For over 10 years now I am an extremely satisfied customer and will continue to be your customer. Stylists over the years have consistently done a good job with my profile preference until last Monday, October 17th, 2022. I am still in shock with the lady's butchering job on my hair. Quote from my wife, " that is the shortest haircut you have have ever had". Quote from my neighbour " is that you John". I should have stopped her in her scissors track at the time but did not. What I ended up with was the 100% direct opposite of my profile.in one word "awfull"
