Super nice staff, very good cut, has a bad rep, but really they are professionals and its people lack of speaking up that "mess up" their hair.

Hair dressers are good, love how all the different stores are integrated and no matter what store you walk into they already know exactly what you need.

The team there is friendly and professional. The place is clean and has a good product selection.

Went in for a simple haircut, but ended up with a horrible and uneven cut. The stylist didn't even ask if it was okay after cutting, just went straight to gelling my hair when I only wanted a cut. Please avoid this place if you want an even cut.

Just absolutely astounded by how great Sapana cut my hair! She was friendly the whole time and really made me want to come back to the shop! She deserves a raise! Her skills and eloquence with the trimmer was just amazing to experience. Would greatly recommend!

I brought my son here to get his hair cut. The staff were very friendly and professional. They have an online booking system that I thought was a good idea. We will definitely use that next time. They also gave us coupons for our next 2 visits. The cost of the hair cut was about $20 which I thought was pretty reasonable for a kids hair cut. They seemed to be really good with kids and they receive a lollipop once the hair cut is finished. We will be using them again in the future for my son's next hair cut.

Youll get a decent cut depending on whos cutting your hair. Somtimes its great, sometimes i have to go home and buzz my head after. My info on my account and what i tell them never changes.

I was fed up with my hair, so decided to get my hair done too while taking my kid to Great Clips. Jackie was my stylist. I briefly described the cut that I wanted, and she delivered! Best haircut I've had in years, and that's comparing to several local high priced salons. I'll return!

Friendly and consistent staff. I go here every time I need a haircut and have never left disappointed by any of the stylists.

Went in to get a trim. I have been growing my hair out since covid started so it was almost waist length. Told the girl to just take 2 inches off cause I want to keep it long and I don’t want shoulder length hair. She starts cutting the back and when she goes for the front she says “ oh your hair in front in longer, I cut too much off” I now have shoulder length hair exactly what I didn’t want. I didn’t have to pay for the hair cut but I hate my hair. I went home so upset. I know hair grows back but this was a terrible mistake on her part. All that time I grew it out was a waste.

The lady who cut my hair was rude and very unprofessional. She completely butchered my hair cut and seemed like something was hindering her ability to do her job. As well, I told her my hair was uneven on one side and she spoke very aggressively to me afterward. To all Lower Mainland residents, I hope you do not come here and have a bad experience like me. I feel like I got my money stolen and I do not want anyone else to have this feeling.

Wait line seemed well managed with on line check in. Reasonable haircut and a reasonable price! Can't ask for more.
And when I return, it all works just as well as previously. Consistently good.

Good resent haircut, but hard to request the same hair stylist month later, because of high turnover rate.

Have been here twice, first time the haircut was great, the last time (Saturday) the haircut was horrible, uneven, patchy on the back.

At first it looked okay, but once i left and was able to inspect the back of my head, it was horrendous. I am appalled, especially with the great cut i had received initially. Does not help the Hairdresser had told me she "Never wanted to cut mens hair" I can understand why now.
