Great cuts always keeps track of the clipper size so they know what length I like my hair. They always do a good job.

I had my haircut. I love that they keep notes and I can go back, even though there are different stylists, and get a consistent cut. I enjoy the friendliness and cleanliness. Checking in on line is a great bonus.

Got what I ordered from a friendly hair dresser. Went in with messy hair that was too long, came out with hair that was no longer messy, and no longer too long.

Took my preteen daughter to get her hair cut and had a great experience. She was very worried about the stylist taking off too much or not doing what she wanted. Megan was fantastic! She communicated so well with my daughter and did exactly what she asked.

Did exactly what I asked for and made me feel very comfortable. Very open communication, I’ll definitely be coming here from now on. Ebony did a fantastic job:)

Bad haircut, always rushed and completely not what i want even i told them 2-3 time. Finished in not even 4 min. Very bad

Got my haircut in February and they messed up my hairline. I was offered a free haircut when I come in next. Called to come in for a haircut today and they denied giving me one after confirming on the phone about it. Really disappointed in the customer service of this place: (

I don't know how appointments work, but there was no one in the shop, while we waited outside, I phoned and said we were waiting outside if no one else was coming fr their appointment. I asked the hairdresser to give my mom's hair some shape and she said she could give it an all over trim. I was not happy with the results, but left.

I felt safe because masks were required. Love the service. Love my new hairstyle. I definitely recommend this place.

It is 100% unacceptable that you have a mask mandate for a toddler. My son turned 2, six days ago and your salon refused to cut his hair unless I, and I quote, "Held a mask on his face. " Literally suggesting I forcefully suffocate my son to get a haircut. I'm a teacher. There is NO mask mandate for children. There is also no mandate for 2 year olds indoors in our province PERIOD. I get wanting to ensure safety, that's what teachers, preschool teachers, and daycare workers don't get EVERY. SINGLE. DAY. But, it is insanity that your business expect a toddler to be masked for service.

My wife tried to take our son in for a haircut this past Sunday. He is four and has a texture aversion from a long medical history and thus is exempt from wearing a mask (not to
mention he is under 12). That didn’t matter here; we then asked if a doctor’s note would suffice for a future service but the manager said no.

The reason they gave was that they are an American corporation that follows American corporation rules—rather infuriating. When my wife and son returned to our car, both utterly distraught, it took me everything to not go into the store and have an angry word with the manager myself. But then I remembered our Provincial motto of “Be Kind” and didn’t. Perhaps this Great Clips needs to realize it’s in British Columbia as well?

The staff is friendly, the prices are reasonable, and the hair is cut according to the client's specifications.

I checked in online and as soon as I got there Rebecca was super sweet and got me in. She did exactly what I was hoping for and took her time. I would recommend this place to anyone as personally I have gotten better cuts here than I have at higher end salons. Lovely staff and a welcoming environment.

Kim (& Maddie!) at the Sumas Village location are the best. Haven't seen anyone else for over 1.5 years now, and would absolutely recommend them to friends + family. 5/5.

Been coming here the last few months for my cuts, they're always very friendly and I always leave happy with how it looks. (The other Abbotsford location feels a little hit or miss and they take more liberties and do what they think will look good rather than what you ask for.) My hair always looks great after leaving. Really grateful to everyone who works here for their great work and friendly service.

Almost one year ago I was diagnosed with Non-Hodgkins lymphoma cancer. Throughout this year, while I was in chemotherapy treatment and radiation, Great Clips, Whatcom never charged me for haircuts! Even though it's a small detail in the big picture, this kindness has made my road to recovery easier to bear. A big THANK YOU to the manager and all the kind ladies who cut my hair this year at Great Clips! Always happy with the cuts! It'll be great!

I get my hair cut here sometimes due to the convenience of it being close to my house, but most of the time the cut I get is very different from what I request, not really bad looking but just doesn't make me feel as good as I hope to feel when getting a fresh look

Online booking system is unreliable. Several times now I’ve booked on line and showed up well within my estimated time only to be told that the estimated time is now doubled. I know that this not the fault of hairdressers, and should probably be looked into by corporate and or by their I. T. People.

Wow just wow never been to a place that will follow exactly what you want I've been to the hair tavern and got the wrong hair cut all the time now that ive learned great clips is where you want to go done choose another place I was in a while ago and the girl that cut my hair was polite and professional and I normally ask for one person to cut my hair but there I can feel comfortable with any one getting my hair and I advise any one to tip them well and to be honest about how they feel about there hair cut if they dont know you aren't happy with it how can they improve and grow to be better to make ever customer satisfied with there hair please they deserve to have the honesty and respect

Usually a decent place to get haircut. They listen to what you want and try and get there. Recently, I called in while driving into Abbotsford to put my name down on the wait list. I was told, "We don't do appointments so just come and walk in". When i got there she said it would be close to an hour wait in which time they'd be closing. I understand they are busy usually which is why I called, and unfortunately the lady failed to say, "dont come out this way" or otherwise put my name in on the wait list. Can't really do online check in while driving. Not very accommodating this time

Occasionally you'll get a hairdresser who is new and it might be a little slow, but I've never gotten a bad haircut:)

Not too bad but not always qualified people cut your hair at this location, it's pretty much a coin toss, there has been a few times that someone with more experience had to fix my haircut

I always take my 10-year-old son here. It’s close to my home and the online check-in is quick and convenient and the prices are reasonable

I went in this morning to get my hair fixed from a horrific cut and they did a great job. My previous cut had nothing to do with them, thought I would share that piece of info. Great job!

Typical great clips, really depends on the individual you get. I ask for Kim when ever she is there as she does a great job every time.

I was honestly so upset I couldn't even say anything to the stylist. My daughter has short hair and wears a pixie cut, we said we wanted it shaved on the edges, blended up with long bangs. What we got is something that looks like it was cut by somebody without the use of the fingers using a weed whacker. The fact that they would have the nerve to present it as a decent haircut worth charging for is disgusting.

Friendly staff. One of the few places I get a decent haircut at. Didn't give 5 stars because for 5 stars, it would need to be incredible. It's very good. Great value, great quality and friendly stylists.

I enjoy using the app to sign in online. It minimizes the amount of time you have to wait inside Great Clips. You get what you pay for. Kind of hit-or-miss with quality and personality of stylist. For a men's or boys haircut it works out just fine.

First time here and I used the ‘check in’ app which was great. Val was my stylist, she was awesome and I’ll go back again for sure.
