Great Clips

I am not one to give reviews about a haircut gone bad but in this case I was going to an event that coming weekend & of course wanted to look my best but that's not how it went, so here I am. First I want to thank "Mickey", Assistant Manager, for having me come back in after I called to express my disappointment, for being understanding & for taking the time to do what she could to blend my hair. It's much better I'd give her 5 stars. The stylist I had was very nice & professional but as it turned out didn't "hear" my explanation of the style I wanted. It was also in my file to look back at but maybe it wasn't clear or written well for the next visit? No idea. The main issue was. I "had" whispy thin bangs that needed a trim.except she had gone about an extra 1 to 1.1/2" back making my bangs thick, set back and not blending with the rest of my long-ish hair. As well, the blending down along my face wasn't good. I thought my cut was ok, not great but ok until I got home and had a better look at it. Wasn't good. I did mention to Mickey that I don't want this person to be in trouble, I just want her to know that paying attention to detail is very important. Especially when there's distractions with folks coming in for their cut or the store phone is ringing. I think the majority of people are happy with Great Clips services. I have been previous to this cut. Just wasn't my day

I was very happy with Miki and Valerie work but last week I got the worse haircut I ever got! The persian lady didn't follow the input from computer my son asked who chopped of my hair? Did I do it myself? Please be aware! Now I need to wait few months

Took a friend there for a totally different younger looking cut for her and they did an absolutely amazing job. She was also in a wheelchair and they moved the regular chair so she could stay in her wheelchair. Totally amazing people that work there.

I called for my mother, she wanted a haircut, these guys had a senior discount that made it a reasonable price onto my mother got a great haircut, thumbs up to great clips. The name is certainly true!

I visited this salon yesterday at around 7 pm and recieved the worst haircut of my life. I hadn't had a cut in a while and just asked her to give me a medium cut, same style. Basically just a trim as I naturally have alot of grey hair and dont want it too short as it will show. She did the exact opposite and shaved the sides right down to the skin! It was horrible. To top it off she didnt even blend it properly! The back and sides had uneven lines and there were parts she literally forgot to cut! I asked her to change the direction I part my hair in and instead of cutting it according to the new part she just used gel at the end to push it awkwardly to the opposite side. She didn't even use the drier to clean my hair off my face or the rest of my hair! I literally had cut hairs on my head and she just put gel over it it was disgusting. The whole disaster took 11 minutes she cut my hair like the building was on fire! I would never reccomend this place!

Way too expensive for a quick #1 shave all around with a #2 on top but yet we still keep going: (it's not so bad if u get the 9.99 coupon

I was in and out with in 10 minutes, and as a new customer I received a discount off my next cut.

Elisa was my hair dresser. She was so kind and perfectly doing the haircut. She was paying attention what she is doing. Appreciate her efforts.

In and out quick.pleasant folks, clean shop. No one's asking for your jab card, masks worn by all.

I just starting using this Great Clips. After my second visit, I was very satisfied with the friendliness and the quality of the cutting. The online check in is.also a plus. I would recommend this business to anyone.

Daylin is the haircut pro you want. I got a mullet cut from her and she is the best. Clean fade over the ears, super well cut overall.very knowledgeable, 5 GOLD STARS! 10/10 would reccomend! Thank you Daylin!

Worst place I have ever gone in my life. I was totally embarrassed today. I strongly recommend don't go there if you have any other choices.

Went in for my usual haircut did the check in thing there was 3 girls working and 3 of us waiting well 2 girls decided to go in the back leaving 1 girl cutting hair and 3 of us waiting so I left

Always get great haircuts here, a little busy most of the time, but great customer service and conversations!

The check in is easy. I always get the cut I want from Tiffany at the Mission location. The staff are friendly and professional. I drive from Port Coquitlam to the Mission location to get a good haircut and more affordable gas.

They were very polite, professional but very personable as well. Minimal wait times and quality hairs cuts, will definitely make this my home Salon

Last two times I’ve been here, I have had a hair cut by inexperienced staff who don’t seem to have a clue how to cut men’s hair. This place use to be good, I would take my whole family there. Not sure if I will try again!

Always in a rush to finish your hair cuts. My daughter went for a short bob cut and it was so uneven. You could tell that the part was not done separately and the whole cut was lopsided. The “stylist” also did an under cut for what ever reason I do not know. I am now at a salon to have it fixed.

Totally messed up my hair, gave me one redo but it was still very messed up, won't give me a second redo, the manager said "we can only give you one redo", she didn't care to lose my business. I've been a customer for years at a different location before moving to Mission. Will never come again!

I do not recommend this location. Their on line check in is BS. They just play games with you. And always always let you wait. Every time a different reason. I lost my patience. Also hair cuts are the worst here. Better set ice in Maple Ridge or Abbotsford.

We love it. The mission location is so nice to our kid that they make him feel comfortable and always wants to come with us.

Didn't get service here, but staff was outside her pants were so see through you could see her thong and skin. I found that inappropriate for a salon that serves children. I went inside to tell her you could see everything and with attitude she told me she knew.

Always get hair cut here since trying the competition. Had a charming hairdresser Val today, she was extremely professional and capable, she quickly gleaned interest I had in camping and provided some fabulous advice and recommendations. Apart from the great haircut and chat she ran the haircut through my Great Clips card without a thought for the possibility that I might want to tip her. Great Staff make Great Clips great.

I like this place. Ladies are great and very quick to get you seated and into a haircut. Always greeted so nicely at the front.

Will not go back.walked in today asked for a cut.sat in chair and she asked me what I wanted.told her what kind of cut.also wanted a wash blow-dry and straighten.she said sorry we don't have time for all that.she said she could cut it and fluff dry.no thanks.

It was awesome. I walked in and was seated right away. Got a whole new hairdo! I love it. Thanks!

Honestly disappointed! Choppy haircut, so bad even my boyfriend noticed.was my first and last time here:/
