The women that did are hair were great! Personable.friendly.polite.would definitely recommend Great Clips Kelowna by Save-On Foods.

At first, when I got my hair cut done yesterday, the cut seemed ok. Then I got home and had a good look at it and realized the hairdresser nearly hacked my hair. One side the hair was longer than the other, the layers were off and a few other things and niot really getting the style I wanted So, I called today and was not only able to get the cut cleaned up properly after an hour in the chair (only unfortunately having to loose more length -which needed to be done) and my money back too. Thanks for a better experience.

Unfortunately my one daughter left crying after her "curtain bangs" were cut here and my other daughters hair is very uneven. The day before their first day of school. Service was terrible as well.my 9 year old even noticed they weren't very nice. Maybe try to be a little more kind? And not try to get every haircut out in 10 mins? So disappointed. Will never return here.

I just came back from getting my hair cut and I am so pleased with the results. The stylist who did my hair has recently arrived to Kelowna from Ukraine. She did a lovely job and I wish her the best of luck. Sorry I don't recall her name. Great price too! Thanks again.

I love great clips for the pricing, the staff are always welcoming.if you register online and let them know when you get there the process is easy and they print off a little cheat sheet of what style you like so they know what to expect. Great for those who want a quick affordable experience.

Had a lovely nice haircut by one of the ladies here today (sorry, I don't know her name). She's so sweet and professional. She didn't talk much (which I prefer when getting haircuts) but I felt very comfortable the whole time.

I would be happy to come back and wish I could request for her to cut my hair again and again

I got a trim here today after not getting a haircut for a year because I have social anxiety. The first thing the girl said to me was "You're in the wrong place" and I had to point out my name was on the giant screen next to her and that I had already booked an appointment. She said to me "so you get your hair cut every couple of years? " super passive aggressively, kept telling me how fried and terrible my hair was even though I haven't bleached it out used any heat treatment on it for over two years. Told her I stopped doing those things for years and she kept asking me if I did implying that my hair was dead so I MUST be doing them still. Charged me over $30 just to cut the dead ends off my hair and has the worst attitude ever. I would not recommend going here.

Worst haircut ever.
Will never go back.
Apparently getting an inch off the top and a #2 on the sides and back was far to challenging.
The inability to do this simple cut is unbelievable to me.

Marlo was AMAZING! I told him my son had sensory issues and he went straight to it, making my son feel totally comfortable and at ease! Not to mention the cut was phenomenal! 10/10 totally recommend! Thanks for being awesome Marlo!

I like a simple haircut and I find the staff at Great Clips listen to me and the cuts are just what I order. The online booking works very well and the waits are usually only a few minutes. Value and satisfaction earn my business.
