Rose was excellent, probably the best stylist I've ever had. Very handy with the scissors, extremely pleasant, and not talking the whole time (haha). Highly recommend her!

Horrible service by Rose, did not care to do how I asked. Also cigarette breath. Left immediately to the other location nearby to try and fix my hair

Absolutely terrible went to show a picture of what i wanted and before i could explain the cut i wanted the person started cutting and told me when i went to show what style i wanted she told me too late ive already started

Friendly service but had to wait longer than the expected wait time. Went there for a discounted haircut and my barber was rushing to finish. She did not take the time to comb out the loose hairs she cut out that were still stuck to my head. It took me hours of brushing to fully stop my hair from "shedding. " She did not properly dry my hair after spraying a lot of water during the haircut and I went home with soaked hair. After I got home, I noticed that there were sections of hair she completely missed that were sticking out longer than the rest.

I kindly asked not to be entered into their email program and the attitude they gave was unbelievable. We can't choose to get a haircut without sending emails? Two older woman who both were sour. The comment was "That's unfortunate. " When asked why, they could not even give an answer.

I’ve had two hair cuts here over the past year and both times I have been really satisfied with my simple hair cut requests. I have long hair and Rose today was super fast and adaptable to what I liked/preferred.

Depends on who you get, you could get a decent haircut or it go the other way. If you find someone you like at this location, get there name atleast so they can give you the cut you are always used too.

Went to have a neck trim. Asked what it would cost and was given the rate for a full haircut. Told the technician I only wanted a trim then looked at the rates on the board and it had trim $8.00. She told me that price would depend on how long it would take to cut. I asked her how long she thought it would take and said she couldn’t say until she cut it?
