Great Clips

Most people think of this place as a Mcdonalds of haircutters, but if u give them a chance, wow. KALA did my hair about 6 months ago, and I've never looked back. Wonderful attitude and skills beyond that of which I've seen in chiliiwack. I'd recommend her at great clips any day of the week, I'd even follow her to any haircutters if she wound up somewhere else. I never have to explain anything, she just does it perfect every single time. Also.haircuts for guys are NOT as easy as they may look, and she is simply superb at her artform.

Really bad experience did not do hair cut properly to short and then blaming customer that you told to do short can’t do little bit extra touch up not good at all please avoid coming if you want really good haircut staff not interested in cutting hairs rude staff if I could have given 0 would had given coming here from years but from now never coming really bad experience

I showed up at 8 AM on a Saturday morning for a senior cut. Salon opened on time and employees bright and cheerie. I have been going to this same salon for the past 12 years now, and can honestly say that I have never had a bad cut.

Arrived basicly and the end of the day. I asked if they had time and agreed to stay for my short haircut. Lovely people working here

The appointment scheduling system is great. Unfortunately the hairdresser was not welcoming and wasn’t really interested in giving a good haircut. Never going there again.

25 bucks for a three minute hair cut that takes the other salons 15 to 20 minutes was was the first red flag, then the cut, quality was obvious. Get rid of the flashy tablets and do what most people want a good hair cut. Will never return.

Kala was extremely polite and professional. She was patient with me while I was indecisive and took great care to make sure the cut turned out nice. Greatly appreciated and looking forward to coming back again. Thank you!

(No working class, customer-facing employee has ever uttered the words "Thank you for being our customer. ")
