Fast and efficient service. Staff were really nice and kind, very accommodating. Will be back for sure.repeat customer here.

I use them often because I like the quick oil change. However, they are very pushy to sell you services (like transmission flush etc.). Also why there is a tip option when you pay. I have never seen a tip option for a car service.

Kieran is so nice and friendly, it had became my favourite place to get an oil change because of him and overall its a great place to get an oil change quick and at great price. I would highly recommend this location

Very professional and upbeat staff, would give them 5 stars, but a tip option? At an oil change place? You have got to be kidding me! And no way do I believe that customers requested a tip optional to be added to the card machine, if Tipping culture is absolutely out of control. Would not come back for that reason only.

I can’t believe that they have a tip option. I have never been asked to tip for any repair service I have had done to my car in the past. Shame on the owner of this business. I won’t be coming back.

Always the greatest service! Fast, affordable. And they still like me even though a rat ran from under my hood one time and took off in the shop. The only place I'll use.

Whatever else is saying. The people here are the best! Down-to-earth, friendly, knowledgeable, yet efficient and cost-effective. They are never too busy for you, and don't oversell. I even asked them for off-hand advice, regarding services they don't do, and they gave me a few pointers, which helped a lot. They should really sell their "secret" to other businesses, because the world would be a better place.

Service tech was super helpful and explained everything really clear. She was quick and efficient, would recommend! Plus I used a coupon for extra savings!

Nick at GCOC at Country Club Mall saved the day! My daughter's vehicle overheated as she was driving through the mall lot. After we tried to figure out on our own what to do or how to get her car to the dealership someone suggested we ask the staff at GCOC for a hand. I'm so glad we did! Nick assured us it would be ok to drive the vehicle through the lot over to their location where he could top up her coolant. He topped it up and tried to locate the source of the leak which he thought was coming from a loose clamp at the top of the rad which he tightened. He was very kind and helpful and patient from the moment he greeted me. I have had service there before and I find them to always be friendly, knowledgeable, honest and above all NOT condescending. In this situation I think he really went above and beyond. We are very grateful he saved us a lot of stress and hassle. Her vehicle was recently in at the Mitsu dealership for a coolant flush and service so I will be having a word with them. But thank you Nick and GCOC for your excellent customer service. I found this location to be very friendly and helpful, they didn't try to sell me anything other than the oil change! I know where I'm going for my next oil change!

I was also very disappointed to see the tip feature added to the card reader. Customers have already experienced opportunities to spend extra while having their oil changed without this added charge at the end. It may be simple to hit "no tip" but it is embarrassing. My service experience may not have been all rainbows and unicorns but we dealt with concerns at the time. I hit "no tip" out of disdain for the request and not as a reflection of my level of satisfaction. It is highly unusual for this type of business to request tips and is a poor way to motivate and/or evaluate your employees. Customers know how to show their appreciation for extraordinary service without being asked.

Great team and awesome service. I am a total car newb, saw some oil residue on the ground, got worried. So I figured I go get an oil change and maybe get the leak looked at before I had to go on a long trip/move. (most mechanic shops are not avail for at least 1 week). They checked and topped up all fluids, told me I had about ~2 month left on my brakes (they don't do brakes) and told me I probably have a rear diff gasket leak. Since they topped up my diff fluid I did make the trip. They also told me to drop by a location in a different city that was on my way to get the diff fluid checked again (for free) so I can get an idea how bad the leak is and I don't run dry before I'd get to the destination / have time to fix it. That was all done in <30mins. I highly recommend this company. Especially if you don't feel confident with vehicles. Might not be the cheapest around but they seem to have integrity (no awkward up-sells) and will probably cost you less in the long run.

Had a great experience. Service was fast with no hassle didn't get bombarded by upsales. Came for an oil change and thats all I got! Also coupons were easy to find.

The quality of service is unprecedented. The staff are incredibly attentive, personable, and friendly. It's honestly fun to visit and get the oil changed because the employees are so great, and always do a good job. If there's ever a mistake made, they make up for it right away!

Did not check the transmission fluid level or tire pressure. Service rep did not go over the report with me. Had my vehicle serviced there in the past and the service rep at that time did go over the report and did check the trans fluid and tire pressure.

My new regular oil change place. Dealership no longer offers good value. I trust the employees at GCOC which is something I cannot say about Mr. LUBE.

Great service. Super quick and convenient. Just drove right in and was done in 15 mins. $108 for synthetic oil change in a V6 F150. Will definitely come here again.

As a girl who knows little to nothing about my vehicle, I received astonishing service here today from Chris! He was very knowledgeable and he even showed me it was about time to change my air filter. After leaving today I noticed how much of a difference this made. My vehicle indicator came on showing low tire pressure. I had tried to correct this myself, even dropped into the business I bought my tires from but they were less than helpful.
Drive up to Canadian Oil Change and was greeted by two very helpful and cheery young men who corrected my tire issue with great advise along the way and a quick windshield fluid check to make sure I was ok for the pending snow weather. What a great start to my day

Excellent customer service at the Great Canadian Oil Change at Country Club Centre. Ryan was outstanding with his customer service, professionalism, and honestly just a great guy to deal with. He diagnosed my vehicle's problems and gave me excellent advice on how to deal with the problems. I appreciate being treated so well and would highly recommend this company to others.

As somebody who 99% of the time does all my own vehicle servicing, I was very impressed with the service and value with Great Canadian @ Country Club! Luke and the team was great when I needed a last minute oil change before a long trip, and I was impressed that they had the proper euro spec oil in stock and a filter for my Volkswagen.

As a young (ish) woman- I find car shops often try to take advantage of my lack of knowledge and upsell me on services I do not need. My experience with this company was completely different! They gave me the best deal possible, did not upsell me, were very efficient and so very friendly. I will never get my oil changed anywhere else! Thank you Nick and other staff members!

As with all drive thru oil changes its over price, but you pay for convenience so I guess it ok for when you can't change your own oil. They dont try and sell you usless stuff, but still over priced.

I stopped there this moening on a recommendation by my son. They are very friendly and efficient. They showed me how to reset my computer when they were done. The only reason they didn't get 5 stars is because of the price. It is the most I have ever been charged for an oil change. They are very courteous and professional. I was in and out in less then 15 minutes.

I would like to thank the staff at this store for the good service. And I would like to say that Chris was gracious enough to listen to my concerns and apologized to me for the misunderstanding that we had and I left with a satisfied feeling that he understood that some customers are not always knowledgeable on products and services!

We had our Expedition serviced by Nik (with Ryan underneath the car). We had no waiting time. These two technicians worked well together~ in fact, the entire shop ran smoothly during our visit, servicing other cars on both sides of us. Nik recommended an engine flush ($39), after showing us a sample of our oil~ we were well overdo for an oil change. Anyways, great place to get your oil changed~ professional staff and quick service= a positive experience. Thank you, Nik and Ryan.

The vehicle inspection they provide is also super helpful, as they catch things I don't see/know how to look for on my old Subaru.

I originally went for an oil change but I didn't actually need one, they checked car fax for me and were able to confirm what services I did/didn't need. Super quick and friendly service.

Staff are great. Fast. Friendly. Honest and don't over sell on stuff you don't need. When I needed a major repair, they told me about it and referred me to applecross automotive. I love the service and will continue to go there.

Good bunch of guys. Professional and still having a good time while they work. No ridiculous upsells like most other places try. And one of the guys taught be a valuable lesson on tire pressure while I was there. I had no idea I had been putting too much air in my tires my whole life!

They don't try to oversell, not like some other oil change place I have been to. They have super friendly staff and they sure are very attentive.

Daniel and Chris helped me with my Range Rover. They were so friendly, knowledgeable, confident and professional. They went out of their way to get the correct oil for my vehicle and were able check that everything was in good condition (except the transmission- Land Rover specific). I had a great experience at the Great Canadian Oil Change at Country Club Centre in Nanaimo. Chris was very helpful and did a great job of explaining all of the issues with my vehicle to me in terms that I could understand. I appreciated all of the extra checks and services I was offered. I will definitely go back.

My mothers tire pressure was showing low. It was pissing down rain and as she was trying to fill the tires up she was letting air out. In a panick, she quickly went over to great Canadian oil change and asked if they could assist her. Donovan and Luke jumped right to getting her in and adjusted all her tires for her. We want to send a huge thank you to both men for the professionalism and help in our time of need.

Stopped in at the recommended milage for an oil change. After checking the oil, the tech said it looked really clean and that I could go another couple thousand km before it needed changing. They topped off my oil and washer fluid and checked the tire pressures all for free and sent me on my way.

In the past, one of their techs stripped the drain plug on the oil pan and they paid for the repair and I got the next 2 oil changes for free for the trouble.

I was in the black Honda about an hour ago. If you want my money you really have to do better. I was patient and polite. Maybe the lady in front of me was really lonely, maybe that was her grandson. I have no idea. I came to do business and apparently that didn't seem like reason enough to recognize me as a customer and just give me service.

I have been coming to Great Canadian Oil Change since I've owned a vehicle in 2012. This location has been the best experience. Everyone is always friendly and helpful. They offer suggestions for your car but don't push you to spend more money during the visit. I've had my oil changed and transmission fluid flushed here for exceptional prices. Would definitely recommend them to anyone.
