. He replaced it so it wouldn’t cause future problems. It’s nice to have great customer service and such positivity out there.

Gave my kid some hot wheels got pretty much all the fluids changed in my truck they were quick gave me 10 percent off and a free car wash pretty good place to go.

The guys are really helpful and know what they’re doing.
The face that you don’t need an appointment makes it even better.

I’ve always had great service at this location. Both me and the wife regularly get our oil changed here, and often drop in to get our tires checked for pressure and top off due to weather changes. They are always helpful, and don’t try and pressure you into additional services after asking.

These guys were extremely accommodating and helpful. Battery was on the way out car would barely start because the battery was done. The boys said go buy a new one and come back. They popped it in in 2 minutes free of charge and sent me on my way. Great group

I had Brandon and Chase change my oil today. Such a great experience and they were so professional and knowledgeable! They went above and beyond to make sure my vehicle was preforming perfectly and answered all questions I had! The whole time I was there the staff was complementing each other and being so positive! I get spectacular service from this company. They are located in Dawson creek British Columbia and address all my needs and you’re very friendly and outgoing. I always like to bring them muffins or donuts from Tim Hortons as a thank you because they are so efficient and polite.

These folks are fantastic! Brandon Walker, assistant manager, helped us out this morning as we were driving to Alaska. We started our trip in North Carolina and we definitely need an oil change. We were in and out of there in no time. We got great service and they didn’t try to sell us anything we didn’t need. So friendly and so fast!

The assistant manager Devin had awesome customer service skills. Super friendly and pleasant. I went in there for an oil change, and while I was there they checked my tire pressure and air cabin filter too! Great service, and I will absolutely be going back next time!

I have no idea how this place does not have line ups? ! I go to them for literally everything to do with my vehicle and the are always the friendliest group of young men! And talk about “jump to the pump” service! These boys (Devin, Brandon and Simon) are so helpful and knowledgeable. Even if I just stop in to get the air pressure checked on my tires, they always help with a great big smile and are so polite and respectful! Love this place and HIGHLY Recommend it to everyone! Devin and the staff are fantastic. No matter the service needed they are always humble and willing to find a solution to the problem. I take my car there on a regular basis. From oil changes, tire and fluid checks to changing my headlights/tail lights, air filters & more, they always leave me trusting in their work. I am beyond happy with their service & highly recommend going there for any issue you may have. 10/10!

This place is wicked! I have been bringing my 2019 gmc half ton here since I bought it, and the guys here do a great job. They are happy to provide fluid samples, explain things in easy to understand language, and tailor their service to my needs (I am very rough on my truck, forestry work.). These guys are all worth two employees, especially Devin! 100% will keep going to them!

This Canadian oil change is in a great location. Staff encountered are really friendly and helpful. Stopped by to wash off the car after a 5 hour drive on the Alaska highway and love the fact that it was plowed and accessible after a big dump of snow the previous evening. Also love that I don't have to get out of the car.

I always use these guys, and am always happy. Simon and Jesse are friendly, knowledgeable, and unlike other places that try to upsell things you don't need, are honest about what your vehicle requires. I wouldn't go anywhere else.

I needed an quick oil change before a road trip last year and I have been coming back ever since. The crew are so friendly and polite and helpful. As a female I didn’t feel like I was being sold stuff I didn’t actually need. Listening to the crew down below communicate with the crew up top made me feel like they truly were checking everything and making sure that my vehicle was getting a thorough inspection. Today and in past visits Devin has done a fantastic job also today Jeremy was a great technician too. I can not say enough good things about the team at the Dawson Creek location. I would 100% recommend again and again!

Chase and Brandon did above an beyond what we asked for our car, an fixed us up so we are able to continue to cruise on! Amazing company an very quick Service

Nice guys, quick service.
But word of warning, the entire building becomes a greenhouse during summer. It feels akin to baking slowly in a oven. Which sucks cuz you have to keep your window open while the guys change your oil. It only takes them like 10-15 minutes but in that time you'll feel like you've baked both internally and externally. Like a potato. Or a popcorn kernel.
Potatoes and popcorn are good snacks. But not a good state of existence.

These guys try hard to be like a personal pit crew. Without the upsell. They just let you know whats low. Great place and perfect covid distancing with z smile

Justin the manager was awesome to deal with! I had called a couple days before my arrival to get a quote and it was a great experience. When I arrived he knew who I was before I could even explain about the phone call. The service was efficient, professional, and they really tried to get me the best possible price for my truck. I felt good about this experience and I will definitely be going back! I would highly recommend their services as they are honest and really have the customers interest at heart.
