Great Clips

Update: Noticed some of the girls have attitudes when I give instructions on how to cut my husbands hair, I know what my husband likes and he can't see the cut until he puts his glasses back on. So I make sure its done right. I don't appreciate unprofessional conduct, sideways looks or ignorant attitudes.
There is only females working in this location and no males, they need male stylists in this location to provide a better atmosphere.

Review: Not for womens Hair Cuts! Good for mens hair cuts ONLY! Had my long hair cut and was cut on a huge angle, another stylist had to come over to fix it. By the time she was done fixing it 3 inches more was taken off, not to mention the 2 inches from the first girl. My hair was so short, I was fuming! My hair is straight.how is it possible to screw up this simple hair cut? Never again! My husband gets his hair cut there and I give instructions. Ok for men.

I got my hair done by Sam a while ago and came back Recently to her. She always surprises me with style and cut and never disapointms me. She is a talented woman and very knowledgeable so I have build a lot of trust with her because of knowledge and outcome of my hair. My hair has been so healthy since shes been working with it. Came to get my usual low taper fade and it was done amazingly and a perfect line up and even an eyebrow slit by samara it was a great experience

My stylist Sam was super friendly, talented and on top of her job today. She helped out multiple customers while cutting my hair and never left it to anyone else to manage other customers while taking great care of me! Top Notch!

My stylist gave me a great hair cut. But, it took forever to pay for it
System wouldn’t connect and took a very long time to get it to work

Asked for hair to be cut to shoulder length level. End result 2 inches above my shoulder. Decidedly ungreat clip.

Got my haircut from Samara, I needed a touch up basically a few inches shorter on top and cleaning up the sides. Samara did a great job

I used to absolutely hate getting haircuts. Haircuts are a sensory nightmare for me and I would spend years avoiding getting one. Megan has helped me to love getting my hair cut! I actually always look forward to going back now!
Choosing hairstyles that work for me has always been a challenge and Megan is super helpful with offering information to help me decide. She’s also really great about making sure nothing feels yucky (no sticky products or loud clippers, etc.) and anticipating the inevitable squirming that comes with trying to sit still.

I’ve gone from knee-length hair to shoulder length with and undercut and I feel like a million bucks.

So I've been coming to Great Clips for 33 years and my simple men's haircut was the worst I've ever had. Seems like the two remaining girls were more interested in getting out of there as my haircut is lop sided. Didn't bother to blend properly. Then to make the situation worse, I was charged twice and the girls told me that they can't refund like 99.999% of retailers can. Clearly they don't trust their own staff.
I was told if have to come back and speak to the manager, or could have my next cut free.

NO THANKS

The store manager was to call me the next day and did not.

The following Day I called and spoke to the manager Meagan

Questioned the validity the bank screenshot I left with the girls, saying that it wasn't even for the same day. I explained something any manager should know which is that because it was just before 8pm it shows up as the following day on the transaction history. I assured her I'm not a time traveller so can't travel one day into the future.

Meagan then said she'd have to confirm something, wasn't very clear and that she would call me back, which she did a few hours later.

Now I get to wait 7-10 days to get my double charged money back for a very bad haircut.

As I said I've been going to Great Clips for 3+decades and have always recommended.

However after this horrid experience on multiple levels. I certainly won't be back to that location and likely will take my business elsewhere.

Definitely not anywhere near a professional experience.

Arrived at 9am and staff showed up 10 minutes late, then proceeded to drag there heals setting up their stations. Online checking was not available from 8: 55 till 9: 10am
Then people arrived that had checked in online and jumped the queue

Omg! There is a woman here (im sorry I can't recall her name) she has dreads. I cannot say enough about this place. I have alopecia. I have gone to 4 different stylists and my doctor no less and she was the only professional to a: do a great haircut b: actually care about me (the customer), she gave me a few tips that really helped clear it up. Thank you ladies. Keep up the fantastic work!

A great experience. Any Great Clips knows my preferences from other visits to Great Clips anywhere. Their business model is great. Being a franchise they are all connected.

I’ve been going to Great Clips for almost 2 years. I’m a senior with not a great deal of hair. Generally speaking I’ve had a good experience with the exception of my last visit. I don’t think I was in the chair for no more than 5 minutes. Had to mentioned to her that there were a few places that should be trimmed/cut. Not sure if I’ll return to that location or another.

The salon is nice and clean as for the service, all depends on the hairdresser. All of them are so nice but not all are good. My kids have curly and thick hair, sometimes hard to handle. Rositta is always my choice.

The stylist was great at working with my ticklish and wiggly kiddo. He ended up with a great looking haircut, and we left with him feeling good about his first haircut at a barbershop/salon.
