I have been getting haircuts from this salon for about 12 years and I have to say that the service has been amazing. Kelly and Sherry always go above and beyond to make sure you get the best cut and it’s because of those two I remain a consistent customer. Thanks for all the great haircuts throughout the years!

I've been coming here for over 3 years and Sherry always does an excellent job.
Their online check-in is also fantastic so you will have very little wait time.

I was there for the first time and I show her a picture that exactly I want. I show her multiple times and she said okay okay. I asked first for 0 level trim for fade cut and she told we don't do that. Then she just did regular cut. Even she didn't use no 2 level trim. Even after haircut, she didn't comb my hair, no dryle used, no gel, nothing. I was so disappointed. I went there because of "Great Clips" is trust worthy shop for haircuts. I didn't know they don't do fade haircut, hairstyles anything, even it's mentioned on the official website.

The stylist didn't seem experienced. Although she was polite but I wouldn't go again just cause it's cheap. They need some experienced hair stylist.

I wanted a trim for my hair, just a normal haircut, that old lady asked me first how much i want to get off, even after that she literally didnt do anything and when i asked to cut more, she said ill charge you for extra haircut, and then they make you feel bad about asking that.its not worth it wasting your $21 and getting out disappointed.

A friend of mine recommended this salon for cheap cut since I only wanted a short straight hair and no fancy hair style. I came not doing my research as I badly wanted to get my hair done today. I didn’t realize how uneven my hair turned out until it dried up. The right side of my hair was way shorter than the left side. They don’t take time cutting the hair it took the lady probably 10 mins to finish my cut seems pretty rushed.

For $25 haircut they should at least make sure that the hair is cut evenly if I knew this is how they cut I could’ve cut it myself. Please save your money and go elsewhere. They also don’t clean the equipment and used the same comb that was used from other person ahead before me. I felt a little uncomfortable came home rushing to shower.

Terrible haircut and beard trimming. Doesn’t understand the language at all.

My hair stylist moved to a different location and I was in a rush to get a haircut so I went to this place.

Haircut was so bad but I didn’t want to be rude so didn’t say anything. Avoid this place unless you want to look like a clown.

I have been to great clips (langley) and I got a hair wash they charged me $10+ taxes. They did really great job and were friendly and polite. Then I went once to great clips that’s near my apartment at 103 avenue near drug store. I asked on call for shampoo. They said it would be $8+ tax no dryer. I said its okay you can charge me for dryer too. A lady there washed my hair snatching it and was so rude to me as if I am getting it for free. So unfriendly and annoying. They were so rude to their customers. And called them today to get it but I asked that I don’t wanna get it done from the same girl. They said its okay but for you specifically it would be $20+ tax. Its just near my place so that’s why I prefer it but not anymore. I don’t recommend people to go there. They are biased and judgmental.

Would be careful who you choose to cut your hair. My normal lady wasn’t in. I literally showed multiple pictures of what I wanted. My hair was literally butchered! Wasn’t even what I asked for at all. Super short.not flattering whatsoever! I literally went in for a $30 hair cut (and I definitely got what I paid for!) I have now had to waste money on hair extensions! I’m extremely embarrassed, upset and disappointed! I ended up looking like Johnny Depp when he played Willy Wonka! Definitely not happy what so ever!

I didn’t get the haircut I asked for and my stylist didn’t wash her equipment before she cut my hair wich grossed me out nice staff but other than that was not impressed a lot of hazards I noticed from my visit unfortunately I won’t be coming back here I bought lice shampoo because i was freaked out
