Great Canadian Oil Change -Duncan

I went in there this morning and there were 3 young men that were super helpful. Carl Braydon and Robert were amazing and helped fix my bent skid plate for no charge. Iv been coming to them for years now and HIGHLY RECOMMEND them.they are kind and good workers

I was visiting Duncan at the Cowichan exhibition location for dog show last weekend, and a light came up on My truck advising me to drain the fuel filters of water. Of course I was panicked, being far from home so I called this location and spoke to Hugo and he made sure that he had the parts for my truck and I went to visit and they treated me very well and fixed my truck in no time and relieve me of all my stress and got me on the road again Great service and great guys!

The guys were nice and all, but they didn't even fill my washer fluid, so makes me a bit worried about what else they did wrong: -S won't be coming here again, or recommending this place.
(Btw, same thing happened to my boyfriend who got an oil change within a week of me getting one)

Great customer service, I only went to change bulbs on my tail lights, it was very busy there but Hugo did it in the parking lot in 5min he didn't have to do that thank you Hugo

Everyone is super fast and professional I bring all my vehicles in to get serviced here! Last time I went in Dan helped me find the diff fluid I need for my rear diff and changed it for me thank you for everything

Shane and Ronnie helped us out. Just as we pulled in, the battery gave out on our car. They expertly changed the oil and replaced the battery and did the whole process in like 20 minutes. Thanks for the great service!

As a woman with little knowledge of cars I really appreciate how the guys working here never try to rip me off and are always honest about what's going on with my car. Stopped in because my vehicle was dripping a lot of oil. The great team at GCOC found the problem, repaired it and topped up the oil at no cost! I highly recommend this business that clearly has customer satisfaction as their first priority.

I have been going there for years and am always amazed by the best customer service ever! The gentlemen working there really care, are quick, efficient and have great attitudes. I just purchased a 2 year old vehicle and had no clue if it needed an oil change or anything else, took it there this am, they looked at everything and told me I was good for a few for thousand kilometres. No charge. I am grateful for a place I know I can trust!

Dennis is great! Makes the experience personable has great customer service skills, and always answers all my questions!

I was heading up island this weekend and my calliper seized and I drove it to the nearest mechanic shop I could find and I'm so happy it was here. Dennis was not only a super sweet (and good looking) guy but he went above and beyond to manually disengage my calliper. Dennis, if you're reading this, I changed my calliper when I got to Jeepapalooza and had a great weekend all because you helped us get there! You're AMAZING!

Used the Duncan location several times, had no problems. Sent my 18 year old daughter to get her first oil change, and they told her she needed a transmission flush due to her Trans fluid "smelling like burnt hair". Would have been north of $100 just for that.

Took it to our mechanic and it turns out it was clean, clear and in perfect working order. Along with there being a significant risk of doing the flush on her model and damaging the transmission in question. Without jumping to conclusions, I'll let you draw your own.

Great service with excellent customer relations from Dennis. Someone buy this guy a pizza he deserves it for his attitude towards his work he obviously enjoys his job. We are from Manitoba visiting and we were very pleased with his manner and care towards us. Thanks Dennis
