The stylist was great with my daughter, made her feel relaxed. Great cut at an affordable price and awesome service.

Recently came in and had a great experience. Summer was my stylist. Wait time was estimated at around 15 mins but I only waited 3. Summer was awesome because it felt like she cared, she listened and does great work. Also made the experience very human, which I personally value. It didn't feel like she was reading off a script and she actually cared. I did have dry scalp and she did recommend a product for it, i felt no pressure to buy it, i did and it works super well. I'm very happy with my consistent experiences here!

Zero wait times (when compared to the franchises in Burnaby and New Westminster). Friendly and professional stylists. Sometimes I am not in the right mindset to engage in small talk; and this is the place for me to get my hair cuts. Ample parking right in front of the shop. Reasonable pricing too. Would recommend this place anyday!

I had great experience at this place. Roza (my stylist) was very nice to me and did my hair and beard as I wanted. She listened to my requirements and worked with me until I got a proper hair cut and Beard trim.

Too bad they just do hairs, they can do more I believe!

On their website they list styling, but when call to make an apt they said no and don't do that service because they're busy. If that is the case they shouldn't provide that service

Not sure what they normally charge for Childrens hair cuts here I read online that it’s supposed to be $11.00, I was charged over $20? Also she mentioned something about a new hair cut being more money? Super confused about that comment she made to me about a new hair cut my son should have received what was saved in the system for his style! I’m super mad about the cut. Extremely choppy sides were not trimmed properly. Won’t be going bad to her again. Not sure what her name was but her chair is on the right side second one down as of 2pm on Friday March 25. I usually don’t make bad reviews but I honestly feel like I have been scammed by this lady. Even on their website it mentioned an adult haircut at a lower end was $15!

DayLynn was amazing, she was patient and gentle, i recently had a lumpectomy and i am on day 5 of recovery, and needed a hairwash needed to be extra careful not to wet the bandages.she was Amazingly kind. Thank you Daylynn

1 adult, 2 kids cuts. The stylist showed me my notes and I never had a faux hawk before. I explained what I wanted. She told me it couldn't he done that way. My son wanted his hair trimmed but kept "long", the manager decided his hair was too thick and chopped too much off. He was teased at school today. My oldest son felt unlistened to and hates his cut. Where's a hat now. Too bad. We've been clients for over 7 years. Won't go back.

I called to see when and what time my stylist was in and the woman with the european accent answers a d have me the wrong time, as I arrived an hour before she actually started her shift. I was not impressed, as the European woman doesn't think I value my personal time, and probably felt envious of me requesting another hair stylist.

Anne at the Maple Ridge 240th shop is always very polite and happy and she does a great job on my long hair.

I highly recommend Anne, she's done my hair twice and takes her time to make sure its on point. Great clips has always been hit or miss for me and I'm sure its just the volume that they get but I'm sure glad I live near a good one

Went in for a trim thinking it was easy enough, anyone could do it. My hair was butchered. When she went to do my side bangs, I could already tell the way she was cutting it was so wrong. She made them choppy and the other side she took a huge chunk and cut it as short as my side bangs for some reason.
When I asked her to blend the hair, in hopes it could fix it a bit, she had no idea what that meant.

I've been to the great clips by 203rd and love it. This one has disappointed and was a horrible horrible decision. I am hoping to get a full refund. Hopefully that is something they won't mess up.

Price went up and the low price was the only reason I would get my hair cuts here since I only get my thick hair thinned out barely even cut and no styling at all. The lady doing my hair was hard to convince what I wanted and argued with me everytime I told her I needed more bulk out. Bad service and too high of price now for such a small job done

As long as you check the app for your location, I hadn't had to wait more than 10 minutes, at most. Delightful crew. Once you like a certain stylist you can ask for them particularly. How awesome is that. And they keep a record of your last style so if someone else does your hair they know! Mind you, no one cuts "MY" hair but me. (IM JUST CRAZY THAT WAY) But I take all my boys there! Great job Ladies! I must say they make my boys happy sporting the new hair do's!

My son and I both got haircuts. Didn't realize until we got home that the back of my sons head was not done properly and looks quite awful. For my hair, which was half way down my back. I asked for 3 inches off.instead of using clips and cutting portions at a time, she just cut straight across, no time was taken. My haircut was approx. 10 minutes, while I realize its covid, there are no washes and safety measures have been put in place.more time needs to be taken. I wont be back.

This location is clean and orderly, everyone was very friendly and welcoming. Hannah did an excellent job with my haircut. I enjoyed chatting with her while she worked.

Not a fan, inconsistent haircuts here.
Good for kids when the sale is on that's about it.
Go to a barber, same price if not cheaper. Plus you'll get the quality your looking for.
