Previous visit I had a Pixie done and felt amazing, yesterday I honestly cried from the experience.first swoop of razor for the undercut took off the length I wanted to keep.i won't be returning

I have found a stylist I absolutely love, she listens to what I would like, is funny and kind.
I don't need all the extras so the price can't be beat.

My mom and I both had great experiences here. I usually spend way too much money on haircuts at other salons (I have thick hair so it's usually just under 100 with tip), but decided to stop in today as my curly hair was getting too long. Chase did my hair today and I had one of the best experiences getting my hair done! She's a curly girl too and completely understood how to handle it. Unfortunately this location is understaffed so there's a lot of workload on just a couple of stylists, and thus they weren't able to wash or style (I refused the offer to style anyway, I knew I was heading home right after) but for less than $30 I was absolutely okay with that!
I had a fun chat with both the ladies there and when I went home to shower, the end result was perfect. My layers look amazing and the length is spot on what I wanted.

May 2,2023 Hair was cut shorter than I originally wanted, the back especially. Next time I will be specific in how I want my hair cut, even though I had a pic of the style I wanted, and yes I know, the Salon workers are not miracle workers. Thankful hair grows back.

Kind staff but they gave me a haircut far from how i wanted it to be, i now have a bowlcut, the bangs are choppy and the whole thing doesnt look like what i wanted, the length was also too short than what i wanted.
